I am travelling and use this business to get all my mail. I am very happy with the great and immediate service, which is so important while travelling. They respond promptly and forward mail to where ever I request without problems, 100% of the time. I read one real negative review but from my experence I strongly disagree and I highly recommend them.

Good service is very much lacking here. Employees look bored and annoyed when approached with questions. There is no eye contact or even a smile especially from the older gentleman behind the counter. Youre ridiculously over charged but I guess thats the price you pay for the convenience of going to a neighborhood postal service place as opposed to going to the post office. Gave this place a few tries but no improvement.

They dont carry post card stamps. They only have letter stamps (which you can get at any grocery store). They do however carry tiny bear paw back scratchers and other dollar store items. Maybe they should consider adjusting the name of the shop

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. There is an African American woman in her early 40s, I’m not sure what her name was she didn’t have a tag on. EVERY TIME I go into this store she gives you a dirty look and doesn’t even say hi and is not even helpful. Your afraid to even say hello to her because she gives you such a dirty look. I don’t even know who this person is! Taking my business elsewhere

I enjoy going to this mail place, which I dont think anyone would openly state..but I dont care, they are always friendly, make sure my packages get sent with care, plus it is family run so it makes me want to support especially during Covid.
