We bought a Doughboy from The Pool Place and from beginning to end they were fantastic. Highly knowledgeable, interested, not pushy, helpful ans informative. We had a little issue with our pool pump and they jumped on it right away, offering an upgrade and setting us up for success. There are many pool stores in my locality but I will be driving the extra milea to be a patron of this store. Very impressed.

We dont have a pool, but have two ponds. The Pool Place has always had the parts and equipment weve needed to keep our ponds functioning. The service and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. We also LOVE their Christmas shop (and dister shop) and visit every year.

It is with great gratitude that I recommend The Pool Place.In the heat of the summer and the threat from California government to shut our power off I found my sand filter failing, big time. Unfortunately my pool guy knew this but did not tell me.I took samples of the sand from my pool and water samples to The Pool Place and they confirmed the sand was from my filter and tested my water for me without charge.So far on this episode I have not spent a dime there. I hired a new pool guy who wants to give me a proposal on a new type filter as well.I have purchased various pool supplies from The Pool Place for 5 years. On the things that I need help with I will always shop with them and hope you will consider the same.🏅

The Pool Place has been INCREDIBLY helpful while weve been working to get our pool ready for the season. They have helped educate us and lead us in the right direction with the right products to get the pool crystal clear with the chlorine and PH levels all where it needs to be. We cannot tell you all just how impressed we are. We sure are proud to have them doing business in El Dorado County!

We recently purchased a Bullfrog Spa from The Pool Place and had the pleasure of working with Jeff. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the spa line and helped us determine the best model for our family. We were very impressed with the no-pressure sales, excellent communication, on-time delivery, and outstanding customer service. If you are in the market for a new spa, definitely shop local and go visit The Pool Place.

I am a new pool owner and let me tell you, its not easy! I spent a good 45 minutes there while they tested my water and educated me on why it was the way it was! These guys are great! Repeat customer for sure!

Just went by and they tested our spa water for free! We are new spa owners and it hasnt been easy getting the water balanced. They were very helpful and well definitely be going back for our chemicals and future testing.

I dont understand all these negative reviews. I have had nothing but good service and good advice. I have a large in-ground pool. They test my water, free of charge of course, because I buy my chemicals from them. If their prices seem high its because they provide the service. Try getting that on the internet! I support local business whenever I can.

Ive been in here twice now looking for parts for my grandmas pool. Both times the guy was a jerk. The second time before i even finished describing what I was looking for he said nope we dont have it. They act like if you arent buying something expensive like a new pool/spa then they dont have time for you.

I paid 400.00 for a heavy duty pool ladder. I found after the fact that amazon had the EXACT one for 195.00. I feel totally ripped off. Do you homework, stay away from this place!!!!!!! 👎
