I had a disappointing experience with Drew Teicheira, who was pessimistic, dismissive, and rude throughout the process. At the open house, he seemed friendly, but that changed once we met at his office.1. Drew asked if we needed a chair, then pushed it to the doorway and left it there.2. He aggressively shot down our offer and was passive-aggressive while entering details online.3. After submitting proof of income, his attitude flipped, becoming pushy and persistent, practically begging us to increase our offer.Very unprofessional and not recommended. I suggest finding another realtor, especially if you’re looking for your forever home.

Drew and his team helped with us with selling our home. Drews knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and easy. It was very comforting to know exactly what we were signing for and the details of the whole process. He was consistent every step of the way.

Working with Drew was great! A very good negotiator and on top of his game. He knows when to negotiate for a better price and knows when you have to go in full price.Drew also has a list of people who can help with estimates in insurance, contractors for home repairs, lenders and so forth.Drew also has great follow up after a deal has closed and continues to stay in touch. I highly recommend Drew as your Realtor!

It is difficult to overstate how great it is to work with Drew. He was great in guiding us in our first home purchase and really pointed us in the direction of our best interest. He raised great questions that we hadnt thought of to ensure that we were happy with a home. When the market was constrained, he literally knocked on doors to find us a house. He made opportunities where we thought there were none. In the end this is how we found our dream home. We are so grateful for Drew. He is fun, personable and has strong ethics. He is everything you want in an agent.

I have worked with a lot of agents in my day, but none hold a candle to Drew. From the start you truly feel like he is advocating for you and your property. Drew is also one of the only agents that thinks outside the box and offers a completely unique strategy, the Luxury Auction Process, which sold our house in less than 30 days with multiple offers and crushed our personal expectations. I would give him 6 stars if it were an option! If you have a house to sell and you arent talking to Drew you are making a mistake!

We have had the pleasure of working with Drew for a few years now and both he and his team were of tremendous help in helping us buy an investment property.Not only were they in tune with our needs but the bidding process was extremely efficient. The market was extremely competitive and we were able to win with only one bid. There was no back and forth or games with the seller. We were in escrow within 24 hours and closed early. Being a parent and business owner, time comes at a premium to us and we are so glad Drew and his team understand that and were able to come in clutch during the buying process.

My wife and were looking for a home in Southern California and had previously lived in both San Diego and Orange County. We contacted Drew as I had heard great things about him. We were immediately impressed with Drews professionalism. We were looking at homes from San Clemente up to Newport Beach. Drew helped us narrow our search down to Newport and Laguna based on what my wife and I wanted. We looked at multiple homes and he always gave us his honest opinion based on our wants and needs. One thing to know about Drew as well as being a well connected professional agent is that he was an engineering major in college so he understands structures and can immediately tell you his thoughts on the quality of the construction and what is possible and what is not as it relates to remodeling. Drew is a consummate professional, knows the real-estate market as well as anyone and has strong contacts within the market. I have already recommended Drew to a close friend and would so again if anyone is looking for a patient, knowledgeable and professional agent in the Orange County area.
