Getting fast internet in my home has been an ongoing saga for 2 years. I cant explain how many times Ive been on the phone with Spectrum, AT&T, Google. All with them blaming each other and no results. There was even a time when Spectrum sent 6 people to my home trying to fix the problem, only to tell me that WiFi shouldnt be over 100 mbps. The saga continues....... Finally, I got in touch with Universal IT Services and they sent Adel to do his thing. After I explained my needs and he walked my home, he gave me a list of equipment that I would need and stayed with me during the order. A few weeks later, I have blazing fast speed. Its been super helpful while working from home because if I wait 2 seconds for a web page to load 2,000 times a day, it becomes extremely frustrating. Also, Adel was super cool and made myself and my wife comfortable (we have dogs and a newborn) while we were able to handle our family as he walked around the house. Great service, great people!
