This hotel is disappointing to say the least. SO DIRTY. Disgustingly dirty. Employees are kind. But for the price, Im appalled at their standards of cleanliness. I found someones underwear in my shower, tons of hair in the shower vents, lots of stains on walls and on appliances (sink handles), and dirty tile floors. Things that took me a few wet tissues to clean up. They need to retrain, educate or rehire their maids. Not acceptable and quite gross. Shampoo was almost empty....the list goes on unfortunately. The manager wasnt here tonight, so I will speak with them tomorrow and update on what they do.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite a nice surprise. It was buffet style but they had a cook and so everything was fresh. Eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon potatoes, breads, etc. The breakfast room monitor, Jim, was awesome. He handled everything and everyone perfectly. Last evening we were offered a glass of complementary wine and we decided to take some home.I didn’t give the establishment 5 stars because I thought it could do with some updates. It felt dark inside. Paint and lighting could really help I think.The seating area in the lobby was terribly uncomfortable and unwelcoming. These are just ideas. The hotel could really go up several notches with these suggestions. IMO.

One night only kinda place. Not impressed rooms are dated and views are horrible . The screen and the windows were black and filthy. They leave notes all over the room like a parent instructions and they have the audacity to charge a $100 deposit. When you stay in a hotel for this price you expect more than the bare minimum . The restaurant was not open neither was the bar or pool. One night and I’m out of this place. Do not recommend this place they offer a used dirty robe that was ripped for your shower. If you’re coming to Paso stay at La Quinta it is a much better upscale stay .

I am writing this review simply because I think they have an amazing staff who are warm, friendly and very accommodating. We had a bit of a snafu with our room but I am impressed at how they handled it and took ownership.The rooms and service overall is really nice, it’s the little attention to details with slippers, robes, coffee and tea at arrival that gives this place that extra warmth. Appreciate our stay and hope to visit again and spend more time in Paso Robles.

Stayed for 1 night, was suppose to be for $159. Few days later, noticed I was charged for $253, the $100 deposit was never returned and there was also a random new charge for $82. When I called to follow up on this, the women who answered answer quickly tried to rush me off the phone and told me to call back. I tried to get more details as I felt pretty concerned about all this in which led her to hang up on me.This whole experience gives me a shady feel and just wished someone could of explained the random additional charges instead of just hanging up on me. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank.

A very well thought out plan, built thoughtfully:living room area with a couch with some separation from the bed (TV in each area);blackout curtains behind curtains, helping sleep;ergonomic chair that supports back;toilet somewhat separated from the sink (washing area);bathtub with non-slip surface & a very long non-slip matt;slippers & robes in the bathroom provided by the hotel already;microwave and refrigerator;covered parking space;quiet area aiding sleep.Only one thing I can think of is a central heating/AC instead of one on the wall, but it did not bother me for sleep.Exceptional service as well; Cheryl the daughter of the owners:delivered the exact number of towels and blankets I requested promptly (none of the other 3-4 star hotels I stayed did or had the size);matched the price from a website;showed the room to me to decide whether to stay there.Definitely will come back if around this area.

Great value and convenience. I stayed here because it was pet-friendly, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was well-appointed, modern, and had many amenities.The room was spacious and had a refrigerator with bottled water, a microwave, coffee maker, safe, wardrobe, ironing board (as if 😅), robes, slippers and plenty of towels. The WiFi is free, and EV charging stations are available. There is also a gym, pool, and hot tub (although it was lukewarm, so point off), or if you prefer, a full bar. Breakfast is included, but was kind of mediocre, as was the coffee, so 1 point off.Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful.This was my first road trip in an EV, so I was very happy to be able to charge my car overnight and not have to make a stop the next day.I will definitely stay here again my next time in Paso Robles.The location is convenient to Hwy. 101, but you will need to drive if you want to visit downtown or go wine tasting.

Book elsewhereMy reservations were for a 2 queen suite. I got a suite with 2 full beds. When I asked for the room I paid for, front desk explained that hotel bed sizes are different, and that these were queen beds, just hotel queensThey are full sized beds - full stop. The reason there are no pictures of this suite online is because it is very obvious thst these are not queen beds (go look for yourself, only room they advertise without pictures)I attempted to speak to the manager the next day and was informed that shed contact me upon arriving at work at 10:30. I know she knows who I am, because I heard the front desk clerk point me out. She never called, never made any attempt to reach outSo in honor of their very interersting customer service practices, a review:This hotel definitely benefits from being sold online. For the readers at home, this property is picturesquely situated behind the loading bay of a Tractor Supply. Which is convenient for when you find yourself perched at their postage stamp sized bar, and suddenly remember you need new cisterns for your irrigation system since thats literally all you can see out of the windows.A luxury stay in wine country, it is not.All of the toiletires are bottles refilled so many times the labels are peeling. The rooms power doesnt work unless you holster your keys in the wall. The best parallel I have for staying here is like that ex-boyfriend you thought was SO romantic because yall showered together all of the time, but hes really just trying to save on his water bill - not a lot of fun and it doesnt make you feel goodLearn from my mistake, do not book here. Paso Robles is beautiful, please dont anchor what could be an amazing vacation by staying at what completely looks like a 20 year old de-branded LaQuintaEDIT: as I was leaving, I was told they measured their mattresses and found they were queens. I was also told the managerr spoke to me yesterday, which never happened. (So big old grain of salt on the mattress news) Also, apologies to LaQuinta, the one here in PR looks a lot nicer than my accomadations.

This was a nice location not far from the freeway. There is plenty of free parking. Our room was very nice and clean. The toiletries were of a decent quality and the showerhead had a very good strong spray. We would stay here again.The buffet breakfast was very filling and consist of scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, with an assortment of breads, yogurts, and fruit and cereals.The gym worked for a quick stay.

Great rooms. Wonderful breakfast downstairs. Excellent customer service. My mom left her planner in the lobby, and 4 days after we checked out, they helped arrange a shipping back to our home. We can’tThank them enough.
