This is honestly my first review for anyone or business. I am writing this to share my story and how grateful I am for people like Mauricio. His kindness and compassion meant a lot of a tough day for me. I fell on some hard times as my hours were cut at work and so I needed extra cash for basic things for my daughter and I. So I went through my things thinking I would hardly get anything for them but his generosity proved my wrong. Thank you for being a wonderful human being.

This is where you need to go. Out of all the pawn shops Ive visited this was the only place with professionalism and trustworthy policies.Its not easy pawning a sentimental item but when times are tough its all you can do.Mauricio went above and beyond helping my boyfriend and I. I visited this establishment based on the reviews. I felt like I would get the fairest price and they truly did what they could for me, to help me out. I appreciate it. I was able to return for my property which I was worried about holding on to due to the brazen crime throughout the city and the extra cash helped me to travel to my sweet, darling son. This place is very misleading! First off, they no longer take tools and second, according to google, they’re supposed to close at 9pm but they actually closed at 8:45pm don’t waste your time if you’re looking to pawn tools. Apparently they only take gold.

Last minute emergency, needed to get out of town and see a loved one and they were the only people open late last minute on a Saturday. Until 9pm Monday through Saturday and 9 to 7p.m. carla was very nice and worked with me on the price. She is very nice and educated in all fields. Best price for gold and everything. Whose. Fair all the way around and no haggling or knit picking.

There’s no pick up after 5pm cause the safe is close. But they’ll buy and sell no problem. No where on there website or online did they say anything about not being able to pick up after 5. Yesterday May 14th 2019 was my very first Nd last time I will ever step foot in this apparently decrepit old folks home that calls its self a pawn shop. Time says open from 9am to 9pm. I show up at the front door at 6pm set there for a good 15 minutes ringing the doorbell and talking into the intercom all while trying to figure out if the place is even open or what the deal is. I finally decide to call them to find out if they are even open or if the store hours were not correct.A guy picks up and after telling him Ive been out front for 15 minutes with a heavy box in hand ringing the doorbell, the guy is like oh yeah you have to go around to the back to have your stuff looked at. You would think someone would have some sort of brains and maybe post a fing sign out front maybe on the hmmm front door saying thatsSo people are not standing there waisting there time.. So there are already 2 strikes against this flop shop.I carry the box around to the back door where I see this gentlemen flopped over a chair smoking a cigarette looking like he is about seconds away from jumping off of a cliff and just giving up on all hope of life.As I walk in he says give me a few minutes and I will be right with you.He must not had done to good in life working for business that required interactions with customers because he had no intentions to lifting his suctioned butt cheek from that chair until his smoke was done.So after 5 minutes of standing there wsiting, lets call guy 1 The Dead faxed Blob Man made what sounded like a grunting noise towards the front of the building where lets call this dude Little Boy DARE because he looked like he was 17 and talked like he was running on very limited amount of brain cells. So I had a few electronics that I had not really used that much that had been setting in my storage unit for a few months so I figured I would pawn them and know while doing it I was going to take it from behind and just deal with it when he gave me his offer.So first item up... A 2018 10 inch 128 gig iPad pro newest model in 2018 I provide him the power cable the USB jack, the IPad Pro and a brand new top end glass protector. Little boy dare takes a look at it and slowly but surely he managed to squeeze out of his mouth... I will give you $70.00 dollars for it.Now we all know this dude is not running on all cylinders but seriously $70 dollars... What a insult.Since this was beyond stupid, I did not even bother waisting anymore of my time setting in there with those two special people. I asked for the IPad back and gladly got the hell out if there again walking back past the dude that looks like he needs to be put on a suicide watch.On the drive home about 6 miles from the slum shop. I stopped at a gas station because I felt like something was missing.I opened up my box and seen everything was there until it hit me.. That freeze dried guy forgot to give me my dam USB Adapter and the Apple Charging cable for my Ipad. So at that point I called at least 15 times and neither one of those two bothered picking up the phone there. So either they closed up shop. Or just gave up on everything.So if anyone from that flop shop reads this, please give me my property back or pay me the price to now replace it. Which I will be sending you a bill if that is the way I have to go to get whats mine back.So other then that folks, if your looking for a sight to see and maybe get a few laughs dealing with this place, you should take this good advice and stay far far away from that place.Or get a offer of $70.00 for a $900 00 dollar item...
