I really enjoy my time at the Movement Clinic. I have seen Dylan and Jordan at the Movement Clinic and my experience has been great. I started to go to the Movement Clinic because I have been having off and on shoulder pain from basketball. I wanted to stop the reoccurring cycle of getting injured every few months so I decided to give the movement clinic a try. My first session was very informative and extensive. They performed several different tests to assess my mobility and strength. They also asked me what my goals were so they can make a program tailored to my fitness goals. I used to go once a week for weekly mobility drills and exercises. Now my shoulder feels much better and I only go once a month for check ups. I would recommend this place because they create an extensive plan to help you in your fitness journey and are very nice/considerate.

My 16 yr old son has been going to The Movement Clinic for a few months post torn meniscus op for PT. This is a small and top class establishment, where you wont get passed around from therapist to therapist. Were seeing dedicated care and great results. Helps if the patient is serious, but these guys are focused and use the latest and greatest techniques. After a torn ACL and now this meniscus, weve been through a few PT centers and landed at the best place. Good work.

I strained/ pulled some muscles in my back while working out in Aug 2023. After a few weeks of rest, stretching and massaging the pain was still there. So I decided to get help. I started to see Jordan and wow he made a world of difference. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and gave me exercises to help strengthen my back. After 6 to 8 weeks of consistent work my pain was completely gone and is still gone. I am currently still seeing Jordan to help with overall performance. I have learned so much from him and has made exercise fun. He is a wealth of knowledge and really understands how to give you cues to ensure you are using the correct muscles. I can’t recommend him and the Movement Clinic enough! They are all amazing.

I previously shared that I had the opportunity to work with the Movement Clinic following a sports-related shoulder injury (ice hockey). I was facing the prospect of a major surgery that could sideline me for good, along with extensive rehabilitation and recovery. With Jake’s physical therapy (PT) guidance and partnership, I was able to successfully return to the ice healthy and ready-to-go.As I finished PT, I began work at the Movement Clinic with Amber on an overall strength and conditioning program. The program seamlessly picked-up where I left-off on my PT. Based on my work with Jake, Amber has developed a program that focuses on weaknesses (strength and flexibility) while also building a sustainable, long-term conditioning plan. Amber combines flexible, in-person sessions with remote workouts that adapt to my busy work and travel schedule. I also recently had the opportunity to work in a one-off session with Dylan to assess sport-specific areas of improvement that complemented my ongoing work with Amber.I truly enjoy working with Amber and the entire staff, and highly recommend the Movement Clinic for family, friends, and colleagues. They are a truly integrated team focused on my long-term health and goals, and they LISTEN. I feel that the staff work to understand my priorities and jointly develop plans that are both challenging and achievable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I developed an injury from marathon training and had no idea what to do. I became so overwhelmed with what could be wrong and eventually hit a point that I knew I needed to try PT. I spoke with Jordan, and he instantly understood the situation I was in with the marathon and took so much care and attention into evaluating my injury. His ability to meticulously craft a program for me where I could easily track results and see progress was incredible. After a few weeks, I was able to see noticeable improvements with the everyday tasks that I used to struggle so much with. I was able to run pain-free again which was a huge milestone for me. This clinic has truly changed the game for me. The overwhelming feeling I had about my injury has been replaced with an understanding of what steps I need to take for healing and prevention that will apply well into the future. I have been able to learn so much in my time working with Jordan and Dylan. They are absolutely amazing to work with and are experts in what they do. I feel so grateful to have been able to find this clinic. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I had put off physical therapy for a few months, hoping that my injury would heal itself, but any relief was short lived and was thankfully connected with the Movement Clinic by a good friend. Its was a bit embarrassing to fully see and admit how my shoulder injury had been limiting me. Jordan was extremely understanding and kind and supportive. He was also honest and went through how healing, growing, becoming stronger is a process, which cannot happen overnight. This is all a helpful reminder when youre working to get back to your pre-injury level of fitness.I couldnt do box jumps, the swinging of my arm hurt my shoulder, needless to say no pushups, pull-ups, running, even hanging from a pull-up bar was painful. I can now do all those things, it took time, but Jordan and his team have been supportive. The exercises and re-evaluation at every session have helped me get back so so much, I cannot praise him and his team enough. Its been an emotional and frustrating experience but Jordan has always been positive and supportive and been working out like myself again.

I injured my shoulder rotator cuff while working out. PT Jake Jaffe worked with me to help me heal during various sessions. He helped me with posture, muscle awareness and individualized exercises to help me recover. At first I contemplated surgery but the Movement Clinic helped me avoid it. It has taken several months but Im almost fully recovered and able to continue working out without major pain. Jake and Jordan are very professional and dedicated, and made sure my treatment would yield best possible results. Im very grateful, so Im happy to recommend The Movement Clinic

I had numbness in both of my hands when sleeping, writing, (Im a writer by trade), and when doing Muay Thai/boxing. I tried all of the usual stuff on my own (massage gun, cupping, self-massage, stretching, even wrist splints) but nothing did the trick. The pain and discomfort were debilitating for about two months before I discovered The Movement Clinic. I was getting horrible sleep, it was impacting my work, my ability to work out, and even my relationship as I was increasingly irritable. Working with Jordan was an absolute game-changer! Unlike other PTs Ive seen in the past, The Movement Clinic genuinely diagnoses the problem and is invested in giving you the educational and practical tools you need to have greater awareness about your body. Also, other PT clinics Ive experienced seem more interested in keeping you dependent on their services than in actually fixing the problem. While my nerve compression hasnt entirely healed (the road to recovery is a long and consistent one) I feel like I know what I need to do to get better and heal. The rates were more than other clinics I worked with in the past, but it was worth it. I feel more confident and aware of my body and injuries and feel like I can start fresh with training in a way that will reduce the pain and discomfort I thought was just an inevitable part of being in your 30s.If you feel like youve tried everything, dont hesitate to schedule an intake call. The approach at the Movement Clinic is refreshing in every sense of the word. Best decision I ever made for my health and body.

Jordan is a fantastic PT and someone who I’ve come to think of as a friend. For the past 3 years, I’ve had worsening issues with my back and more recently with my shoulder. As an active professional with young kids, I was worried for my future being able to play with them, stay working, and keep active/fit. I had seen multiple other PTs who essentially told me to give up, modify my activities, and just accept the fact that I simply couldn’t do certain things anymore which was pretty demoralizing. Jordan was different. He knew how important this was and how it was affecting my psyche. His diagnosis identified previously missed issues and his program/coaching had me back doing things I was previously told I’d never be able to do again, albeit with better technique and more confidence. Although I’m not 100% where I hope to be eventually, the progress I’ve made both physically and mentally has been dramatic. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone, including several of my family and friends.

Jordan was awesome to work with! I had been having persistent IT band issues for a few weeks before seeing him, and he was immediately able to hone in on the issue and give me targeted exercises to alleviate the pain. Within 2 weeks, I saw significant improvement and now have absolutely no pain when I run. He also helped my running form significantly to ensure that I wasn’t putting undue stress on my joints. Overall highly recommend him to anyone on the fence!
