Extremely poor communication. Will not return calls or emails timely. They misrepresented their services. Charged me for it and didn’t deliver! They also made mistakes on filing what they did and ignored my requests for correction. They would not refund my money either and I had to file a claim against them! Save yourselves a headache and go to a more honest place.

Kim and the crew are top notch! Like many of you, I always hated dealing with my taxes, listening to the yada yada While cycling through all my paperwork. This was the fastest, easiest, educational and fun experience I’ve ever had getting my taxes done. I called ahead to ask if they do up front pricing and if I can book an appointment, the lady who answered the phone told me to just come in, I show up 20 mins later she told me they booked until the 22nd of April . Couldn’t figure out why she can’t tell me that on the phone before I show up or that they’re full and won’t take anymore clients .

Kim was amazing . I went to her for the first time to get my taxes done, I had several years to do. LolShe was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, affordable . She made it very quick and easy. During these crazy times in our lives during this pandemic she is there for us to do a great efficient job and for the price and help everyone out, please send her all the business you can it’s the mom and pop businesses that we need to support during these times. Hands down the Best Place for taxes! I have been an independent contractor for many years and my accountant in SF was a HOT MESS! I come all the way here from the SF East Bay because Kim is THAT GOOD!!! :-)

Kim took all my fears away 💯💯taxes have been a complete nightmare for me . And pain in the you know who . But I promise To God she made this a breeze and even did all the hard work of sorting my expenses . I’m so thankful to have found her . And now she’s stuck with me as long as She prepares taxes ☺️☺️☺️
