Emilio and his team were amazing. We had been looking for a long time for a rental property and when we finally found the one it wasnt an easy deal. Emilio was patient and thorough in addressing our needs and representing us to the fullest. Any concern we had, he backed us up and was very easy to communicate with. Overall they are super professional and caring. 100% recommend!

Emilio is the best anyone can have on their side when trying to choose the right property there’s not enough things I can say about him and he’s level of professionalism. He helped me get my first property after we failed twice and he still stayed by my side never gave up on us Until the third time when we finally closed A house that he had suggested based on some of the things we were looking for. He chose the right property for us a house we had seen on the market. I fell just as happy for him for all the work that he did as I did for me getting in the house, that is the level of work you’re going to get with Emilio Placencia.

Fantastic selling experience. Emilio became a true partner in this significant life event. Communication was outstanding. Nina Alexander. My husband and I had been planning to sell our Kauai condo, buy a new house in the Valley, and sell our Reseda house for several years now. About a year ago we were going to open houses on the weekend just to see what the market was like even though we weren’t quite ready. I met Nina Alexander at one of these open houses and told her my story. She was amazing from the start. She recommended a realtor she knew on Kauai and put us in contact with her even before we went to Kauai in October, 2021 to prepare the condo for sale. We were prepared and ready due to this early contact to get to work when we went to Kauai. After the condo was sold in February, 2022 we were ready for Nina to help us find and successfully buy a larger house. The super hot market and the rising interest rates were frustrating at times but Nina stuck with us, providing guidance and positive encouragement, getting us appointments to see houses very quickly, and advocating on our behalf. She was always available if we needed her and still is. She is now helping us sell the house in Reseda we were living in and guess what? We are in escrow now. I was so impressed with all the energy and attention she and her partner Emilio Plascencia gave to the open houses they held for our house. It really paid off. In addition to Nina’s knowledge and professionalism as described, she knows the best people for all aspects of preparing a house for sale through whatever is needed once one is purchased. I am so grateful for the recommendations we got from Nina. We are now making our new house ours with the help of the great people she recommended. It’s hard to imagine how we could do all this without her.Emilio Plascencia. We met Emilio early in the process of selling our Reseda house. He is very conscientious, professional and very nice too.
