My family and I started our home search a few years ago and were lucky enough to work with the Schwaegerle Team. We have a somewhat unique situation because my husband and I live with our daughter and her family. If you can imagine how difficult it can be to work with four different personalities, four different perspectives, four different sets of needs and wants; then you know how difficult it was to find the perfect home for all of us. Owen and Camille have the skills and temperament to work through any situation that comes up during the stressful process of homebuying. Owen will bring you in, figure how to best price and market your current home, and give you a big congratulatory hug when it’s time to pass over the keys to your new home. For all of the little and not-so-little tasks and issues that come up between start and finish, Camille will deftly support you and make sure you are okay with every decision. Hello, I had another company attempt to sell my house,but they failed, and I removed it from the market. The Schwaegerle couple stopped by to talk about relisting with them and I challenged them to bring a buyer first and I would. Two weeks later they brought a buyer to see the my house and it was sold!
