I have always gone to this UPS store but I dont think I will ever go again. The lady at the counter saw my package in hand and the label on my phone, and told me very rudely that I would have to pack that myself before I could send it out. I told her it was already packaged, but if she could kindly provide me the smallest piece of tape, it would be greatly appreciated. I did not appreciate her tone when she told me I would have to pay $1, even for something so little. I did not want to converse with her after that, so I left with my package in hand. Extremely rude and unhelpful!

BE AWARE!!! I shipped a pkg from this location (next to 7/11) at 4:29pm on Friday 9/1. A young man assisted with my return. I was shipping back a sealed pkg to nike. Nike provided me the packing and QR code. Well fast forward to Friday 9/22. I receive a pkg from UPS that appeared to have been through the storm and rain and back. it was all taped up. Confused since I hadnt ordered anything. Opened the box and its filled with finding fairies childrens books along with a babyshower backdrop. In the pkg was a note from Nike that said they were unable to process my return and to give them a call if I had any questions. So, of course I had tons of questions and gave them a call. They told me that theyd recd these items returned to them versus the Nike (LeBron mens size 11) shoes. I immediately, tell them this couldnt be possible Id put the shoes back in the provided pkg and sealed it myself. Now this explains why the box was all taped up. Someone at UPS had replaced my pkgd item with childrens books and a babyshower backdrop which clearly came from Amazon. Thankfully due to my long time membership Id had with Nike they refunded me my money as good faith. They are going to launch an investigation. However, I was so upset since this is my local UPS that I called the store to speak with a mgr. Talked to Louis who stated he would investigate and speak with the owner and call me back. Which I never heard back. I will never use this location again, because I would never what something like this to happen again. If someone is missing their books or awaiting a refund for these books/babyshower backdrop, I have them!! If I dont hear back soon, Ill be reaching out to corporate. Again, this is not about the money. Nike refunded me. This is much bigger. I hate thieves and I dont like people trying to get over on me!!

I am not one to write reviews, BUT I want to make sure I save other business owners from getting a box at this location.Ive had my UPS box for almost two years. Weve had a few minor issues that we overlooked, like only getting half of our shipments and driving back a second time or no parking in the lot.So yesterday, I was not surprised when we had to drive back a second time to get the remainder of our packages. But this time the employee working couldnt find our 3rd package. He said it could have been misplaced in the store or returned to a UPS truck.Apparently, when things are not logged in properly, they can accidentally be sent back out for delivery. Keep in mind the package was delivered to the UPS store around noon, and we went to pick it up the same day, around 4 pm.We called back before closing, and he explained that they were still looking for a package and waiting to speak with another employee. He was great, no issues. He also gave me the owners information if I needed more details.However, this morning, we received a message from an employee named Doris saying that she has us on camera picking up the package, its our fault if we dont have it and that she can show us the video footage.When we explained, we only received two packages instead of 3, Doris accused us again. We gave her the tracking number, and she went quiet on the phone and said that there was no record of the package being delivered and that it was Amazons fault.To say that I am in shock that an employee spoke to us like that is an understatement. I use this location, so my business packages are safe, but Ill be moving my services to a different UPS store.Ive also got a call out to the owner. Hopefully, I will hear back soon. Please do not make the same mistake as me.

There is one particular employee that is just rude, and has been multiple times. Ive hesitated b/c everyone has a bad day... but this is the third time ive had a bad experience. Looking through the reviews below... im not alone! Today I went in with a return pre-packed and all... employee must not have seen the box in my other hand ... but she saw the label on my phone she snarkily said you have to pack that yourself... I said.. its already packed and taped. I get returns are not a profit center, however as a UPS branded store this is how it works... I will think twice about patronizing this location.

Wow. No wonder this store has such high reviews. Very fast, efficient service. The owner was cheerful, helpful, and doing about 5 things at once, while still managing to make me feel like his number one customer. The young lady at the register took care of business for me within minutes, and I spent a lot less than I expected to ship a couple boxes. I will absolutely be going here in the future.

Horrible, terrible service !! My pharmacy selected UPS to deliver my medications and UPS show to deliver any time. I have been trying to take my package since Friday !! I called UPS trying to take my package, but its impossible. Fortunately, someone in the UPS store helped me. This kind of behavior reinforces the ability to avoid UPS services at all

The owner made me write this when I worked there so take this how you will.This is the best UPS Store that I have ever been too. the people were very friendly and helped me get everything I needed. I am very happy with my experience with this store and i will be coming back for everything i need.
