Peter and his team are really amazing. We were just starting to look at houses when we we found something amazing. Against some incredible odds, Peter helped us make a great offer that was accepted. We had been casually looking for a new home for the past 3 years and had never met or heard of Peter Parker until meeting him at a home listing. Unknown to us at that time, this meeting turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us in our search for a new home and the sale of our home.We quickly learned that Peter Parker Reality is a well-established team of professionals (real estate, home inspectors, photographers, mortgage professionals) all working proactively together.After locating a home, we wanted to purchase, Peter Parker quickly worked with us and his team to research and put together a strong offer for the sellers to consider. Our offer was not countered and was accepted within 24 hours.The Peter Parker Team quickly went to work to get the purchase completed and our current home on the market. The mortgage package, preemptive home inspections (pest, roof, home), Matterport photographs, and the home listing were all completed within a week. Peter Parker is a remarkable realtor and I couldnt imagine working with anyone else. I was very picky about what I wanted for my first home and was in no rush to pull the trigger so I really appreciate how patient he was with me. Peter was always so quick to respond, whether it was on a weekend or 10 at night, he would always get back to me fast and go out of his way to setup a showing right away. The amount of knowledge that the Peter Parker Team had really blew me away, being a first time home buyer I wasnt cognizant of a lot of the minor things that experienced home buyers would be aware of but Peter and Rebecca impressed me time and again with their thoroughness and attention to detail. They were completely honest and always pointed out any potential red flags or aspects of a house that may not mesh with my preferences which proved to me just how trustworthy and sincerely committed they were to helping me find a home that I love. The home we purchased with Peter representing us was a little complicated as it needed a ton of work so there was a lot of back and forth with the seller. Although this wasnt my first real estate transaction, it was the most challenging for various reasons - pricing (a custom home with few comparables), the need to rent back my home after sale and quickly find a new home that I would love and could afford. I have a lot of great things to say about Peter. He is professional, on time, super knowledgeable, he listens, and he is really grounded. This process of buying a new home (our second home) was really scary for us. We love our first little house and all the memories within. But it was time to move on and he was so patient with all of our inquiries and helped us go from not really knowing what we wanted, to narrowing it down so we could get focused and find the right place for us. But mostly, I just like him. He is a sweet person who cares an awful lot about his job and his clients. He shared a lot about himself so that we felt comfortable, is authentic in his approach, and is just a little quirky - kind of like us.
