Scheduled an appointment for notary. Received confirmation of said appointment. Went for appointment at confirmed date and time. No notary. Was told they dont honor appointments scheduled through their own UPS store website. Sounds about right...

I sent my son in to drop off a package for sending his $600 keyboard back to the manufacturer. He had a pre-paid slip and gave it to Jeffery. We didnt have any packing materials to protect the keyboard in the box. My son has never shipped anything before so he didn’t realize that he needed to tell Jeffery, he just assumed that Jeffery would know.When my son came back out to the car I asked him how much he spent and he said nothing. I then asked him if they included the packing in the box and he said what packing? The guy at the counter said that he would take care of it for me. I went into the store and asked Jeffery directly and he said no and that my son didnt mention it to him.I was thinking….. isn’t it obvious thatJeffery would have mentioned it not only to get the upsell but also because he is the professional who ships things for people all day long?I told him to put it in and paid him for it. Where is these people coming from?

I’ve never had any issues at this store. I’ve brought return items (Amazon purchases), used them for notarization and did print jobs here. Matt was especially helpful during a recent visit to the store.

The UPS Store #4382 located at; 650 N. Rose Drive, Placentia, CA 92870 is the MOST HELPFUL UPS STORE ever! Ive gone there for help several times over the years & Charlie, Jeffrey & Matt go out of their way to assist the customers & me! Everytime they have helped me with things I did not even know about. They go out of their way because THEY DO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! (a rare find these days!) Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes (even when they are extremely busy!) During the Holidays in December, 2023 I needed help mailing my Medicare payment with a Cashiers Check & I actually did not remember if & where to sign it. Although my credit union should have told me that, it was the UPS STORE, Charlie who actually took extra time to read where I needed to sign it & he helped me to send it Certified Mail. I mailed it right on time by 1 day! I hadnt sent certified mail since Ive worked 15 yrs. ago, but now its done by computer, which Charlie helped me with & it took 1 minute. Im retired now & sometimes I feel stupid bc I havent kept up with modern office practices, & dont have a computer at home or a printer ( just an old lap top that is slow) but the UPS STORE employees Charlie, Jeffrey & Matt never make me feel stupid & have helped me print out a lease (never knew they offered that service)! Love this store - the workers are super friendly and fast. Every time I go, Im in and out in less than 5 minutes. My packages arrive safe and dry, and I get an email and text as soon as they receive them. You can get your mail after hours as well, but I havent had a need to. 5/5 recommend.

Usually have a good experience at this store. Recently, I went in to drop off an at&t modem and it was fairly fast and simple. The clerk named Charlie was very friendly as well :)

My husband went to UPS Store 4382 In Placentia to return a Amazon pkgs at 2:21 8/4/20.He was waited on by a very rude female unfortunately he did not get her name.It was as if she was bothered by having customers.Maybe she should rethink .. if she has no customers, she has no job...I don’t understand why would this store want a rude individual working & representing their trademark.She also informed him she did not want his Amazon box & to take it with him.Just saying maybe this store should watch how the customer’s are treated in the near future...

Very helpful, they took my ATT equipment, they were fast, and very friendly. After being dismissed rudely by Yorba linda and imperial ups store. Seemed like they didnt want to be bothered with ATT return equipment. Had to compliment this store for the exceptional service.

I went to drop off one box today and had very bad experience with Katie who is manager of store. Veryrude behavior with me. It seems like she doesnt like her job. There was a fragile items in box and she literally dumped it. I will never go again.

So here is my story,I ordered some prints through the store for some work that needed to be done in Anaheim. They did the work quickly, but there was a big mistake!The mistake was they printed everything in color! That took my cost from $250 to about $750!The reason they are getting a 5 star review is because the owner stepped in and corrected the mistake. Okay place, with mail and shipping services. Lost a star when they stopped offering Notary Public services. They do sell large rolls of bubble wrap in case you need some therapy paper.
