We went to see Rick Springfield concert. Weve been there numerous times. You really cant get a bad seat at The Show, even on the very top level. The sound is amazing, the staff there are very friendly and helpful, and the seats are very comfortable.

Great venue 2200 seats so not a bad one in the house. Very good acoustics for music. I saw Smokey Robinson and it was fantastic. I look forward to more shows here. Drink prices were very reasonable. Very easy access to bathrooms. Entry and exit were smooth 😎

Great acoustics and they have the biggest chairs for any casino venue in the Coachella Valley. Save your money and buy your drinks after you go in The Show. Cheaper.

I went to see Jerry Seinfeld live at the Show in Agua Caliente Resort and Casino. Parking was difficult to find so plan to be there early to give yourself enough time.The staff is friendly to guide you and once inside the casino, you can follow the signage to the Show for your event. The place is well designed to guide you easily to the drink area, bathrooms and exits.The chairs were comfortable and the mezzanine seating space gave you a great view of the stage. The sound is very clear and loud in all areas so you don’t miss anything. They have shows for all people throughout the year. Enjoy.

The sound is amazing inside. Been here twice. It is also quite comfortable while watching your event. I was never hot even in the middle of summer. Lots of seating and two large monitors for those in the back.

I always tremendously enjoy my visits to Agua Caliente. I recently visited The Show theater to see a popular comedian. I had a balcony seat but a center stage view. There really isnt a bad seat in The Show! The performance was excellent and I had a great time. Looking for to the next performance.

Great venue where no matter where you sit you have a great view of the stage and the acts that are playing due to its setup / layout. The artists and acts they have are varied and always have something for everyone to enjoy. Very well organized in that from the time you arrive, someone is clearly directing you where to go and or find your seats. Two BIG Thumbs up.

So much going on around in Aqua Caliente Resort Casino where The Show hosts outstanding talents.Space is giant 3/4 circle of seats facing the stage. Two large screens enable one to feel up close and personal, so you dont miss a beat.Seats are comfy and spacious. Yes, you can have cocktails at your seat.

Went to go watch Gabriel Iglesias. Its a nice casino with a great amount of parking thank God! It didnt take very long to find a space. The venue is spacious yet intimate. We got row A balcony seats its still a very decent view. I didnt play in the Casino or try the food but it looked good. I would go back.

Awesome venue!!!!!!!!Cant wait to come back and see another show here.Great access to all of the seating areas even with crutches.The sound and lighting was perfect.We didnt need earplugs since the sound crew knew what the were doing.Quick entry through security and the 20 bar locations made quick work of any lines if there were any.Great experience compared to the other Big casino next to Hadleys.

Great Venue. We were front row Balcony for Smokey Robinson and had a wonderful time. The only comment is that where within the complex you enter the venue is not really well marked on the outside when you drive in. It is on the far north side of the Casino, closest to the Freeway

The venue seating is great. Good line of sight no matter where you sit. It is missing one star because of the parking. The staff seems overwhelmed on event nights. The directional signage is very inadequate and the parking staff is rude when you ask for assistance.

Great venue. Clean. Drinks werent too pricey. My only negative is the designated smoking area is right by the door you have to use to walk in. I have horrible asthma. I spent the first half of the show feeling nauseated and wheezing because of all the smoke I had to walk through. It would be nice if they had another area to walk in where people werent smoking.

Nancy Wilson and company were spectacular. Vocals were rich and bluesy, Nancy voice is perfect. Her guitar talent is better than ever, new and old songs. Kimberly ripped apart her solos like a power house, bringing the place to its feet. The band is incredible a must see. The venue is great for all music.

This was my first time going to this venue in the Casino. It was super nice. Good sound, good lighting and not a bad seat in the house. Go early and have dinner at Waters Cafe, enjoy the show, then stay late to play a few slots. It makes for a very fun evening!

Saw Collective Soul there, seats on the floor and it was great ! I really prefer these smaller, more intimate venues. Theres not a bad seat in the house . And heres a tip . Save yourself the extra fees from ticketmaster and buy your tickets from the kiosk machine in the lobby . Saved 55 dollars per ticket by buying it direct .

Awesome place to see a concert,just about every seat is a good view,capacity is just over 2000 seats,parking was a breeze,casino was not crowded plenty of open machines everywhere,I would suggest reservation for the steakhouse it was sold out for the night and wait for the cafe was over an hour, they have a eatery area which consist of a deli,Mexican food place and Chinese,I highly recommend the deli excellent sandwiches and I tried there fried chicken combo excellent,light batter and not greasy

Along with the McCallum Theater, this is the nicest entertainment venue in the valley and is far superior to the other casinos that host comparable live entertainment acts. Ive seen musical and comedy acts there, and its been great every time. Theres plenty of parking and its easy to get in and out of.

Abbacadabra - the Abba Tribute Band was a really great concert. Excellent music. Lots of joke bantering among the Abba members about their interpersonal conflicts and divorces. Best of all, they really know how to work the audience. Everyone was dancing and singing with the group. It was like a big party.Bottom line - they put on an awesome concert, and as was brought up in their introduction, they are the closest thing you will ever have to see the real Abba in concert. Highly recommended. Ill gladly go back to their next concert!

The show was good, but extremely short ; it only lasted an hour and 10 minutes.. Four ladies next to us drove all the way from Pasadena and one of their comments was Give me my money back. I know that Lady Gaga, Cher, and Tina Turner have a lot more song they could have interpret. I too felt jipped.

Venue is very nice. Good sound. Good seats all through the venue. I gave it a poor rating for the continuous poor services at the bar; specifically the 3rd floor and its Bar Managers. Bars are frequently understaffed and management refuses to listen to customer complaints. After attending my 4th event there, it obvious that hospitality is not their strength.

Johnny Mathis never fails to deliver! I have seen him perform 3 or 4 times at this beautiful venue over the years, and even now in his 80s, his voice is as smooth and warm as ever. If you want to relax and lose yourself for at least a brief couple of hours to an era when music was exceptional, dont miss the next opportunity you have to spend an evening with such a wonderful gentleman at a perfect location...it will be an evening youll long remember!

My husband had knee replacement surgery three months before our Date Night July 28. We discussed that possibly he wouldnt be able to be in a crowd if his werent 100%. He had plenty of room in our assigned but before the show his knee locked up. He told me he had to leave. The wonderful Usher for our area saw him and went out of her way to accommodate him in handicap seating even though it was a full house. Many thanks to the professional action of this employee!

I have seen Tribute to Prince at Fantasy Casino. I believe that Agua Caliente Casino should it make it better for the band and singer. The sounds, lights and the stage should being better. Disappointing. Too short for the money. Im glad Theresa Caputi didnt rake us for more expensive seats. They didnt have any ADA seats left any closer. Were not suppose to be seen or heard now ♿. Plenty of nonchallenged seats that were empty. My wife had fun even though she had to lean over the balcony and practically fall over it to see and hear her. Im still on the fence? I dont think she was that great. She would always be very vague and throw a one liner out there to get a laugh when she tripped up.Shes seen better days.☹

This is such a fabulous venue for concerts. The showroom is large yet intimate. Every seat is a good seat in its own right. The soundsystem and acoustics are terrific. The ushers are helpful and friendly. Theres a strong presence of Security Officers which is comforting as well as intimidating (in an odd way like border patrol). Its all good, though! Will Call and ticket purchase lines run smoothly and efficiently. Special attention and courtesy is extended to persons with disabilities. Inside theres convenient bars to purchase beverages as well as handy restrooms. Adjacent to The Show is an entrance from the parking lot so one doesnt have to trapse through the casino if they prefer not to. The 360 Sports bar is directly next to the showroom. There you can knosh on quick bites before a concert. In addition, a fun circular bar elevated off the floor, has a DJ keeping it lively. Agua Caliente is a class act and truly worthy of being voted the best outside of Vegas.

The actual Aaron Lewis show was great! But the drunk lady behind us screaming the whole time really sucked. We could not hear him talk or sing half the time because she was yelling stuff at him and screaming the whole time. It got really annoying. The lady in front of us finally told her to shut up but she didnt. The people in front of us finally moved. At one point during the show, Aaron Lewis announced something about the fire victims and the drunk lady yelled To f@#&in bad for them! Wow!! We were there to hear Aaron Lewis sing not a drunk lady ramble all night.

First off, it was freezing. Probably minus 50 . They changed the setup this year compared to all the other years....we were told by staff that since guests had stolen so much of the free food in years past that we had to buy it this Year. Better Planning and management could have easily redolved that issue. They use to provide tickets for drinks they could do the same for food or they could have staff hand out prepared foods...we bought hot dogs..buns were still slightly frozen. The price wasnt bad, but they could have made a greater effort.After many years of lookikng forward to their Super Bowl event, were done. Well go to BURGERS AND BEER next year!..Long time guest will go down valley to other casinos to gamble in the future.

That just show how incompetent your security team. They cannot even gather the proper information. I gave them my no. 10 digits, how pathetic that they cant even get that. Also, I have a players club. If they want to get my info, it is there. It surprises me that you have more than 1 bad review with your security and still no action. What about the waters cafe? History shows that your lazy employees are suppose to give security all unattended items. But they do not. You need to train your employees. As for you, get off the computer, make a difference, be a role model and do something about the issue.

The security didnt know they were hosting a Halloween party and harassed me and my wife on our anniversary causing us to miss our dinner reservations at the steakhouse because we were in costume makeup. They told us to remove it and everyone else would have to do the same to get in, but surprise surprise time for the party and make up and masks galore. Terribly done.
