We met April at an open house and she felt like a friend from the first meeting with her warm and outgoing personality. April is professional and very knowledgeable about the Tustin neighborhoods. It’s been some time but my family sold our home in North Tustin to my wife’s Chinese cousin. We found the buyer and did the hard part because she bought at market rate (maybe even slightly higher). Yep this group got 6 percent representing the buyer and seller, did VERY little, took the money and offered very little in return to us buyer/sellers. Like, what’s the point? Hope CA changes laws/regulates against real estate agents like this. 6 percent is way too much. By the way, most of these 5 star reviewers are from fake or astroturf profiles with 1-2 total reviews. Come on.

We recently put our moms house up for sale. Although we were heartbroken to have to sell it, The ODell Group made it very easy on us! Julie did an awesome job with staging the home and showing us the different upgrades that would make a big difference in the appeal of the home. All of the contractors (that she recommended) and their employees were excellent. Everything was completed ahead of schedule....which we all know HARDLY EVER HAPPENS when working on a home. This was my 4th experience either buying or selling a property and this by far was the best experience of them all. Nicole was truly amazing. She had 6 scheduled showings for our house within 2 or 3 days of it officially being listed! We had ONE open house on the Saturday 4 days after it hit the MLS. The open house started at 1pm. By 1:30 we had our 1st (one of 3 we ended up with) offer 10k over asking. We ended up with 3 official offers. We accepted and were in Escrow 3 days later. Escrow went smooth as silk, zero issues.
