Ron and the entire Suarez team were simply the best. They handled 2 property sales for us after our mother passed away. They were extremely patient and professional during our time of need. One of our buyers was making waves and Ron was able to navigate through the escrow process and keep all parties calm and engaged. I cannot recommend Ron enough and he is definitely my go-to broker.

We worked with Ron Anavim to purchase our first home in Santa Monica and he was wonderful to work with. He is very calm and laid back and helped to take the pressure off of the whole process of buying a home. Several aspects of our sale were tricky- extended escrow and lease back needed, managing showings with a pet and newborn, and a somewhat slow market due to high interest rates. James had the best plan of all the realtors I interviewed, and he executed it beautifully. We sold before listing and above market, and got all the terms we wanted without ever having to do an open house. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to sell!

Last month we called the Suarez team for a property that unfortunately they have listed on Marina Del Rey. We left a voice message and sent an email. Never heard back. Sellers should be aware of this. I am very suspicious now of any good reviews they have. Possibly fake. Try them yourself and see if they respond. They may now after reading this review. Otherwise I would say based on my experience, buyers beware of wasting your time.

When you decide to sell your house, a lot of thoughts go through your mind. The first one being, who do you choose as your realtor? After interviewing the leading realtors in the Westchester area, we immediately knew who we wanted to represent us. The Suarez Team. James Suarez and Will Robertson impressed us with their professionalism, marketing smarts and friendliness. We made the right choice.They did much more than just stick a For Sale sign in the front yard and hold an open house. They helped us find an estate sale company to clear out the house, a contractor and no-charge loan to make improvements, and gave us several strategies on improvements and pricing. They were acutely aware of local market trends, the impact of high interest rates and seasonality as the holidays were fast approaching.We took their advice about going with a lower than we wanted listing price in the hopes of multiple offers over asking price, and that’s exactly what happened. We had two offers over asking before the first open house and closed without having to make any additional fixes or credits requested by the buyer. They really know their business. We were extremely happy with the entire process and highly recommend that you choose The Suarez Team to represent you in selling or buying your home. The Suarez Team were fantastic! Professional, trustworthy and honest at every turn. Once we signed with them, they swooped in like a SWAT team to prep our house for the sale. Everything was carefully thought through and planned to nth degree. When our potential buyers wanted us to give them a price reduction for repairs, James took a lot of time with us and talked us through the pluses and minuses of their offer - but left it up to us to decide whether that was something we wanted to do. No pressure either way. When an escrow fell through, James was patient and encouraging and assured us the house would sell. He gave us first time home sellers, as much of his time, positivity and thoughtful advice as we needed. And trust me, we needed quite a bit of hand-holding! When our home sold, James and his team celebrated along with us.Throughout the years, I have known a plethora of nefarious real estate agents (as I use to work in Beverly Hills real estate!) and I found James to be the most honorable, straightforward and sincere agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Long overdue review. I worked with Peter Jumrukovski to purchase our house in Los Angeles during covid. Peter is very knowledgeable with the real estate market, friendly, and accommodating. He worked with our schedule to look at houses over the weekend (the only time we were available). It took us over a year to find our house. Two years ago, when we decided to sell our house, we met with several agents, including James Suarez. My head and my gut said go with Suarez, but my heart said go with our original agent who had sold us our home years before. This was a catastrophic decision. Not one, not two, not three but four (!) escrows later - including real estate scammers pretending to be the owners of our beloved home right under our noses - we were forced to fire our agent, a friend.We made exactly one call to rectify this horrific situation... to James Suarez. James and his team were consummate professionals throughout our home buying process and made a normally stressful transaction as smooth and pain free as possible. Armed with an encyclopedic knowledge of the LA housing market, James answered every one of our questions and allayed our concerns. He also asked many questions of his own to ensure that we ultimately landed in the right house in the right neighborhood at the right price. That last point is particularly critical given how hyper competitive the LA housing market is, and James was nothing short of masterful at the negotiating table. He came armed with all the necessary data to ensure that we settled on a very fair price with the sellers.During the escrow phase of the transaction his teams excellent service continued, as we went through multiple inspections and several last minute snafus that in many other instances wouldve potentially wrecked a deal. In our case, it actually ended up saving us more money on the purchase price- again thanks to James.I think one measure of what makes a real estate professional truly best in class is what happens after the transaction when everyone has gotten paid. This is where Fineman Suarez proved themselves to us yet again. Throughout the move process they checked in regularly. When some furniture was damaged they were at the ready with a great repair guy. When we needed a good dog walker, same thing. Handy man? They had us covered. We have been in PDR now for over a year and members of the team STILL check in to make sure we are settling in well. Sure this is good business, but this is also a team who genuinely cares about their clients and has gone WAY above and beyond what is necessary. Case in point - at a client appreciation event recently one of the team members asked how our dog was doing...by name! Thats a different level of service in my book.Im not one to write reviews, but in reflecting on our experience with Fineman Suarez, I felt compelled to let others know just how outstanding they are. If I could give James Suarez and his team more than five stars, I most definitely would. He is one of the most professional and dedicated realtors we have ever met. We have bought and sold houses in multiple cities and our best experience was working with James to purchase a house in LA. James and his team are detail-oriented, passionate about their work, considerate of the needs of their clients, and unbelievably focused. James works around the clock and he makes himself available for any and all questions. He helped us buy a great house in a fabulous area and everyone in our area would use James if selling their house or buying another. I am not sure why someone has posted such negative reviews and frankly the tone sounds very similar in the 3 or 4 recent reviews, so I do wonder if it is the same person, which would be very inappropriate. I am extremely confident that you will not be disappointed if you work with James and his team in the Marina, Playa, South Bay and surrounding locations (or any location) and honestly, you would be crazy not to use him. One of the most immature real estate agents I have ever seen. The guy belongs in high school. We put an offer on a house that has been sitting on the market for 7 months and they wanted 1.95 million. Old house that needed so much work. We offered 1.75 million and this fool wanted more. We said no, last and final offer. He said were going to pass on it. I said find, keep looking for a buyer who wants a house next to the airport for almost 2 million. James Suarez replies, We used your offer as leverage to get another buyer to go higher on the house. Lol!!!! Thank you!! I said great, unlucky for the other chap. He would not stop emailing back and it got to the point that my fiancé had to tell him to stop harassing and wed get our lawyers on this case. What a horrible, unprofessional team. His agents are idiots (Brandon and Orlando) and lied right to our face telling us that they have 2 offers on this house which we found out was a complete lie. Dont trust this unprofessional team. Worst service imaginable!!! They changed my locks without my permission! I just finished selling my home with James Suarez. First, he knew time was of the essence and we were rushing to clean and have the photos taken, then we found out he wasnt planning on doing an open house until 2.5 weeks after signing with him, but had to figure that out on our own as he didnt tell us what his plan was. Second, at first he didnt deal with us much at all. I understand the company is big, but he should assign another realtor to smaller cases like mine. Instead he pawned me off to multiple team members so no one was on the same page. Third, we specifically told him we wanted only his team to have the lockbox code. He gave it out without my permission and someone lost the key. They were supposed to have an open house one day and I found out afterward that when they couldnt get in they had my locks changed instead of calling me! Fourth, any time I complained about anything James was rude and argumentative. How can you not be apologetic about illegally changing my locks without my consent?!! Fifth, no one kept me informed of the time line/progress and I constantly had to ask.I highly suggest any realtor besides Fineman Suarez. Im pretty sure the horrendous service was bc my place is a condo and not $1 million. Dont take the listing if you arent going to treat every customer the same.
