Super awesome staff. they sanitize everything. great for kids. tvs on ceilings and theyre extremely nice and helpful. especially appreciate the way they treat me going as an adult (always wanted to come as a kid). awesome play waiting room. coloring. tvs. puzzles and learning games and fun ones. they make sure everyone is okay and comfortable. superheroes. really excited to go every time and I am happy to have them as my new dentist place.The Super Dentists have their own movie. its pretty cool. It is okay for adult kids to go too.

Brought my son Austin for a tooth ache got seen on the same day ! Anna took care of us did a deep clean on his teeth and took his X-rays in minutes . Then explained every step she was very informative and so nice . All my questions were answered the dentist and orthodontics came in to see check his teeth and build his dental plan. Couldn’t be more happier with the service we had today at the SUPPER DENTIST

Rafael was amazing! He had so much patience with my son walked him through everything since it was his first visit. My own anxieties were resolved quickly over his first appointment because there were no tears. Rafael took all the time my son needed in order to stay calm. Thank you so much!

Super Dentist is the best place for kids, everyone are friendly especially to the kids they handle gentle with high respect to their kids patient. Amazing experience for me to watch and witness an excellent service. Safe, clean, friendly environment and fun entertainment for kids. Most of all how they communicate to the parents, and me as grand mother they explain every work recommend or procedure and to the kids they explain in manner kids understand. Good! Overall a great place for kids. All the staff are friendly and sensitive to the littles. They spend extra time explaining things to my little girl so she feels secure and comfortable. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff in ensuring everyone is aware of what is going on and explaining procedures throughout so there are no questions or confusion. My daughter looks forward to her visits.

The experience here was amazing. The assistant Estrella was awesome as well as the doctor. The people here are very nice and very helpful. My son loved it and i was very surprised he didn’t cry. So overall they did a great job!

I have taken my two kids to the Super Dentist for routine dental care and orthodontics for almost two years. Every visit has been great and I am always very happy with the excellent care and service we receive. Today my second kid got braces and we had an awesome experience. Dr. Amir, and his team made my daughter feel very comfortable and helped ease her nerves. While we were waiting I asked if they could see my other child who was scheduled for an orthodontist checkup just a few days later. Frank was so kind and gracious and said he could make room for her to be seen right away. He made her feel comfortable and special as well. It was a huge help that they fit in both of my kids together. Dr. Amir, Dr. Laura and the entire team at the Oceanside office are always so friendly and caring. My family is extremely happy with our decision to bring our kids to the Super Dentist!

This place is incredible! My very anxious babes calmed down within 5 minutes when they got to play the electronic battle ship game in the waiting room - that resembles a theme park! The decorations are incredible, free coffee and tea and water! The ENTIRE staff has been wonderful to work with setting up the appointments, the paperwork and insurance. Seriously the most positive dentist experience I’ve ever had, and my kids!!!

First visit here with my five year old daughter. The waiting room is full of stuff for kids and my daughter enjoyed reading the books. Once we got back to the treatment room, the dental assistant was very friendly, efficient, and put my daughter at ease. Very positive experience, we will be back.

If you care about your kids, do not come here. We came for the teeth cleaning and the exam. They told us my kid needs 8 crowns because her cavities are too big. They did an X-ray and it was so blurry, I could barely see anything. Did not explain any procedure. When I asked questions they looked at me like I was a trash. So, we went into a different clinic and it turned out my kid doesnt need any crown and only has 3 cavities. Comparing those two clinics I can tell that a super dentist is very unsanitary, all tools just sitting on the counter who knows maybe they have been used on previous patients because usually I see when dentists open a sealed package with tools. Their staff looks very unprofessional starting with the receptionists who cant find your appointment for 10 min. Our new doctor told us that my kids tooth looks like she hasnt done a cleaning for several months.

The wait is insane, the waiting rooms are packed with nowhere to sit, and even though its supposed to be for kids, they never have any of their tvs turned on or their game stations working. We had to wait 40 minutes for our appointment after checking in and being told it would be on time (we checked before we came in because my son has special needs and cannot sit for long). Luckily for us, as I tried to leave they called us back. The 3 stars is only for the dental assistant who was great with my kiddos. The front desk was severely lacking in information of any kind. They dont even give out a bag with toothpaste or anything. They just send you home with a cheap toothbrush. Ive heard amazing things about Peak Pediatrics and will be taking my kids there instead.

I’ve brought all 4 of our kids here for the past few years. The staff is super patient and kind with them - especially my two who get super nervous. They love the waiting room and all the fun decor. It’s also super convenient to have the orthodontist here for assessments when they come in for cleanings.

We have been going to the Super Dentists for over a year now. The first time I went Raphael put my then 4 and 2 year old at ease and made sure they knew what step was next. This time I brought my now 3 year old and 1year old, we had Raphael again my daughter remembered him and again he made the process so simple and stress-free. My 1 year old had his first dental appointment and he did so well.

Super bad experience. I recently moved to Vista, CA. I selected this office due to their good reviews. First of all, I was not greeted with a smile at the front desk, but thats ok. The dental assistant that was working with my son was not very nice either. I did not appreciate my son getting wet when she was brushing his teeth, I had to fix his paper bib, etc. I did not feel welcomed and the dentist maybe spent 3 minutes looking at my sons teeth. The only person that seems to enjoy her job was the super woman that entertains the children. Needless to say I wont be coming back to this dental office, I will keep taking my son to his usual dentist in Chula Vista.

Good customer service 👍 the girls in the back with the cleaning and x-rays are great. They care for the little ones. And make them feel comfortable. But the girl that schedule the treatment appointments (Angy) was do rude! Helping others and had me waiting even though I was before them. And when I told her she didnt care. And gave attitude instead of recognizing she did wrong. No good customer service at all. She didnt even had a name tag, so I had it to ask for her name. I was ask to remove the pic so I did. But is not ok to be treated this way.

Editing now that Im not in the office being begged for a good review with a laminted 8x10 qr code handed to me.Felt like an oil change, so fast, no explanation just, your kid needs all of this done and we will use a papoose board to strap her down while doing it! We have an appointment in 2 days, lets book now!Ive experienced this kind of dentist all to often being on medi-cal. They bill for anything they can, needed or not!Dirty office, not like the commercials at all, all the fun stuff was broken or turned off. The staff is always so awesome with my kids. They are very patient, kind, and attentive. They have helped my daughter overcome her fear of the dentist! Anna did an amazing job making my daughter comfortable and taking her time working with her. She also made sure my 9 month old was entertained by giving her a small prize, this helped me a lot! The place is clean and new, perfect for the kiddos. I was extremely excited as they provided a lot more detail paperwork. Our dental hygienist was amazing she was kind and patient. However there was so type of work tension that we even felt it. They kept asking her to work with someone she clearly didn’t wanted to they kept insisting. When it was time for my two year old she wanted some help, as I said you can feel the tension. Another lady came to help she looked bother she requested a tool to keep their mouth open my daughter was screaming as it was scary you could tell she was just trying to get things done fast without the compassion a kid needs. Once I was ready to pay the front desk lady also was bother why? I don’t know. When I ask if I needed to call or go with anyone for our next appointment she just said it’s automatically made for you with attitude. Why send you paperwork that they make you feel welcomed and to not force kids when their office is doing it themselves. I know work place can be overwhelming but leave it after patients leave. Still waiting on the person in charge to call me back.

The 4 girls at the front desk are not very welcoming and kind of give off a bad first impression. They don’t greet you and I stood there a long time before one acknowledged me. Once you get inside, the dental assistants are so nice and great with kids. My daughter is having so much fun and the assistant is very communicative and attentive. If the front office girls were as nice as the staff in the back, I think it would def be 5 stars.

I completely understand it’s hard working with kids but this doesn’t mean they get to be this way. I have so much to say! First off, I find it ridiculous there’s multiple reviews highlighting the front check in ladies with poor attitude and nasty demeanor towards customers. As the face of a business, as well as the person handling your paperwork it’s so extremely unprofessional to have people working making it seem like a chore that you’re coming in and paying their paycheck. You should not be disrespected nor condescended by people on their high horse while paying for an expensive and necessary service. Furthermore every response of higher ups is that they will take feedback to their team. Seems like it’s not working! Besides the lack of respect for customers I also feel they lack diligence of providing thorough exams! We’ve been here multiple times the past few months for my brothers check ups and ortho needs and somehow no one mentioned serious issues until he needed several cavities and crowns all at once? Then through the multiple appointment process of fixing these issues we attend an appointment today, where the front desk lady casually mentions he has “extremely poor oral hygiene and we’re taking his braces off if it doesn’t improve by the next appointment”. Considering we watch and even actively help brush and floss, it seems as though there may be an underlying issue we could have been actively working to resolve. As if this wasn’t already a bad appointment experience we’re told “no siblings in the back” as the other child is being put under laughing gas. Yet every other appointment we’ve been able to bring back my other brother “but it’s always been policy”. Then stick to it. Really interesting policy as it’s summer and living in a low income area, not many can afford things like extra childcare to take one to the dentist! We walked back in after ten minutes we find our brother just laying there under laughing gas with no intentions from the dental techs or assistants to let us know we could see him or help him up. Seems almost inhumane and super freaking weird. This is all without mentioning multiple insurance issues, long wait times and even being rescheduled multiple visits because of their own scheduling issues. I’m honestly not sure how there is a 4.6 rating and can say I wouldn’t patronize this business nor refer it ever again. So unprofessional it’s sad. (Not to mention the reviews stating it’s a hostile work environment and multiple children have felt scared under the care of staff, are we not seeing this marketed towards children’s dental services?)
