The Network Doctor reached out to us in regards to doing some structured cabling work for one of his customer in Texas. Needless to say everything went exceptionally well. The Network Doctor consistently handles all types of IT situations that arise. It is not out of the norm for them to notify us of a situation as they are constantly monitoring our Network. They are very responsive and always manage to resolve the issues. They provide me with a level of confidence I have never had, even when we had in house IT Staff. I have the utmost of trust in everyone involved in this organization and would and will continue to recommend them to business associates.

If you want reliable, knowledgeable, and the friendliest IT customer service ever, then TNDI is the best. Their team has been amazing when it came to setting up our new computers, network, and systems for SCV Food Pantry. Any time my team has a technical question or issue I do not have to stress about it because I know TNDI has it under control when I submit a support ticket or a phone call. They keep me up to date with cyber security and any process they are working on to make sure my network is running as smoothly as possible.
