I only write reviews if my experience was extremely terrible or above and beyond and this review is for the latter. Dinesh was AMAZING!!My father passed away and we needed 50 programs for his service. Originally we had called Staples and they said they wouldnt be able to do the programs as we wanted. This was important to me because the programs my sister had designed were his favorite color (blue) and it had a gold trim which made it look classy. I called UPS on the Thursday before the service (Tuesday) asking if they were able to do it. Dinesh was the one that primarily helped me, but Amanda helped too and both were amazing!Dinesh had me send over the file and said I could come in to the store to look at some samples. He was extremely patient with me (I was a mess for obvious reasons) and he walked me through the process, printed out some samples, and gave me quotes on how much the total would be. He said that if I gave the ok, that they would be able to get the programs done by Saturday morning (and I was scheduled to fly out Saturday afternoon). Well, I gave the ok and they delivered! Come Saturday morning, the programs were ready and looked AMAZING! They even trimmed the programs so that it wasnt showing the white border (this is what Staples said they were NOT able to do). Dinesh and Amanda, thank you SOOO much! I really appreciated how you handled my last-minute request. It meant more than you know!!

I love Dinesh and Amanda. I have a po box here and they are always very accommodating to any business needs I have. I am always bringing all my amazon returns, which they are helpful with, too. Its always easy to park and get in and out fast.

Just a huge shout out to Dinesh and Amanda the owners if this UPS Store. I am always impressed by how great their customer service is. These owners go out if their way to explain things and are always updating you as a customer and changes to postage and fees. They are so professional and I would not go anywhere else or to another location. They have gone out of their way to print things for me and help me with documents. The best service in Contra Costa County. Please support this store.

This is the most random review but this is the best UPS store ever. The people are always SO nice and do their best to make it the most efficient trip to UPS ever. It’s not even the closest UPS to me but i always come here.

I have been using this UPS Store exclusively for all of my shipping needs over the past year or so. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their staff has always been friendly. All of my experiences here have been positive and they have been super helpful and go the extra mile, assisting with labeling and things when I was in a hurry. They have always offered great suggestions and alternatives for special shipping situations and are upfront about costs and are understanding if you decide to go a different route without judging or being dismissive. Thats a big deal because, lets face it, sometimes you can find ways to save some money just by changing the way an item is packaged or going with another service and nothing sucks more than being made to feel bad about that, and they have always been understanding and kind! I find myself leaving the store with a smile on my face.

Amanda and her team are amazing! They my most sentimental items (a marble table and 6 ft painting) cross country. The items arrived in perfect condition. I trust this UPS Store with any shipment. The team is so nice. Great customer service!

I have had bad experiences at this location before, but had to send a package the very last minute so visited them. It wasnt too crowded which was good, and I realized that the staff has changed completely. The girl at the counter was polite and friendly, and thats what you expect from customer services. The new team is definitely an upgrade from the previous one!! Good job!!

I found the staff to be polite and courteous. However I had seven pages scanned and emailed to me. They charged me $9 for this. Thats three times what Im charged at other UPS Stores and Staples.

I wish I could give 0 star for this place. The employee are mostly ESL personnel. Not that I discriminate someone who do not speak English as their first language, but if your job requires fluent English, then you need to be good in English! I had the worst experience notary service at this UPS store next to Virginia Hill Safeway where the notary public lady tried to play police and did not believe my affidavit. She spoke another language and did not understand the letter of the law in my affidavit. She asked me 5 times regarding my affidavit and I tried to explain to my best knowledge. She still did not accept my answer and went to her co-worker to confirm her question and incompetency. She did not even swear me in for my affidavit, because she was too occupied playing police role and question the authenticity of my document. After doing the whole notary service and charging me for the notary service, she decided she was not comfortable doing it, so she demand my notary paper back. I CANT BELIEVE IT!!! She wasted my time and make me feel like criminal. Never in my life I was so mad at someone. She told me never to come back to her store (like she owns the store). I would never ever step foot back to this horrible place.P.S: Notary public is the law representative who ONLY supposed to witness your signature and swear your testimony to the best of your knowledge. Affiant is the one who declares under penalty of perjury under the laws that the forgoing is true and correct. There is NO WAY in any shape of form notary public can question or investigate your document truthful within the law. They are not lawyer, judge, or police to perform such act! So lady, if you are so incompetent and do not know the law, DO NOT BECOME A NOTARY PUBLIC!

They came under new ownership back in April of 2021. The new owners Amanda & Dinesh, along with their new staff, have changed the UPS experience to one that is extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful! 5/5, would recommend!
