I can totally recommend this UPS store. In particular I would really like to thank Eric for the great service provided regarding my shipment. It’s time to fire the skinny guy with glasses because the customer support he provides is not acceptable. Everyone in the store is extremely nice and helpful other than him! It’s the third time that we have to calm down this little manager. It’s unfortunate to see how his mood changes affect the staff too. No one should feel powerful enough to yell at their subordinates.

Staff here is super helpful. Came to return an AT&T device and the staff told me to keep a record and digital copy of the receipt since AT&T might come back and say that I never returned the device but now I have proof!!

Very difficult experience with the owner Zorick. He said, Welcome to the real world. Dont keep my staff there after hours. Wouldnt listen. Argumentative. Talking over me. Said his UPS Store has no relationship to UPS itself. I filed a complaint at UPS Corporate. Posted complaints on other websites. However, nothing will be done. No one at either entity cares about customer service.

I had the best experience working with Zac and Eric at UPS West Hollywood. They helped me, in Chicago, ship a cake from LA to San Francisco and were incredibly patient with me and recommended ways to make sure the cake arrived on time and in the best shape. I was so pleased with their customer service!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Eric, Zac, Daniel, Solomon and Jasmine at this location! I have a mailbox at the UPS Store and am constantly getting various packages and mail sent there -- the team always greets me with a smile, knows my mailbox number by heart, and goes above and beyond. Such wonderful experience here! We had to return a bunch of Amazon stuff due to a party being cancelled last minute. The employees were so helpful in helping us re-box everything and even gave us a discount. I am so so grateful for their help and generosity

This location provides legendary customer service! Despite there being a line formed both times I visited, I was in and out in 5 mins. The associates show they care about your experience by making sure to support you in all the ways they can. One associate, Marcus, blew me away with the service he provided! He took his time with me while working efficiently. He went above and beyond to make sure I didnt overpay and was a joy to interact with! Thank you all so much for putting the humanity in the shipping industry!

I use this UPS location often for printing and faxing items. I work as a personal assistant, and for anyone who believes that is a dream job, you couldnt be more wrong. Along with navigating your own life, you are also basically running your employers life at the same time and they expect it done at the time they asked, if there is a long line; it doesnt matter, I am still at fault for not doing my task efficiently. Today, I was given an extremely extravagant task to complete in a very little amount of time. I was serviced by an employee at this UPS store location by the name of Saba. I usually never leave reviews, for I barely have time to check my own emails with my hectic work schedule. But I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in over at least a decade that I feel compelled to leave this specific 5 star (would go higher if it would allow it) review for Saba. Through her mask, I could see her genuine, welcoming, at your service smile. The task I needed her to complete for me was confusing, grueling and very time consuming. She went above and beyond for me to make sure everything was being done correctly and never once for a moment made me feel rushed. I feel silly saying this; but Sabas entire upbeat vibe and courtesy made me want to hang out after I was done doing my business at the UPS store because her positive energy is just so contagious. I have had one of the worst days of this entire global pandemic today and Saba turned that day right around without even trying. THAT is exceptional customer service. I have never been treated so well at any UPS location than I have today with Saba. I normally dread having to stop at a UPS location, but Saba made it feel like it was fun and I wanted to be there. She helped without her even knowing it bring me anxiety level down from a 10 to a 3 and she never stopped smiling genuinely. Its hard to tell these days behind masks, but the eyes never lie. Her smile was so contagious and her positive energy as well. Saba is going to SOAR with whatever career path she chooses. UPS would be at a huge loss to lose Saba as an employee. I can honestly say, this woman, Saba has every right to request a raise if she feels she is owed one, to be made a manager if she wants to become one. This is exactly the type of employee an employer can only dream about obtaining. What an amazing asset to the UPS family. Snaps and Claps for SABA at the UPS store in WeHo. She rocks! Saba, thank you so much for all your help today. If I could employ you, I would in a heartbeat, you just light up the room without even trying. The Law of Attraction says that we attract what we put out into the world, and the amount of positive energy and enthusiasm this young woman Saba has, she has amazing things waiting for her in her future. Called to inquire about freight packaging and the first question the women on the phone asked me if I was the same customer who called earlier. I politely answered that I’m not, I guess they don’t have caller ID to see who’s calling. That was my first time ever calling that store living in the WeHo area. She seemed to have an attitude and I’m not sure what happened with that call but when she gave me to her manager he was asked what I would be shipping and I advised a bed frame. He also answered the phone with an attitude asked if it could be taken apart and stated it would cost me hundreds, and hundreds of dollars as if I wouldn’t already assume that but still willing to pay the price. He never asked me where I was shipping it to or for what date. He clearly wasn’t trying to assist me in possibly scheduling or shipping anything. They need to be taught on how properly assist a customer /keys to great customer service. I understand having a bad call or bad day but it doesn’t give you the right to speak to the next person anyone any type of way.

The first time I went there, they kept the door open and worked efficiently so that I didnt need to stay too long. but the second time was a very sad experience. they didnt understand why keeping air circulation is important, even spoke loudly to me there is no fresh air! and asked me to do the shipping in some outdoor ups. hope the staff stay healthy.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I tried to open up a business mailbox and wrote down the information to the representative (who by the way pretended like she knew what she was talking about) and boy did the horror begin. Not only did she spell my business name incorrectly (like I suspected she would) she also proceeded to lie to me and charge me for the service claiming the issue could be fixed after I was charged. Another LIE told and 40 minutes later with no mailbox or account set up. Oh and by the way she was on the phone with the “manager” who was trying to walk her through it but was failing miserably. She even tried to FaceTime him in front of other customers with my personal ID and business debit card information in their possession. I’m beyond disgusted by the way things were handled and the unprofessionalism. DO NOT COME HERE! This is clearly a franchise and poorly operated establishment.

Cesar is a class act. Very honest and customer focused. Not being disparaging on UPS but honestly said, quicker and better to drive to his store to get my important package that was somehow taken to his store instead of my local store on Ave 40 in Eagle Rock. UPS customer service in the Phillipines or even the Supervisor in Tampa couldnt correct misdelivery. 🙁😊Thx Cesar! 👍

I found a notice in my box that I had a couple of packages on the shelf. So I got in line behind two other customers and waited. And waited. And waited. There were two individuals that apparently had special requirements and were taking their time. Besides the chit chat going on. Two more customers walked in when my parking meter alarm went off. I had to leave as my patience was exhausted. I dont mind waiting if I have some specific need but cant somebody call out if there are only pickups in the line so they can get us out a little faster? Thank you.

This store has the BEST staff. They really went well beyond the call of duty, helping me print stuff, color test it, crop it... then they helped me find the best rate for international shipping. All the while, being super friendly and polite. I will be back for sure!

This small store was packed with 10+ customers and doors closed during a pandemic. Masks for customers in line wasn’t enforced either . I understand they’re busy but other businesses do it. 2 of the 3 employees weren’t wearing proper face masks either. The cloth neck covers / bandanas are not masks and don’t do anything. People should know about air circulation and proper masks by now 10 months into this. There’s no excuse.

I come here three to four times a week so they can box and ship the eBay items that I sell online. I found out that some bigger packages are much cheaper to ship from here then going to US post office. They really do a great job in packaging the items. They package and ship my items all over US and the entire world.One of the things I have learned about living in Los Angeles is that there are many great things about it!!! THE UPS STORE, is most definitely one of them for me and my business. This might sound crazy, and it sort of is, but this place has legit, the nicest and most helpful employees within a 20 block radius of their store.Pros: This place is a one stop shop for everting relating to shipping, mailing, faxing, copying, sending, receiving....both mail and tons of great help from the employees! Also its very clean and open.Cons: Do not know of any.More Pros: They were nice, they never rush me, they always give me good advice on shipping options and prices. They sent me an email with my tracking information, which also has capabilities to update. This might not seem like a big deal, but this place is so friendly and helpful. Wow, I surprise myself with how much I like this place. Cant help it, place is great.I dont live close to The UPS Store here, but I will make the trek here every time I need to send something or need supplies, or need to copy or fax something.

I recently mailed a package of souvenirs home last week from this location. upon receiving my package yesterday, someone at this UPS store OPENED my package. AND HAS STOLEN THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF IT!! Minus my coffee which has been opened and thrown around the package.... Im genuinely at a loss for words. And I filed a claim with UPS. Even when they return my money, I still wont have the customized souvenirs that I flew all the way to California to get. Its an absolute shame, and I feel very violated as a customer. This really puts a bad taste in my mouth from doing business with this company in the future. Hopefully someone at this location is reading this, and can pull the video from last Thursday May 16th. The girl I was dealing with was a younger blonde hair girl. not sure if shes the one that did it, do yall have any cameras? that should be pretty plain to see who did!Its clear from the pictures I posted here you can see there someone has cut the box open.And placed a layer of tape over it to reseal it.

Went to UPS to ship internationally after a failed USPS attempt. Explicitly told the employee why I was there and wanting to ship UPS, and was offered a 4-7 day delivery option. Found out later they simply handed off my package to USPS again. That 4-7 days has turned into 10 weeks. Never again.

I Rushed from my work to get there few minutes before closing but I couldnt .so at 6:00 o clock pm. I was inside the store one employee was helping another cust. And there was another employee doing nothing I begged to accept my dropout it will only take I think less than a minute and they denied to helping me thats will be my last visit to this ups store .

It seemed as if the guy helping me was trying to go slow on purpose because he could sense I was in a hurry. I was on my way to my open house and needed more flyers printed up asap, so thought I could quickly run in here since its around the corner from my house and get some nice copies printed. Wrong. Guy was incredibly slow, and even individually recounted the 25 copies he made for me so he could make sure to ring me up exactly right, even though he had already counted them 1 by 1 once. Rediculous! Oh, and the prices...um, why so high?? Why do you charge such a large fee to send you an email to print your pdf? Higher than every other print shop. Why even charge to send an email at all? Just unbelievable. Its too bad, because youd get a lot of business from me, being around the corner, needing your services often, but instead, your bad customer service, and extremely high pricing will have me going elsewhere and not doing business with you again.

Guy who works there and picks up the phone asked you to please hold and automatically puts you on hold. He left me on hold for 15 minutes and forgot about me. Called back and did the same thing. Customers on the phone are still customers. Even if you are busy it takes 1 second to at least ask how you can help. Maybe the answer takes 2 seconds...

I do so much mailing through this place, I should just move in... These folks are the greatest! Always helpful, they do get crazy busy at times. If youre in a rush, I find that going in around 2-3 pm is optimal, or first thing in the morning. Free parking is available underground.
