My husband and I had the absolute best experience with our realtor Sean. We made only one offer on a home we loved and he made it happen for us! We toured a home on a Sunday, put our offer in by Tuesday, made a counter offer on Wednesday, and were in escrow by Thursday… all due to the communication and determination of Sean to get us this home before we start a family. We were out of escrow in only a little over two weeks!! He understood our sense of urgency, but at the same time never made us feel rushed or pressured. He has mastered the art of being a phenomenal real estate agent. Any time we needed to ask a question, he was always quick to text or call us back. He kept us updated with every step of the process and made signing our endless documents easy and understandable. Not only that, Sean went above and beyond for us, giving us advice and recommendations for updates on our home that we could trust. We would recommended him to anyone buying or selling a home!

I had an awesome experience with Tiffany Giang as a first-time homebuyer. I did not know what to expect when looking for property and was even overwhelmed and stressed out just thinking about the process but she was there every step of the way to guide and educate me throughout the whole thing. She did not give off a car salesperson vibe at all and was actually very understanding and patient. Her friendly personality and knowledge really made it easy for me to communicate with her and ask questions. She made me feel like I was her only client and would always respond promptly whenever I had questions or needed clarification on things. She made me feel like I was her priority and worked with me to get me in the best situation and I felt like she was always looking out for me. I’ve been living in my home for 5 days now, MY Home! Owning a home was always my ultimate dream, but with today’s economy I wasn’t sure if it was attainable. That’s until I met Chris & Felicia!! No lie, these two really helped make my dreams come true! As a first time home buyer, despite the amount of research I did, I had tons of questions; and they answered them all! Hey guys. Usually I never write any reviews however this experience was very memorable . Just want to give a huge shoutout to everyone working at The Network. Especially big thanks to Sean and Donato. The team was able to close on our first home in Orange. From the get-go, we told them we were just browsing, maybe looking to purchase in a year or so. From day one, they’ve been nothing but amazing to us. Their great hospitality, speedy communication, and professionalism is what makes them stand out. That is also the reason why we were comfortable enough to put down offers when we saw a house on the market we were interested in. They make you feel like family. Never pushy at all. The process was smooth and very efficient. They really let YOU decide whether you want to pursue the home or not. When we finally had an offer that was accepted . We were kept in the loop at all times. Each step was made clear and they prepared us with documents that were necessary, in order to close. The home buying is never an easy process, however they are knowledgeable and very professional. In July of last year, my wife and I bought a house and The Network Agency worked with us to broker the mortgage. I cannot emphasize enough, how incredible they are and how easy they made the home buying process. Sean was fully engaged, knowledgeable, responsive, and made me and my wife feel like family.
