From my initial message on Yelp to the completion of my toilet and plumbing replacement, these guys were outstanding—the best in the business. If I could, I would give them 100 stars. I sent a message for a quote and included pictures of what needed fixing. Within 30 minutes, I received a very reasonable quote, so I immediately said YES. When they arrived, they were extremely friendly and respectful of my property. The quality of work in replacing the faulty plumbing and installing the new toilet was excellent. These guys are the best. They were referred to me by a family member who’d recently used them and spoke highly of the service they received. They were quick to respond, friendly and personable and the work was done in the timeframe promised. We had new water heater installed, new regulator and a leaky shower fixed. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely call them again if we have plumbing issues.

Great Customer service was provided by everyone I talked to on the phone and in person. They were all responsive and engaging. I received same day service that was amazing. The work was excellent. I would recommend Plumbing Pros highly!I discovered a leaking hot water eater after hours. I called at 7:30 am and talked to the owner who walked me through my options and gave his professional opinion on each option. He was willing to answer all my questions. He was able to schedule a service appointment that day. The result was I had a working water heater by the end of the day. I had a water pressure regulator fail at my home which caused the homes plumbing system to carry 130 psi of pressure. Not good.I had been impressed with the Plumbing Pros a few years ago when they replaced my water heater. So, I called them and an appointment was scheduled.The owner, Steve sent his co-worker Joe to my home to do the job. Joe was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He replaced the regulator, checked my water heater expansion tank and made sound recommendations about a leaking kitchen faucet. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done.The Plumbing Pros are exactly as their name implies. They are a very professional service.

When I had to replace my water heater I was looking for 3 things - someone who will answer all my questions and help me make an informed decision, offer reasonable cost, and do the work reliably while being flexible with the appointment time.Steve aced all of it. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me decide between a tank vs tankless heater. His cost was reasonable. The work done well done and everything was setup to code standards. He was also very flexible and worked around my schedule.Losing water heater in the middle of the winter is really a crisis scenario and he helped me get running hot water as quickly as he possibly could.I would certainly recommend Steves The Plumbing Pros to anyone looking for a water heater replacement. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. Steve the owner who answers the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was needed and very upfront and honest. Bruce showed up to do the work and did a great job just as Steve had quoted. They showed up on time and were pleasant and friendly. I also felt very comfortable being a female and letting them in my home to do work. Overall a great company and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Excellent service! I had a stubborn tub drain and shower arm that were tough to remove and had some concerns about corrosion and a leaning tub drain. I put in a request a few days ago, immediately got a text with a transparent quote via text based on the photos I provided with the various scenarios broken down. I personally found this part of the process very valuable as I prefer knowing my pricing options up front! They were able to fix both and replace and got the job done at the lowest price point on the quote list!! I highly recommend them and they will be my go to plumber in Roseville!

He took the time to explain exactly what his crew would do in great detail. He was never rushed or agitated with the duration of the call or my many questions. He was in fact, KIND. Absolutely recommend Plumbing Pros. We had our pressure regulator valve replaced by someone else and their work unfortunately wasn’t the best, and created other issues. I spoke with the owner and instantly felt comfortable. I was able to text photos and videos of the issue and he responded quickly with a game plan and got me scheduled. He was super knowledgeable and took his time to explain things in a way I could understand. Evan is who came to replace the valve, and he was on time, super friendly, and got it replaced quickly! Since buying our first house, we’ve realized how hard it is to find reliable, trustworthy people to work on our home. This is my first time using The Plumbing Pros. It has been a fantastic experience. Steve accessed my issue over the phone/text and gave me a price before we scheduled the service. Then Evan & Dusty arrived a touch early (which I like) and completed the work. Water heater was on its way out so I called Steve. From initial phone call to finished installation of both the water heater and re-circulation pump was about 4 hours. Communication with Steve was great. After our initial phone call to explain the issue and discuss options Steve turned around a quick text with a bill of materials and expected costs. Equipment brands used are the same brands I see at work in industrial applications so I know theyll perform well and last. Evan did a great installation. There is a reason The Plumbing Pros have over 150 five star reviews on Yelp! Actually there are a lot of reasons and here are a few more. I 100% recommend them based on two recent jobs they just completed.We had a pretty generic toilet replacement/install including the angle stop valve at the wall. We also had a main valve replacement which was a little tricky due to the configuration of the pipes, a very old system and other work recently done. I contacted three different five star plumbers from Yelp for guidance and pricing. Plumbing Pros by far stood out for the following reasons:Customer service - Steve, the owner, is exceptional. He took over 25 minutes to explain the intricacies about the main valve and what our options were. He also provided guidance on toilet brands to avoid and had me measure to make sure we got the right toilet. No one else took this type of time to review the project.Pricing - Plumbing Pros provided a better price on the toilet, given it included the angle wall valve. More importantly, they saved us hundreds of dollars as Steve found a workaround for replacing the entire main. Other companies quoted $750 - which Steve initially mentioned also. However the workaround ended up being less than $300. No one else provided that.Quality of work – Evan was our plumber and his work was efficient, he was super affable and everything looks great. He kindly checked a few outdoor faucets and made some adjustments there at no charge.All of these things to me scream “integrity” and I now have found a reliable long-term plumber whom I can trust to guide me to make the best decisions at a fair price. Add to that the fact that Steve and Evan were both simply a joy to work with and it is a huge win!I absolutely recommend them.Christine

I had a shower valve cartridge that had to be replaced. I called a different Plumbing Company and they came out and agreed I needed a new cartridge and wanted to charge me $620.00 to do the job. Hot water heater broke down last night. Couldnt take a shower my family of 2 kids under age 2 and my wife. In todays day its hard to line up this kind of work. Not with Plumber Pros. I had the best experience and they even came same day. I thought I was going to have to call 10 water heater companies to get work a week out. Steve returned my phone call within an hour on a Sunday late afternoon and scheduled Evan the next day to install a 50 gal self cleaning Bradford White hot water heater. Evan arrived within the two hour timeframe and completed the work in less than two hours. Unfortunately the solder behind the ball valve above the unit gave way, filled the drip pan and leaked into the garage which I noticed two days after install. Thankfully it was a slow drip. I called Steve and he sent Evan back out who arrived 30 minutes after my call. Evan rectified the leak by using a compressed type copper fitting and cleaned up the water spill with a wet/dry vacuum. Still giving Plumbing Pros 5 stars for the overall quality of service despite the mild leak incident.

This was the 2nd part of a two part visit. Evan came out to snake the shower drain which now drains much better. I had also talked to him about the fact both sinks in the master bath have always been slow to drain since I bought the house brand new. I told him that I always had to pry up the stopper and that seemed to make the sink drain better. He suggested that I replace the stopper with a new style but they’d have to be ordered. The drain on my washing machine clogged up so I checked online and called a few places. The other places wanted to charge me to send a guy out and would not give me a quote over the phone. One finally relented on the charge to send the guy out but still would not give me a ball park estimate on the cost to repair. So I called the Plumbing Pros. The plumber himself answered the phone and seemed very knowledgeable and straight forward. He gave me two estimates based on whether I had a way to bypass the p trap so he would not have to take the wall apart. Turns out I did have a bypass opening and he charged me exactly what he said he would. Along with this, he was very thorough and did a few things he did not need to do like secure the washing machine drain hose so that it would not pop out accidentally in the future. He also checked his work twice to make sure things operated correctly. I really like this guy and his assistant. Family business works best I think.
