Mike the employee that helped me at store #1468 was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my difficult shipping. Every staff member at this location was extremely friendly and helpful. As a 30 year restaurant general manager these compliments dont come lightly and I would gladly have any if not all of them. This place is almost always busy. Ive only gone in for Amazon returns but its been fine so far. Employees were attentive and efficient. They even walked me through how to use the new self service kiosk, which is a game changer. My only complaint is that they could be a bit more courteous. But I also understand what its like to have no break in between customers. Their customer experience could improve by simply acknowledging customers when they get in the door, perhaps even having a floater that addresses needs of those waiting in line.

Firstly,I did check out the reviews of the store before I decided to return Amazon products here. And I saw so many bad reviews, which made me a little nervous before I came here.i went to the store today. And it was great, a really nice employee immediately helped me out, the return process only took me less than 2 mins.Thx a lot tho

This UPS is clean; and the staff is courteous and helpful. There are plenty of parking in the plaza. If you avoid the weekends, when most people shop and eat out in nearby markets and restaurants, coming here to take care of any shipping stuff is a breeze.Highly recommended!

Shipped a UPS Air package, cutoff is at 4pm. Was there at 3:50pm in line, I havent seen the UPS guy pick up yet. The guy at the counter scanned my package at 4:06pm. Now Im finding out that the guy didnt even put my package to be picked up for that day. Even though I was there before the cut off, and the UPS guy hasnt picked up. Enough is enough, its not the first time, never again. I always go here since its only 5min away, but NOT EVER again. Ill travel the extra 10min to to go the next UPS store.

They will charge you computer fee when you print document here, and computer using fee is $3, also count your black and white print as color print, so they can earn more money from customer.

I shipped 2 packages across the country and both were “lost”. I called and it was a logistical mess to file a claim. They said I would hear back from UPS in a few days or 5-15 business days (weird amount but ok) with an “update” - either from this location or the warehouse (again, weird, there is clearly no consistent process). My main frustration is that clearly there is an issue at UPS with packages being stolen or lost, given that I sent 2 packages and both didn’t make it to their end destination.It does seem like the issue is when packages go out for delivery. They will be “in transit” for weeks. I won’t be using UPS again for shipping, even if other options are more expensive. I haven’t received a refund, but I expect to if the packages are actually lost or stolen. I will update my review once I have more information.
