My husband and I decided it was time for our warping blinds to get replaced with a more substantial window coverings. He found The Shutter Guys online. Their reviews were great so we decided to reach out. From the initial contact to the installation, the Shutter Guys are AMAZING! My consultation with Chris went great. He is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, patience and nice. My husband and I were eyeing some neighbor’s shutter. Chris was kind enough to take a little field trip to see them. He provided feedback on them. I asked a million questions but Chris was very patience. By the end of the consultation we were 1,000% comfortable moving forward with them. The installation went great. Carlo and Edgar are awesome. They are professional and thorough. They wore shoe coverings. They were perfectionist when it came to making sure the frames and panels were all lined up, we really appreciated. They are very clean and swept and vacuumed after each panel install. We absolutely love our shutters. They came out much better than we expected. They add a timeless elegant to our home and we are never going back to blinds. You won’t be disappointed with The Shutter Guy! They are a great company, easy to work and just wonderful people!

These guys are great. Between Chris coming out and handling the measurements and Wade & Kevin coming out to do the install, these guys have you covered for any window coverings.I had just moved into a small house but it had no window coverings. I have a mix of blinds, vertical blinds for a sliding door, and shutters. I have a big window in the living room that I wanted to feature with nice shutters. The Shutter Guys had lots of options for me, modern, traditional, inside mount vs outside mount. Anyhow, they turned out great!The blinds are the type that dont have pull strings, they just stay wherever you lift/lower them to. Really solid feeling product.If you are looking for a good, local, family owned business that is fully capable to get your various windows/doors covered then these guys can definitely get the job done for you.

Im absolutely pleased with this entire process. The new shutters look spectacular & the service was even better! From start to finish this entire process has been easy. The installation for our ENTIRE house happened in 1 day, the guys were VERY professional & I couldnt be more pleased. They showed us how to care/maintain/use the shutters & had some tips & recommendations. They even addressed the freight damage in one of the frames & had it re-ordered to replace in the future. Yes, youll have to wait (for us, about 4 months) for the custom shutters to be made & installed, but its worth it. I purchased a home in a new development, but most of the other homeowners went with blinds & let me tell you, our home REALLY stands out thanks to our beautiful shutters. Im sure the pictures dont do them justice. You may find better prices (not sure as I didnt shop around), but you wont find better service. And dont you want the best!? I know my neighbors didnt go with the best & regret it....

Great company. Reasonable prices. Accommodating.We moved houses and have referred them to family and friends. So they’ve done multiple projects for us. Carlo and Michael came to install today and finished another job for us. He even recognized us. They were professional, courteous, wore shoe covers, and respects my home. This company retain great talents.They do all kinds of window coverings; not just shutters. We have blinds and shades from them too.We (as the home owner) had to delay the install TWICE due to other ongoing prolonged renovations in the house and the Shutter Guys were very accommodating and flexible. We even offered to pay them in 2022 so they can close out the year with the money but they said they’ll take the payment on site when they install. I highly recommend this honest and reliable company.

We had the Shutter guys installed wood shutters in all our bedrooms and bathrooms back in 2018. Their price is reasonable and the service is excellent. The guy came to do the estimates was on time and very professional. We are very satisfied with the quality of the shutters. The shutters are still look new and in great shape even after 5 years as of today. A few times we forgot to close our windows and the shutters got wet. We just used towel to wipe it clean. Very low maintenance and excellent quality. I would definitely use them again!

Dave and his team were great throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation when he helped us pick out shade styles and colors to the installation of the shades by the crew. The installation of the shades was very smooth and the crew did a great job of cleaning up and showing us how to maintain and use our new shades (via the App). We did a big remodel project, and the installation of the shades was the final piece that made was basically the icing on the cake! Thank you to the Shutter Guys for a great product and great customer service, I will definitely be recommending them to others who are in need of some new shades.

The Shutter Guys are awesome. Weve used them on two separate occasions. We had our downstairs shutters done first then upstairs. Each time, they were extremely professional. From the first consult we had confidence in their business. Wade was extremely helpful in suggestion certain window shades and shutters to fit our needs. When it came to the install the installation crew was extremely polite and clean! They kept all the trimming and dust outside. We hardly knew they were there. The price was extremely reasonable. We get compliments on our shutters all the time now. We would recommend the Shutter Guys to anyone looking for shutters or any other window shade needs.

Its been 11 years since The Shutter Guys installed shutters and blinds in our house (9/2012). And I just wanted to say that they still look spectacular. And there hasnt been any problem with them. I was just dusting the shutters and thought that a review from more than a decade after a product was installed might be useful. This was definitely a worthwhile investment! The whole process was smooth and all I remember from the installation day was that the young man who was doing the job had a baby due right around that time!

I purchased two shutters from The Shutter Guys to cover windows on the second story of my open living room. One large window is west facing and the sun made the room bright and hot every afternoon. I recently had an issue with one of my Hunter Douglas blinds that I had ordered a few years ago from from Wade/Shutter Guys, and even though it took a few visits to fix and was out of warranty, they made sure the issue was fixed correctly and didn’t even charge me anything!! Wow!! Definitely wasn’t expecting that! I shopped around for a long time for my window coverings and while I could’ve bought the same shades elsewhere, I wouldn’t have received the same customer service. We had a set of shutters installed in one window of our house 8 years ago. The first time we opened the shutters, the magnets had cracked-they hold the shutters closed-i.e. thats how good they fitted the shutter to our window. We contacted Mr Shannon and he ordered a set of new magnets and shipped them out to us for FREE. Furthermore, Mr Shannon explained why the new magnet housing are metal, not plastic like the originals. The manufacturer and Shutter Guys discovered, over time and direct sun, the plastic casings become brittle and break, hense the reason the magnet housing is metal. I feel this demonstrates the excellent installation Mr Shannons crew provided us with the installation of the shutters- we never knew the magnets were cracked, until the first time we opened the shutters, during another construction project! The shutters were manufactured and Installed with such precision, we almost decided to forego installing new magnets!

Working with Wade was great. He was very professional and we love that its a family owned business right in San Diego county! He gave us different option for what would be best for our home.
