This is my go to UPS store. Their customer service is always impeccable and they’re so kind and patient. My whole family is an Amazon buyer that comes with a lot of Amazon returns with it. Thank you for all that you do for my family. With all your services aside from accepting my returns even h and every time like printing and notarizing.

I’m sorry I have to leave this comment but I would not recommend this location. They did not know how to cut my size print outs I was requesting. If you are looking for print out copies in any size shape or form go to the UPS Store in Carson, CA I highly recommend. Sorry Santa Fe Springs but you need to do better and understand the Customer needs. Maybe in the future I would return but I highly doubt.

I went to return my item. I received it in a palm-sized package, but when I returned it and asked them to make a label for it, they advised me to buy it in a larger package. They said the reason is because it could be lost. I couldnt understand and left there. I took it to USPS and sent the item. The item was shipped to Utah in good condition. Wasted packaging can add weight.

This service is excellent. The manager, Elvy, has a lot of experience and works very well. I visited the store to get notary service as the 1st step for apostille. Attention, time, and quality were perfect. Thanks, Elvy.

So far this is the best UPS store this side of SoCA! Manager Elvy Cifuentes was efficient, friendly and patient with our family while she notarized our voluminous and complex legal documents that needed to be apostilled (authenticated) by the Secretary of State office. She’s well aware of the current CA laws and regulations and as a result she was really an effective notary public, and at the same time she’s very professional and customer-focused. She and her staff continued to attend to us and also the other walk-in customers. This UPS store definitely has a high standard of excellence in customer service!

Went to the store gave my instructions to the worker for shipping and they got it wrong when I picked it up and delayed. Not only that but my other package got tooken by a driver without the label so they need organization and carefulness.

Please don’t go to this UPS Store. I spoke to Elvy, supervisor or manager she didn’t know her title regarding an issue with my package. She was very unprofessional and needs a customer service refresher. The way she spoke to me over the phone was rude and her answer was “ I don’t know” or “ Do you still want the information or not”. This is how she represents UPS. Wow! Definitely received a 5 star customer service treatment. I will definitely not EVER return to this location!!!

I have a mailbox here for the last 3 years and I would highly recommend this UPS store to anyone looking for a safe reliable location to send your packages, aside from their professional and good customer service this particular family business is very welcoming. Elvi the manager has always been super helpful and very friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the business.

This worker named Alvi/Elvi gave me a weird look when I first came in to do a return & treated me differently compared to the big smile she gave to the other customers that was in there before me.I was having issues with my data & needed to use their guest wifi, so when I asked her for the password to the wifi, she responded with we dont have wifi. I had to use a nearby KFC wifi to pull out the code, I stood in line again with someone in front of me that she immediately assisted for a return as well but when I was next she immediately turned her attention to something else & pretended I wasnt there, so I had to wait until another worker came to assist me a couple minutes later.I Thought that was vague & strange she would say they have no wifi when they need it to even work there, so when I returned later to do another Amazon return, I asked for her name so I could post a complaint about her unsatisfactory service & lying about not having wifi, she tried to clear herself saying she meant the guest wifi and immediately remarked with a condescending tone that I could post a review if I want but that she wasnt lying about the guest wifi. Whether she was being prejudice about my appearance or not, I did not receive the fair assistance I normally would get when visiting a UPS Store.This store has been here well over a year. I find it hard to believe there wouldnt be a guest wifi installed in here for customers to use by now.This is why I take my business to FedEx on Imperial & Norwalk when I need things to be done. Much better service, attitude & features at my disposal.
