So most of reviews are based on myself, my husband and my 2 girls. The overall consensus was 3.5, but since that’s not an option, I gave them a 4.I called in and ordered ahead on a Saturday evening and was told 25 minutes. I didn’t ask the price as I was shopping across the lot at Albertsons, it was convenient and the reviews were good.We got there and the pizza was ready. We got a large Nonna with pepperoni and half mushroom. It was $33 and HEAVY, so we were excited.We got home and dug in. The pizza wasn’t bad, we’ve just had better. I would go again and give the regular pizza a try.

No warning that there’s a two hour wait for a simple spaghetti. No chill about how slow they are and unprepared for business. They turned away at least a dozen families in the 10 minutes I was there. Seems bad for their reputation and income. The cashier seemed smug about the popularity. Good luck on your internet fame. Heading to delicious no-wait Graziano’s instead 😘

We were looking for a great pizzeria and authentic and we just stumbled on The Parlor Pizzeria. I am so happy we did. We are a family of 6 I have 4 boys that Love Pizza and they all absolutely loved it. the owner Dan was very nice and mentioned how everything from the ingredients to the sauce and breads are all FRESH and pizzas are made until you order. He also asked us how our pizza was and hands down it was the BEST. My boys NEVER eat the crust from any pizza and they ate All of it. Matty who took our order was extremely nice and helped us with our order since it was our first time there.She was patient and also told us how everything is fresh and they slice their own meats. We ordered a large Butchers Pizza which was Perfect. We got a medium cheese pizza which I know many will be thinking but its just cheese but BEST cheese pizza Ive ever had as well. Garlic knots were phenomenal nicely toasted on the outside and so soft and fluffy on the inside plus all the garlic and sauce on top was so delicious my boys wanted more. Lastly we got a calzone with mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni and bell peppers. It was so big easily 2 or 3 people can share it. We asked our boys what rating they would give it and their answer was 10/10.The price you pay is fair for the quality and freshness of the food and great service. This is now our new pizza place. We live about 30 minutes away but its well worth the drive and seeing the smiles on my familys face after such a yummy meal.Thank you Parlor Pizza👍👍👌

Wow Rancho has some amazing nonna square pie 🍕. Its fluffy its crispy and its cheesy its deep.Take note that the back kitchen closes before the restaurant so if you need potatos etc check them before.Will be back!

So I had to wait an hour and a half as they scheduled my order for that long to have me wait that long as they serviced the call in orders. People were sitting in front of the menu and could not read the menu so I had to order without knowing the offering. They have a qr code but it didnt work. They have party packs but could see it on the menu and when I ordered they didnt recommend it could have gotten two party packs for 90 bucks for extra large plus salad 10 wings ended up paying 105 for two large 20 wings and half pound of mojos I feel ripped off the customer service sucks

We go here every Tuesday when our daughter has dance next door! Our favorite is the Chico! Add avocado it’s a must! We also get other stuff on the menu and it’s always sooo good! Price is reasonable, the pasta and knots are all so good as well. They have a sauce we use with the wings! Owner is so sweet and always kind and gives you suggestions. It’s also always busy so order ahead for sure! 10/10 every time.

I walked a few minutes after they opened and was told it would be over 2 hours before my pizza would be done. They have to make the pizza dough. She was complaining that Ticktok has made their store too busy. She seemed upset that I was going to order the popular pizza everyone wants. I thought being busy was a great thing for a small business. Two customers walked out along with me because they were told the same thing 2 hour wait. Unfortunately I didnt try the pizza and will probably never go back. Ill check back in a year and see if theyre still in Business.

Talk about pizza mania the parlor pizzeria is the heavy weight champs all fresh ingredients cut in store everything made fresh to order I can say that everything on the menu is out of this world pure and they even take care when preparing all orders it may take a little longer then your use to but trust me it’s worth the wait me and my families vote for best pizza in the inland empire try it you won’t be disappointed you will be amazed!

First time here -Went out of my way to purchase their advertised cannoli- was told since I wasn’t picking up any other order I would have to wait 15-20 minutes as they were filling on line orders - for two cannolis?!The owners attitude was that of idgaf and the only nice thing about that place was the cashier that you could tell she felt bad for meI walked out and will not be back

Ordered pizza online, it said it would be 45 minute wait. Called to double check on wait time, they said it would actually be over 2 hours! Because of this, I immediately cancelled my order less than a minute after ordering online. They told me they would refund me and it will come back on my card within less than 10 business days. That was on February 18th. Today is March 9th and still no sign of a refund. These guys are all over the place making excuses, Ive called 3 times for my refund, no apology, no offering anything for the inconvenience, just more empty promises. Poor customer service all around and will never eat at this establishment. Will be escalating with my credit card company now since they dont follow up on their empty promises to refund.
