Salomon started off as my personal lender for a refi on my home. When the market crashed and I had 2 mortgages on my home, wanting to roll into one, no one said they could help, or they wanted to charge a tremendous amount to do so!Salomon was recommended to me by my friend- he did her refi free of charge- no way I thought! Too good to be true!But he was able to not only roll my 2 loans into 1, but didnt even charge!I have been using his company as my preferred lender ever since becoming a Realtor (and still use personally). He now helps all the agents on our team and has yet to let us down!He meets deadlines, has inventive ideas for offers and still does the free refi’s!!Highly recommend to all buyers and friends!

Salomon is the man! Seriously, this guy knows his way around lending, is super responsive, gets incredible rates, and can get creative if he needs to with your lending needs. Our friend initially referred us to Salomon with glowing praise, but I just had to check out other lenders to do my due diligence. In the end, Salomon shined above the others by orders of magnitude. My wife and I were able to get the loan we needed at the rate we needed to be able to buy our first home because Salomon helped us. If you’re looking for a lender, this is your guy, hands down! Salomon and the Mortgage Hub team are top notch! Our realtor recommended Sam and They came into our scenario halfway through escrow and we were still able to close smooth, early and saved us a ton from hidden fees our initial loan company had been planning to charge us. He will answer your calls/text at anytime and His team is responsive and you can tell he truly cares for each client he works with. I was referred to Salomon a few years back during Covid but we were never able to get anything going due to what the industry was doing. He was responsive and provided the best rates back then. Fast forward a few years later, we were finally able to get one under contract! I reached out to Salomon again, along with 6 other lenders/brokers and man it was a draining day. After a ton of calls/txts/emails, Salomon and team came out on top, he was also working the latest that day. We just funded and finished the whole process. The team kept me updated with the process. Communication and doc requests were quick and easy. Smooth sailing. Would absolutely recommend to my friends.

Just when you think it is impossible, Salomon comes through and makes it happen for you! In today’s market it is really difficult to qualify for a home loan. High interest rates and red tape are usually huge road blocks. A creative and resourceful lender is what buyers need! After working with Salomon and his team (especially Kristy) I will be making all of my purchases with them and referring everyone to them! If you are working with this team consider yourself extremely lucky!

Very competitive with rates, communicative throughout the process, and everything went very smoothly. They are very honest and transparent about the process and all things going on throughout the course of the loan approval, and educated me on things that were confusing or concerning, etc. They also closed in 21 days.
