Terri is amazing!! I have been working with her for years and she is professional, always there, quick response, and support me with advice when needed. She has very reasonable service fees and I like how she always files my taxes on time!!

An excellent experience! Terri is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Discovered my last tax preparer (who was way overpriced, btw) could have done a much better job and saved me over $600. Im so happy to be with Tax Gals now.

Have coming to see Terri the past 4 years. She is extremely efficient in preparing our taxes and very personable. She has helped us lower our tax burden substantially. Can’t thank her enough for doing our taxes.

Sorry for the length of this review, but I want to make sure people know all the mistakes she made for my taxes, and yet, I am awaiting for my refund, after 6 months!! (and I hope this will be all)I love the slogan on their tax folder: WE DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIMEReally???Terri’s un-professionalism is 1,001 in the scale from 1 to 1,000!The worst is she WILL NOT OWN her mistakes.I started contacting her via text last year, October 2020, but she WASN’T NEVER AVAILABLE FOR ME! At the end she must have filed my taxes late, although I do not think she had a clue. The only reason I know is because I received a letter with penalty from IRS. Naturally SHE had the guts to tell me that it was my fault that my taxes were filed LATE.. WOW.. REALLY!After I sent her a screenshot of my text in October 2020, I never heard from her..Since she knew she could not file for some of us on time, why didn’t she file an extension for all of her less important clients??? Common sense!But it is not the only thing she did for me this year:I received a ck from FTB with a credit, because of money that I paid last year but my tax preparer DID NOT put it in the 2020 IT.She even sent me an email from where clearly she says “she does not have a clue on why I received this credit”.I DOUBT she knows what she is doing. Sorry for my bluntness. But I have proofs.Naturally not her fault! As Usual!What about the letter I received from IRS I sent her and she dismissed it by saying that it is a random check!!!!Well, if you are curious, it wasn’t a RANDOM CHECK:The IRS cannot understand why in my 2020 income taxes on line 26 there is not trace of estimated payment she made me make last year, but yet they are in my IRS account.. so they want me to send them proofs, so technically the IRS is reviewing her work, because it is a HOT mess.. REALLY????Also on our business’s Income Taxes, she screwed up big time.I trusted her with my finances.Thank goodness she is not a surgeon, could you imagine?On my daughter’s refund, they used the old address, and no-one checked that it was different from the whole family???So she had to wait 4 months to get her refund.Naturally, this also is not her fault, in fact she states in her email:“For your daughter, that must have been the address on her tax docs that got picked up and my staff should have double checked, sorry about that.”Anyways, I do not know how she conducts business My fault is my bad judgment in choosing her with my financials. Yes, My ONLY Fault!What a disappointment she has been!If you want to become a new customer, please use your best judgment!And make sure you have her review your taxes when you pick them up, ask the right questions.. but wait, we hire them so that they do our interest.. Right! then be careful! (thank you for reading my long review)

Terri is very sweet and knows her stuff. Last year we used someone else for our taxes and we owed California but they didnt tell us why or how to change our withholding. Terri told us why we owed and how to change our withholdings. Well definitely be going back next year!

Ive always personally done my taxes or used an automated, online service. I decided this year to compare the expected return/amount owed that an online service estimated to what a local tax preparation service comes up with. I thought they would be similar amounts, but they werent even close! Terri from the Tax Gals saved me more money than I expected and has won my future business.I was absolutely blown away at how thorough Terri at the Tax Gals was. In comparison, the online tools that I had been using seemed very incomplete.I highly recommend the Tax Gals, especially if your tax situation is not simple.

Amazed! Overjoyed! Beyond impressed! Angeles did my taxes in less than 20 minutes. She helped me so much by finding things and understanding my unique job. I would recommend to all my friends and family!
