First time in here. Parked in the back, tons of parking and a lot less traffic. Very clean store. Friendly staff. In and out of there very quickly. Would return and highly recommend. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at The UPS Store in the Eastland Center recently. I needed to ship a delicate item and was pretty unsure about the best way to pack it. The staff there were super helpful and friendly. They suggested just the right packaging, which was a relief because I was worried about the item getting damaged. The whole process was surprisingly quick and didnt cost as much as I thought it would. They also set me up with a tracking number so I could keep an eye on my package. Its great to see such dedicated customer service. Ill definitely be going back to The UPS Store at Eastland Center next time I need to ship something.

Im a frequent shopper online and as a frequent shop around line I am subject to a number of discrepancies and items purchased online. The UPS store always cops me out with every step of the way including printing out a label if needed. On top of all that customer service is top notch. Very patient and knowledgeable I highly recommend UPS to anybody who has shipping needs

Very satisfied with the kind and friendly service I have received at this store. I have been to many different UPS stores but this store is by far the best one I have been to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, positive atmosphere, and great location. This will now be my go-to UPS store for any of my shipping needs. Great work team!

I frequently send my packages thru UPS at Eastland. I am going on 80 years old and I am not computer savvy but a very nice lady named Gabby help me with a problem I was having and I would like to give her a commendation. This is my favorite office in the area.

Dont like the big hispanic lady at the counter this morning around 9am. didnt say hi to me and thank you. I said thank you to her and she just replied huh-huh. she said thank you first to the customer in front of me and hi/thank you to the customer behind me. they were not Asians. thank you!

I just had one of the word customer service experiences with Juan today. I called at 6:35pm to ask if I had a package for pickup because I got an email notification saying I did. I wanted to make sure before I drove over. Juan answered the phone, I provided the last four of the tracking and he said no I had nothing. I asked him to check the back he said I see nothing. Very dismissive. But ok I hung up. I then checked the tracking number on the site from the company of the item, it said that the package is still at the UPS location. So I went into the store to double check if it in fact was still there or not. If not it’s fine I just want to know. When I went in Juan was standing there I told him I just called and told him my tracking says it’s here. He said, no you already picked it up. So I asked to see the signature or details of when I “picked it up”, he checked and luckily another employee was standing behind him. The other employee saw on the screen it said that it was returned earlier this morning and that it actually might still be here. Juan went to the back and came back with my package.He was very dismissive, cold and rude. Because of this experience I want to make sure I never have to receive a package here. If it weren’t for the other employee Roger (he was great) I really don’t think I would have left with my mail tonight.Btw his response to his behavior was..”sorry I was firm” I don’t see how that is appropriate.I came into the store at around 6:45pm tonight. 10/24

Tried dropping off a package for Amazon fba @ 4:59. Some lady did not want to take in my box because she said they closed at 5. Was already pre paid & just needed to be scanned in. Will get her name and share on here because not a lot of work had to be done, literally just scan the box in & give a receipt

I had a bad experience specifically with employee JUAN and another female heavy built white employee with glasses. I spent over $69 total including a $5 packing fee for the worst customer experience ever! He started off nice but ended up showing a lot of attitude and was super passive aggressive over me asking a question nicely. The female co made a snarky comment and glared at me for the rest of the transaction…making the situation so much more uncomfortable! They kept dodging my question, giving me dirty looks of disapproval, and rude replies. I would recommend the employees be patient and kind to customers trying to understand!

Came in to drop off some packages. First, my business partner went in to ask for a dolly because we have a lot of packages. UPS employees wanted to go look at a passerby’s dog, and my partner said Excuse me, can I borrow the dolly, They just ignored him and were looking at the dog and talking about it. He had to wait a good minute, standing there looking like some passerby instead of a customer that would actually bring in revenue. The employee finally took his time to get the dolly. On the way to giving my partner the dollies, the employee decided to have a side conversation with another customer. He was finally given the dolly after a long wait and repeated kindly asking for it.Unfortunately, this doesnt end here. He rolled in about 10 packages, and there were a handful of customers in line, so he asked the female worker nicely if he could leave the boxes next to the counter so he could go get other packages while letting other customers finish their business without having to wait for us since we have about 10 packages to be scanned in. However, the female worker said no, he can’t leave; he has to wait there while she scans them in, which he did. (She made him cut everyone else in line.) After scanning all of the packages, my partner brought the dolly out to me and told me to just bring the packages to the counter, as that was what the female worker told him to do.I rolled my packages to the counter and waited for other customers that were in line. When it was my turn, she just kept calling customers who came in after me. I told her I was in the store before the customer who was behind me said I needed to wait in line. I also pointed to the boxes my partner just dropped off so she could remember that she told my partner to cut the line. She needs to grow some logic; she can clearly see I had large boxes (three 50-pound, 18x18x16 boxes), so how am I supposed to roll them in line without hitting other customers or objects? Im not going to leave my packages unattended while I wait in line (note: Im not asking her to let me cut the line; I was in line but next to the counter, and she clearly knows). Each of those boxes is worth a good amount; who will be liable if someone comes in and snatches it?To the owner:I hope you have a word with the lady and the guy who gave me the dolly; their actions today were unacceptable. Im not a new customer here; I have dropped off countless packages, making you some nice revenue. However, I wont be coming here anymore due to your employees’ way of treating valuable customers that will generate wealth.

Ruthy thank you so much for helping me ship out several packages ups right now!!! The entire team was on it, answering multiple calls, helping multiple high walk in volume of consumers. All Ladies were fast, knowledgeable and super supportive! I drove from East Los Angeles to here as I always do because the service is that superb and great! The past 30 years Ive gone to multiple locations and this is the best place for all my shipping needs. Why go anywhere else. I highly recommend this store in the eastland mall by Sprouts Market. I recieved all my tracking information printed out, it was a painless process thanks to Ruthy shes very nice, she even asked if I needed any other products or services, which reminded me I needed to get packing tape and a unique size box. Horrible customer service! The assistant manager was no help. Documents were sent internationally using UPS next day, paying $114+ for the service, it has been 4 days and the package is not at the destination. When I called the store and asked for status/update her answer was that is a problem with UPS not us. WOW! I asked for some sort of refund and they said the package is not our problem it is UPS.... so my question is they are THE UPS store shouldnt they be dealing with the issue since us the clients are paying them for it. I wouldnt trust them ever again with any shipments

Kellie provided amazing customer service! I was mailing a family wedding cake top to Texas for a wedding next week. Thankfully she noticed that I spelled the name of the city wrong or it would have never reached the destination on time. She carefully printed a new label after placing the package in a plastic envelope to ensure nothing liquid from another package accidentally damaged mine. I REALLY appreciate her great service!

Ruth and The Team here is super efficient!!! I drive from East Los Angeles to West Covina weekly because the team is the most helpful. Other shipping places have failed me. I walked up to the store at 9 am on a Saturday morning, saw that the lights were on, and the sign on the door indicated that they opened at nine. I opened the door and stepped in, and was greeted by the woman behind the register barking at me that the store would open in three minutes. I waited outside until they allowed me in at 9:05. I explained that j needed help trying to send a return via UPS, and I was having an issue because the UPS driver at my work would not take the package. The OWNER of the store, Robert Forrest, told me that my I had to deal with UPS, not The UPS Store and that there was nothing he could do for me. Better service shipping via UPS is available from Office Depot in the same shopping center.

I came for fingerprinting twice and they weren’t very helpful, the technician apparently just leaves whenever. I made several calls the next day and they consistently didn’t answer. Poor service. If you want fingerprinting, definitely go somewhere else.

I needed a notary to notarize documents for a real estate transaction. I look up online for a notary and find this UPS store. I arrive at the location where they have a large window sticker listing NOTARY on the window. I go inside and am told by a snarky female employee no we dont notarize here. If you dont offer a specific service, maybe dont advertise that you do. Very simple.

Today, 12/31/22, at 12 noon, I asked a friend to help me send UPS. His female clerk told him about the UPS that he found. The small GROUND BOX costs $13 (actually, you only need to tell him that you have an account and it’s free) Are you bullying Chinese people who don’t understand? The total including postage is $44.86. The package is about 1.5 pounds, and you told him that someone will not pick it up until 1/3/23!! It will take 1/12 to send it. Even with employees like you, the reputation of UPS will be ruined sooner or later. rotten.PS: right click >> translate at least you can understand more than one word LOL
