Margot at this UPS store is truly an amazing, wonderful, genuine person. She was so attentive to how best ship my shipping boxes. It was absolutely the best experience Ive had at any UPS store. She is literally the best. It was old school customer service that I hope everyone soon gets back to. That type of care and trust that Margot demonstrated is what makes me love UPS! Ask for her if you are unsure about your shipping needs!!!

After a terrible and toxic experience at the UPS Location at 20929 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, I decided to go to this location to return some Amazon packages. There were extremely nice, helpful and quick. This will be my location moving forward. It was a far better experience than the store in Woodland Hills.

I had to take a minute to share my wonderful experience. People are always so quick to complain but rarely take time to give praise. My experience at this store was second to none - all thanks to Esmeralda.I was visiting from Ft. Lauderdale and needed to ship a birthday gift home. It was an awkward size item but Esmeralda went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She was patient, professional and incredibly kind. I hope the owner of this store knows what an asset she is. Seriously, customer service these days is awful at most places with employees doing the bare minimum to fulfill their job duties. It is very obvious that Esmeralda takes pride in her position and does what is needed to make sure all of her customers are satisfied.My package arrived yesterday in perfect condition.Time to give her a raise!

Notary Service: Esmeralda and Margot were amazingly helpful today. They went above and beyond for something I needed. Instead of sending me home to fix it myself, they got creative and saved the day. Thanks!!

I could not be happier with the kind and professional service that I received here from Margot Franklin and the rest of the management at this store. I was trying to arrange for a complicated shipment, and they not only went above and beyond but also advised me in order to help me save as much money as possible. I highly recommend this store.

I have never had a problem with this store. I have used their shipping services for prepaids and for packing and shipping. The envelopes are a dollar or two for the small sizes, prices go up depending on the size and whether or not they have padding, etc. same thing for boxes.I have shipped locally and internationally for close to ten years through this store. They have followed up on shipments for me, processed loss paperwork for me, and generally been about as helpful and nice as can be.

Such a friendly staff. Esmeralda and Margot helped to no end packaging up several large, fragile items. They were very generous and I was much appreciative that they were there for the whole process. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

EVERYTHING costs these days. If you dont want to pay for the box and the peanuts, open your original package carefully and save the box and the peanuts or plastic bubble wrap until youre sure you dont have to return it. That way you can pack it for return yourself. The store will accept your package and your return mailing slip for no additional cost. Fred is always honest and forthright. My experience with this business is always positive.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH THINGS YOU CARE ABOUT. They rushed to pack an amethyst geode the only thing my daughter was receiving from me dads estate. When I asked why I need insurance if they guarantee the packing, didnt answer. The geode arrived in pieces. they said they were sorry it happened but thats it.

Polite and patient perfection in customer service. We love these folks! I’m they are not open today, Sunday, but these people are entitled to a day of rest!
