-100 stars if I could. I send out several packages a week through UPS and I used this store ONE time and they “lost” my package. The only scan my tracking number shows is that I dropped it off and it never left their store. UPS corporate and the Petaluma UPS warehouse both told me it never left their store. Talked to the manager and he gave me absolutely no solution and claimed his security cameras don’t go as far back as the date I left my package. Do not use this store

Never had a bad experience here. Marie does a great job and she’s always got a good attitude even when the job is obviously stressful! Thankful to have her help me with packages & find a way when the problem at hand might be tough

Sadly, not a very punctual business. Store hours say 8 AM on Wednesday, yet after trying the door at 8:10 AM and again at 8:45 AM, while waiting in my car, the store remained closed.I won’t be back because I need dependable service for my business.

Absolutely worst customer experience.I dropped off my package here in September 2022, and it got lost. When we found out that it went missing, their employees were very unhelpful, unempathetic and kept telling me they are “just a franchise and not the UPS” so there is nothing they can do and it’s not their problem.The older guy who works there is condescending, immature and unprofessional. He took my complain personally, saying “I didn’t lose it” - and started to argue back.I contacted the customer support at UPS headquarters asking for help but they also refuse to take responsibility and kept telling me to resolve the issue with the store.They lost the package and that was bad enough but how they handle the problem was even worse. I’d expect a respectful and professional attitude at least.I tried to have the manager (Greg) call me but he never have. Emailed 2 times, nothing. Their phone number is only answered by a robot and impossible to speak with a human.I am extremely disappointed and shocked to see how they could be the way they were. I do not recommend using this store.

Lazy worthless employees that think they are too good to do amazon returns.I have done dozens of returns and they are always a pain to deal with and now they want you to change the settings on your phone so they can do the return...This is just a way to inconvenience customers so they dont come back and was never necessary before with any return or anywhere else you take returns.If you think you are too good to do returns than work somewhere else. This is where your company has agreed to take returns.

This location I use a lot, it is near my mothers house. We have had to do paperwork and notary’s here, shipping and packaging. Every time I’m there, so is Greg, he’s the best worker, efficient and very helpful. They can do a lot at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Weve dropped many packages off at this location for our ecommerce site. On multiple occasions our customers received their packages open, re-taped, and with items missing. After seeing the trend in potential theft, we stopped using them.It went under new management and we decided to try again since the next location is much further. This time, they never passed off our package to UPS. When inquiring, one of the men working there was condescending, rude and kept mansplaining unhelpful facts to me. He then thought he put me on mute to complain about me to his manager but instead complained directly into the phone. I filed claims and talked to UPS directly but the package is still missing. Once again, I suspect theft.This location will open your packages and steal from you before shipping. Do not use them.

SUPER passive aggresive rude older gentleman assisted me. He was perfectly nice to the customer in front of me, and his attitude completely shifted when I approached. I told him id never been there before, that this was my first amazon return. I brought the box in sealed up and presented QR code like Amazon said to do, but that wasnt good enligh

The staff at the UPS store is super friendly and helpful. I am self-employed and their office services allow me to work from my home. I come to them when I need help with scanning, copying, mailing, and notarizing. They are always ready to help by learning new practices and helping to problem solve best ways of getting things done.

I went to the UPS store in Petaluma to return a package to Amazon. The store was clean, the people friendly and they have copy machines for the customers. This was my third UPS store that I have gone to in the past year and my favorite so far.
