$3.26 for printing one page black and white…. Insane….if any price was posted that it would cost that much for a single page I would have not even come. Last time I’m coming to this UPS storeEdit in reply to the business owner. No other UPS Store gouges like this for a single black and white print, in addition to that the price being charged was not disclosed until the transaction was completed. This issue is not about “overhead or quality “ but straight forward price gouging and crooked business practices. I will no longer be taking my business to this UPS store and will be going to other local UPS stores which do not employ these shady practices.

Line out the door onto sidewalk, with on young 18 yo kid running the counter. Watched him awkwardly trying to use a tape gun on package for 5 min. Finally, when I got to front of line, one of the 3 other workers out back noticed the kid was underwater, and quickly took care of the line. Not blaming the kid, everyone has to learn.Having said all this, they all seemed to treat the customers very well!!

The staff at this location are amazing! In the wake of a family emergency, I had to ship out numerous large and heavy items and boxes. I was treated with care, kindness, and so much understanding. All during the days leading up to Christmas!Annette in particular was a shining star, and went above and beyond with helping to sort and pack the nine family heirloom framed pictures/paintings I brought in. I was at a complete loss on what to do, and Annette gave such wonderful guidance and when I opted for the store to do the packing she treated every item with such care. Her compassion spoke volumes about herself and the wonderful people working at this store.

I’m a fan of the self-service Amazon kiosk but not when I scan 4 returns then it needs me to package the 5th. I clicked start over and didn’t get a receipt for the 4 scanned items. Bummer. BUT associate Bryce came to my rescue and gave me the personal attention I was needing right then. Thanks, Bryce!

Very unreasonable printing price. We went and print a single page and was charged 3$. They told us there is 3$ initial fee. It does not make any sense, the cost on the printer and ink is based on the papers you print and the initial fee is completely unfair. If they told us beforehand we would not print at all!!!!

My favorite UPS store location because the employees are fantastic! But BRYCE is one of the most OUTSTANDING UPS Employees I’ve ever encountered- in fact, he’s clearly just an outstanding individual, who had a great work ethic and an even better attitude! This review has been a long-time coming because I’ve been frequenting this UPS store location for 2 years now, mostly because Bryce is top-notch and always greets me with a smile and is so patient and attentive, even when the line is out the door and it’s super busy! His consistent kindness and positive attitude truly stands out in a culture where people don’t seem to care about courteous & attentive customer service anymore!Just to speak volumes about the exceptional person Bryce is: When I asked for his name to write this review, He wrote down his & his coworkers name: Annette! And Annette is awesome too, don’t get me wrong, but the fact that Bryce was watching out for Annette when I was only concerned with elevating him, shows his commitment to his team and to put others first! I used this UPS location for a large Notary job and it had to be completed in two visits. The Notary (withholding name for privacy) was awesome, along with the entire staff. My fiance and myself visited this location just before closing and Mar gave us some amazing last min info about sending out our invitations and the cost. We decided the route we wanted to take thanks to the kind full information we got from Mar. The next day we show up with our labels on our invites. Mar was so nice and genuine I felt his sentiment and excitement for us sending our invites. He even layed them out so the Gram so my fiance could take a quick boomerang(that is greatly appreciated Mar Thank you). Both the gentlemen were so nice and was helpful while helping other customers as well. Looking forward to send more stuff!:D

Today I took in a crated painting to be shipped to my home in Toronto. Unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the young man who helped me, but he had fair skin and hair and said he had a new two week old daughter. He was incredible. He got all the customs forms filled out, weighed, measured, gave me a quote, which was quite reasonable, and was altogether friendly and professional. I cant recommend this location enough. I feel that my painting will be safely delivered to me in Canada.This would be my UPS store if I still lived in North County.

I was returning a bunch of Amazon stuff and I try to be organized but today I just wasnt, there wasnt a line but they didnt make me feel rushed. I really appreciated Annettes kindness. Some of the nicest people you could ask for. I had a mailbox here, for a little over a year before I moved away, so I was in and out of this store super often. There wasnt one day where I wasnt greeted with a super friendly hello and I was always helped so courteously whenever I needed it. I emailed a UPS label to their email and She (owner) charged me $1.00 dll for that 1 copy. Most UPS stores charge a few cents and sometimes if its a UPS label, nothing at all. The store is organized and clean; the Staff is Capable and knowledgeable but dont seem to enjoy what they do (no smiles or welcome feel).I use it because its close to my home but I suggest you drive a little further to the Location in Carlsbad. I think they would benefit by investing in a Professional Customer Service Course honestly their revenue would increase by 15%.

Don’t go to this store. They charge you for every little thing. For instance, if you email them a label to print, they charge for the email and for the print. The store on Melrose and Canon is much better. They don’t charge for anything.

I have a PO Box at this location. Codi and his team are very professional and thorough. I see some customers complaining of a slow response inside the store. Each customer want’s the same thorough, consistent, professional experience. There is no SLOW. Procedures are being followed with efficiency and professionalism. You have to wait your turn. Even if they ever do make a mistake, they will rectify anything every time. This is a fantastic UPS store! 5 stars. ***** 👍

Avoid this UPS store – horrible customer service:I had items shipped to the store as advice UPS. I was charged a five dollar fee for picking it up. I was told I would not be charged. I was scolded by the staff member for having the package there too long and it’s weight being heavy. I attempted to track and has never given a proper tracking number.I recommend fed ex 2444 Vista Way For they will not charge you for picking up at their store.

Ive been overcharged by a few dollars the last 2 times I used this UPS for printing and only noticed afterwards when I looked at the receipt. Their customer service is neither very friendly nor very helpful. Also, they dont allow you to print by emailing them like other locations, meaning you must pay to use their computers.

Absolutely terrible, I will never use this store or UPS again. Its almost comical how a bunch of little kids in their personal vehicles can deliver packages for Amazon and Ive never had one issue, but trained UPS drivers who have been driving for years, and drive in the same areas over and over lose packages everytime I use them.

Apparently they dont carry the standard UPS forms so they are unable to bill to an existing shipping account (at corporate rate)Never an issue with Fedex, can walk into any Fedex Office(Kinkos) and pull the standard form off the counter and enter the bill to as my account.

Printed ny name and phone number on package follwed by their address. Person assumed it was my address and mailed ne a package. This ended up costing me $5 dollars because I do not have a mailbox here. The lables should make it obvious that the address is of the ups store and not the person sending the package. Will use USPS in the future
