It was our first time at this mall and we really liked it. We love going to malls we haven’t been to before, especially a two-story mall. There were a lot of shops, but the big thing that they had here was food. There are so many places to eat at, if anything, if we would go back to try the food. We saw a lot of Asian food mostly and all of it looked good. The hard part would be trying to pick out what we would want to try first.Along with the mall, there’s a 99 market attached to it, along with the cheesecake factory being right next to it, a Dave & Buster’s, and a bowling alley.It’s a big mall, it was fun to walk around in and we were there for four hours.

This mall has all the big department stores, AMC movie theater, Dave n Busters arcade/restaurant, bowling alley, play area for small children, plenty of food options, lots of parking, they even offer valet parking. Its all decorated for Christmas now with nice decorations also. Great place to shop and/or eat or just to go for some entertainment.

1st time here and loved it, if you love plants theres an awesome stall there with something for everyone whether youre experienced or a beginner. Very kind, knowledgeable, and the plants are thriving. I left with a cool climbing onion plant I havent seen before and had to leave some really cool ones behind.

This place has a great Asian themed area with food options resembling those which could likely be found on a typical Asian street scene. I really enjoyed the theming here. Fun place to check out while you are waiting around or exploring the rest of the Mall.

The mall is huge and very nice inside. I had difficulty finding parking, but right as I was leaving, I found a spot everyone missed . So I was lucky at the last second we were leaving. We came for the Fun box. My first time at this mall. Too busy and the parking is almost impossible to find.

There are many brands in this shopping center, including fast fashion, sporting goods, household goods, clothes, shoes, bags, and food. The public space is very wide and makes people feel comfortable when shopping, and there is also enough rest area inside where you can sit when you are tired from shopping

This is such a clean mall and the air-conditioning works great. It is a good mall for the senior citizens to walk around to get exercise. Plenty of places to shop and eat. This is a very safe facility. Lots of parking. Many stores have opened up from the pandemic. Great news.

My partner and I loved visiting The Shops at SA. Theres more than 200+ stores along with two stories for the entirety. There is a parking garage and parking lots, but it can get full easily with there being 99 Ranch, a lot of cute shops including K+Pop, Tokyo Lifestyle, Neko Stop, a couple of anime stores, Miniso, Uniqlo and various shopping retail brands such as H&M and Forever 21.When you walk around inside, there is plenty of walking space along with having an expansive food court along with a Bowlero and AMC.

This mall was great. So clean to story mall with so many options. And it being right next to the horse track makes it perfect for the wives who like to shop or who just dont like the horse racing. The prices were very affordable. The food selection huge as well as fun for the kids. Lot of things to do and see. People there were kind,polite,and nice. To many deals to choose from. Had to go back each day we were here. But if the deals dont call you in or call out to ya. Then the smells from the food court in and out all through the mall will. Amazing smells and food. A must visit place.

Probably one of my favorite Westfield locations in the Los Angeles area. It does get extremely crowded on the weekend, so make time to find parking. Some of the old favorites that have gone out of business have been replaced with multiple establishments that are similar and cater to the demographics of the area. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the mall has lost some variety and charm because of this.

This place is very disorganized. The security staff is rude, clearly following non-customer-friendly orders from their manager. This is not a place to come for fun or shopping. The security staffs behavior drives customers away. Id give it zero stars. Dont spend your money here.

Generally lovely mix of tenants but restrooms and several seating areas were quite dirty.. appreciating many open spaces and artistically lit areas so could enjoy semi outdoor shopping and strolling in daytime and evening alike. (2018: 4 stars)Revisited May 2019, evident that the mall has undergone some lovely sprucing up. Much cleaner and many comfy sleek seating spaces. Noticed a lot of exciting new tenants (the famous Hai Di Lao hotpot amongst other Asian restaurants).

This huge mall is superbly designed, and located in a highly picturesque spot. It has a nice open architecture exterior and interior. If it is crowded like on holidays and weekends, you won’t get the the added claustrophobia effect from the low ceilings like some smaller malls. If your favorite store has a shop here, I would recommend shopping here for the better experience it offers.

It’s sad to see that so many stores/restaurants aren’t open or that they have closed. The mall is super empty. Everyone is following the guidelines with social distancing and wearing their masks so I do feel safe. As for clothing stores, you aren’t able to try on clothes.. so there’s a high chance of you coming back to return items. You might as well shop online! A lot of stores that are outside near the promenade are open but restaurant wise, are 90% closed.

The shops at Santa Anita mall are fabulous (minus Michael Kors. Service sucks there). Lots of variety. But since they have a gym, market, Din Tai Fung, parking does get a little crazy there. I always forget about the outside part of the mall! Mostly restaurants and food places.. mostly geared towards Asians..

I had not been to the mall at Santa Anita for 20 years. I was quite surprised by all the changes. Its so much larger than it was originally and being older now I had trouble reading the maps and went the opposite direction of where I wanted to go. So I wandered for about 30 minutes and marveled at all the new shops. I caught sight of Auntie Annes, which I had not been to for those 20 long years and got in the long line. It was going slow but that was OK with me as I just was so excited to get 2 of my favorite pretzels. After about 5 minutes I did notice people just leaving the front of the line but thought they were tired of waiting. So when I finally got to the front I was told by the employee that the credit card machine just broke and I couldnt order but I said that I was paying cash. He said they DONT ACCEPT CASH!!! What??? So disappointed. Im disabled, have difficulty with balance and walking, so not sure when Ill make it back. At least I now know where the pretzels are and are fairly easy for me to reach. It was a big experience for this old lady.

Its quite a big mall. Good for hanging out with your family. There are a lot of top brands in this mall starting from Zara, Forever 21 and GAP. It has a widely open area on top of the mall that people usuallg sit and hangout. The foodcourt has a variety of restos like Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, and Chipotle. The parking if always hard to find during weekends.

The shop named Zumiez, is definitely for youngsters, excellent bargain choices for students, friendly and approachable staff. They sell Ed Hardy, Dragonball, Brixton, and other vintage items, etc.Noodle St offers hand-made noodles of 4 different cuts. The Spicy Beef noodle with Knife Cut noodles are not spicy at all if youre Asian, yes if youre not. Lamb skewers are good to share to sample. Fried chicken wings maybe a bit overcooked, but has excellent sauce with it.Egg with Tomato noodles dish is good for toddlers and children to share with parents. Iced Green Tea is refillable and try it with some sugar, but Id recommend sharing the drink if youre getting soupy items because there is a lot of brothBeef stir fry is regularly tastingThe customer service is generally very good, specifically Vin who was so upbeat, knowledgeable and patient with our endless questions about the food and drinks. Very good teamwork at this location, since the orders did not take long and drinks were served first.

It one of the few thriving malls that are still around. With that said it has all your typical mall stores. Nothing really out of the ordinary here. When the mall gets packed it really gets packed and parking can become quite a chore looking for a spot. Ive have encountered so many impatient, inconsiderate drivers here when searching for parking and this isnt just once or twice. Inside the mall itself is, well, a jungle on busy days. Lots of people, lots of kids and my god, those damn strollers....beware of the strollers! As I said the shops offered here are not unique so I prefer to order what I need online that have to deal with the insanity of this place OR if you want to catch some sort of illness since apparently people have no manners when it comes to coughing or sneezing. This is the best mall I have ever been to. Wow, just wow. The layout of the mall, the design, and the multitude of shops and restaurants make this an outstanding place to visit and shop. The promenade is amazing with restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Cali Pizza Co. They have a Nordstrom and Macys as well. Great food court too. Simply a wonderful mall!

The mall itself is one of the best Ive been to but the retailers that work there are quite unfriendly to me. No one smiled. Some barely said goodbye and they all looked like they didnt want to be bothered. It wasnt just customer service lacking, they were actually rude. Nordstrom, JC penny, Macys, H&M and Claires. It gets 3 stars for the niceness of the mall itself. Customer service deserves no stars from the places mentioned above where we spent money.

Some sale items at various stores were not to bad. Overall pricing would be average. Not a place to find Barton or clearance items. Santa is there taking distant pictures. Be prepared to walk. The mall does not offer any seating at this time. No place to rest and catch your breath while hitting all the stores. They do have ample parking. Some of your major stores and chain specialty stores. Along with one off unique stores. 2nd level is accessible by stairs, escalators and elevator.

This is one of our favorite hangout place… good amount of parking and easy to find one even on a busy day. Maintenance and upkeep has been on the downturn since the change of ownership. For as much foot traffic as this mall gets it seems like management doesn’t want to keep the bathrooms playgrounds, and outdoor areas well maintained.Things that do get fixed are repaired with glue and duct tape rather than actual permanent fixes.

Our favorites neighborhood shopping mall. This mall has huge parking lot and it’s right next to the famous Santa Anita House Race Track. So expect a lot of traffics on the weekend.I have seen the mall been transforming itself into a medium to high end shopping destination with the new opening of shops like MK and Coach stores. Lululemon also has a popup shop here every Christmas.Besides the new store additions, the mall had expanded its food scene quite a bit too. With the addition of DinTai Fung, the mall now has more diverse cuisines in addition to foods offered by Cheesecake Factory and Wood Ranch.For entertainment, the mall boasts a multi theater AMC complex and Dave and Buster’s for adult funs. A bowling alley, recently added to the mall, is a welcome venue for family fun time.This mall has something for everyone. People come here to just hang out as the promenades outdoor space has a lot of seatings and playgrounds for the kids.

This review is for Irwanto Key kiosk by the food court, not the entire mall. I give 5 stars not because the guy is an Indonesian fellow. I didn’t know him and we’ve just met when I made my Prius Prime smart key with him. He charged me half of dealer’s price and he only needed 30 amazingly minutes, while dealer asked for one day long from early morning to evening.You did a great job and made my day! Terima kasih!

Arguably the best mall in the SGV. I noticed they finally repaired many of their EV chargers, but they raised the price to charge... about 3.00/hr per 3.3 kw (6.6 if not shared). 3.00/hr is a higher rate than 5.50/gal comparibly. Unless youre just topping off, its way too expensive. Also, the station charges you $3/hour to park if youre not actively charging.

Excellent food court w arcade and bowling at Bowlero, that has a bar too, great for all ages family party, Cheesecake Factory next door or Benihana or Dave n Busters. Great mall stores including Swarovski, designer clothing, a KPop store, a candy store, 99 Ranch supermarket that has a lot of great foods including a massive selection of Asian foods and produce. I love this mall. Its the best mall in L.A. in my opinion. And nearby you have the Santa Anita racetrack, a golf course and Claros Italian market & deli on Huntington. Nice hotels nearby as well!

Instead of filling the soda machines they just removed them. Well I won’t be back to this place. Last day for me.There beverage machines stay empty for weeks at a time. If you don’t restock the machines you should just remove them. It seems the care for this mall has gone down since it was bought by a new buyer. Roof leaks as proof of buckets place thru out the mall. Escalators are constantly out of order. Cleaning of the mall is not like it use to be. The floors are dirty and in need of a good cleaning. They need to scrape some of the gunk off the floor. Kind of sad but typical of someone buying a mall. They think it will be a money machine. Well I hope he takes better care of this place and it does not go downhill.

It is a great place to hang out for several hours. Took a stroll through an upscale furniture store and enjoyed their ambiance. Very relaxing and openThe mall is clean. This use to be the best mall around. Now it’s just loads of people everywhere, with so many substandard stores. The only good store is Nordstrom’s.( The Tom Ford Vanilla/Tobacco Cologne is awesome) and Footlocker. I miss Ben Bridge and Robinson’s May. Seems like all the small stores just sell cheaply made stuff and most people just hang out there so they don’t have to use their A/C at home. So many rude people. Parking is terrible, just pay the 10 bucks for Valet, otherwise your going to be driving around looking for a spot forever. This mall needs new owners, and change the stores to fit the Zip Code. There should be Chanel, Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci ETC, kinda like South Coast Plaza. This mall will go under, sometime soon I hope, so we can get a Re-Brand please. I have been going here since 1986. Time for change....

Just visited this amazing mall with a wide variety of stores to select from. It has a spacious parking too, which is a super plus for easy accessibility! This mall is not too saturated with people, which I totally loved because it allowed for a peaceful shopping experience. It pleasantly deviates from the standard LA mall scene as it houses a different mix of stores.There are loads of jewelry stores too. As a watch collector, I was thrilled! I took my sweet time exploring the lust-worthy collections. The array of wristwatches was just awesome.And, lets not forget the food court. Its massive, with many food options to choose from. After a good day of shopping, you can totally kick back and dig into some delicious grub! Overall, a pretty cool place to lose track of time and indulge in some retail therapy! I like coming to this mall. So many cool stores and great Asian restaurants. I also like the fact that theres outdoor shopping as well. It does get crazy at times where you spend alot of time looking for parking, but if you manage your visit and arrive before the rush youll have a great time.

👍 DESPITE THE PARKING ISSUES - NICE MALL WITH MANY SHOPS!!!✔️ Parking is an issue on the weekends after lunch, get there early!✔️ Not too crowded, but there are some tight aisles in the bigger stores.✔️ Food court smells good & is kept clean.✔️ This mall and South Cost Plaza in south orange county are the few malls that offer high end cosmetics at Macys, Nordstroms etc.✔️ Dept. stores are willing to honor deals & gift offers unlike some smaller malls.✔️ The employees at most stores are actually helpful & kind...this is a shock to me since I have come to expect POOR service at most brick & mortar establishments.✔️ MY VISIT = Macys & Nature Republic employees were particularly nice, I must commend them on their courtesy & their managers should take note of this if they want to remain relevant in the face of Amazon.

This mall used to be known as Westfield Santa Anita for anyone thats confused.This is my favorite mall especially cause I used to live near the area, so it was extremely close to my home. It has two accessible stories while some stores have three stories. I think Nordstrom and Macys are the two stores with three floors.Some of my favorite stores here are Neko Stop, Sanrio, Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle, Wushiland Boba, Hot Topic, and Shibuyala.The mall is very clean, theres seating available almost everywhere, so if you grab a snack at a kiosk you can find somewhere to sit. The mall is huge aside from the two floors, so youre sure to find something to your liking as there is an incredible variety of stores. Parking is also amazing as there are four parking lots, two of them being parking structures. One of them is a two story lot going underground and the other is five or six stories going up with the final floor being on the roof. This parking structure is around the right near Cheesecake Factory behind the mall and has easy access to Bowlero, Dave and Busters, and AMC.I personally love how many stores this mall has but wish there were more stores like Hot Topic and Neko Stop as those are stores I think would bring teens in and maybe even a rollerskating/ice skating rink.

Used to be go-to mall. but since Westfield sold it last year, maintenance has been going downhill. the kids playground on the promenade has a broken section which has literally been broken and fenced off for like a year... no repair has been made. on weekends the mall gets pretty crowded. there is trash everywhere on the promenade. the new owner needs to do a better job of maintaining the grounds.

This is a beautiful mall with a lot of great stores and a huge food court as well as an AMC Movie Theatre. The reason for my 3 Star Rating? Lack of Parking and the Crowds! Unlike many malls that are virtually empty other than Christmas, THIS mall is packed 7 days a week. In order to get a parking place, you have to walk from the far end of the parking lot. Valet parking is available for about $10. There are also long waits to eat at Cheesecake Factory or Benihana. Wood Ranch isnt quite as crowded. If you dont mind paying for Valet Parking or walking a long distance from your car, you will probably like this mall. You also have to be be comfortable with holiday- like busyness.

This mall is usually very clean both inside and outside. The stores usually keep up with their inventory pretty well. The available food options are diverse and offer different options depending on personal taste preferences. This place has huuuuge parking space all around it, but if you come here on a weekend, it can be difficult to find a spot. This mall has been expanding through the years, adding more stores and restaurants. This mall is always crowded and is so bad on the weekends. In order to park, you have to stalk someone and follow them to their car to find a spot, unless you are willing to park at the end of the lot near the fire station. There is a constant turn in the variety of shops there. There are plenty of food options, either the food court or restaurants. Your typical Macy, Nordstrom etc are there and 99 ranch is new there.

Great mall with plenty of easy parking and a variety of stores. Many of the stores feature Asian products that you would not see in other malls. The food court is very clean but is usually very crowded so grab a seat as soon as you see one. There used to be a book store but sadly it is long gone. One of the best malls in Southern California! Since it’s located in the heart of the 626, you’ll find a lot of Asian inspired shops and food choices (and this is probably why I love it)! I have friends and colleagues in this area and one day, I met up with someone to have a business/collaborative lunch at the Nordstrom here. He also happened to do some shopping afterward.When we were finished, we needed to do a zoom meeting with a couple of people from our team. The mall employee, who was on some kind of scooter, told him that people arent allowed to sit in the back seats of their cars in this lot..........Santa Anita Mall, are you serious? My friend explained that we were in the middle of a business call. The mall employee asked him to leave the mall entirely.We were stunned. It was so inappropriate. We ended up leaving because my friend does not like confrontation but jesus christ, the Santa Anita Mall needs to get it together.This was on a weekday, there was ample parking, and......its our own car.People are allowed to sit in their own cars. If I wanted to sit in my open trunk and check my social media for five minutes, I could do that too. Its not illegal lol.......Begs the question: was there some other reason you asked him to leave? His skin tone maybe-? Yikes.I will never be shopping at this mall ever again. Very diverse mall with lots of shopping options. The mall is quite large so even on busy weekends, you dont feel like youre walking in a herd of people. Restaurants however, do get pretty crowded and there are long waits to be seated on evenings and weekends. Be prepared. Movie theaters and bowling alley and Dave and busters are always fun to go to. The bowling lanes are very nice, shoes from the shoe rental are pretty new too (therefore a bit uncomfortable for little kids). This mall has been much upgraded from the past and they have added a lot of stores and restaurants. There is a bowling place, movie theater, and plenty of parking.Their lot outside of Nordstroms 2nd floor has a ev charging area. I think at least 10 spots.Good spot to get away from the summer heat!

Im a college drop out. I come here because Its been same year round.I like reading the price on items and wonder if its better now or later. I also look at how employees manage the store from which they work in. How hard it must be to hold a steady job and continue education at same time. Maybe I just am too American because although technically, a lot of people are probably equally experienced with touring globe, the new normalized view is maybe Im just waiting to see other areas where things are different from my everyday routine. Yes! no college says, times up! Just chillin like a Cyllian Murphy in likes of the 28 days later film from 2000s era by Danny Boyle, life is strange but well get through it just fine, america is great, when it wants to be, red white blue knows what its here to do.

I visited the Sunday Cafe located in the food court area. They sell Agua Fresca different refreshing flavors.. They are delicious and give free taste samples. I also tried Carne Asada tacos- they are flavorful and tasty, meat is tender...Ive returned with family members several times to try these tacos.. There are other items on the menu that I will be trying.

This mall has everything! High end and budget friendly stores. VERY clean and well kept. Combination of outdoors and indoor stores, with indoor building well lit by natural light. Lots of dining options and ample parking. Love the food court and the play area for children (small but well kept).

I really like this mall. It has plenty of things to do. The food court has many options and big. It is busy sometimes but the mall is big so everything is spaced out. They have many good stores like Uniqlo. They also have a David and Busters and a selfie museum. They also have a very nice outside mall area with plenty of shops there.

Love this mall! Tons of shops and even arcades for teens and play places for kids. There are enough restaurants for every kind of dietary needs. You can spend hours here

I love this place! It is so beautiful! Very esthetically pleasing to the eye everywhere you look! Has Forever 21, Victorias Secret, Dodger gear store! What else could I ask for?!? My favorite place to eat was Mix a Bowl!

This mall has all my favorite shops, restaurants and fun things to do. You can watch a movie at the AMC, grab a Korean hot dog at Cruncheese, shop for clothes at your fave stores or just chill and window shop in the air conditioning.
