Dr. Mark made the dreaded colonoscopy such a positive experience. He is professional, explains everything in detail, answers questions and has a positive bedside manner. I appreciated his holistic approach to maintaining good health. I have been using his recommendation of FiberLean Caps and WOW! For the first time I actually have a normal routine with my bowels. I have tried everything over the years, but this is a game changer. I also use his recommended probiotics and they are also the best. Highly recommend..Linda Takvorian

Dr Mark has been my GI Doctor for many years. He is very thorough. All phases of his procedures run like clockwork. He uses Northern California Surgery Center and they are the best. Id like to mention his telephone appointments. I have very severe hearing loss making it difficult on both myself and the person Im communicating with. Doctor Mark is very patient and thorough with me. He makes sure I understand all his is telling me. In fact, I think the telephone appointments work best for me.

I had a great experience getting a colonoscopy from Dr. Mark at the San Ramon Endoscopy Center. His intake form was very thorough, his pre-call was very clear and thorough as were the pre-instructions and the staff were great about following up to answer any questions. The day of the colonoscopy was pleasant and efficient - the nurses were very nice, gave warm blankets and warm robe and were very efficient and kind, and before I knew it, after being wheeled into the room for the colonoscopy, Dr. Mark was talking to me after the procedure! Dr. Mark also gave me papers with details of the procedure and pictures of my colon, which I appreciated. Overall a great experience!

I had never met Dr. Mark in person because of covid restrictions so it was a little stressful at first. The nurses were efficient and calming. I have difficult veins for IVs, but the nurse was careful and able to do her job without inflicting pain and only one stick. Once the procedure was started, my last memory was thinking that my butt was out for everyone to see...and then I was gone and woke up feeling fine. Great job, everyone!

When I checked in they told me that the Dr was running 1 hour late. It would of been nice to have been notified, then I would come in and hour later. The waiting room was full because of it and I could have made different arrangements for transportation. It ended up being 1 1/2 hour before they took me in. Not a happy camper having to wait, I couldnt even leave and come back.

Dr. Mark is a great physician, always looking out for the patient’s best interest. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Mark and his fabulous team for over 15 years now. We’re both completely satisfied and would recommend Dr. Mark and his staff to anyone looking for a Gastroenterologist.

Dr. Mark is a great doctor talks you through a lot of your symptoms and how to handle them. I think the only issue I have is pushing me to buy their products instead f giving me ideas about what to buy that is less expensive at stores. The last meds I bought from the office were not covered under my FSA so I ended up having to pay 262.00 back to my HSA. Office staff is friendly and Dr. Mark is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Mark always explains things in ways that I can understand. He also tries very hard to work with you in adjusting or changing supplements to get the best results. I appreciate that he takes the time to answer all of my questions. His staff is also very friendly and helpful!
