Christine Hatch is an honest, compassionate and very knowledgeable person. She works very hard to make the home buying process easy and less stressful for her clients. She is respected among other lenders, real estate agents and her community. She loves working with first time buyers and people who are just starting to consider buying a home. She explains everything clearly, lays out the expectations and the process so that there are no confusion or negative surprises. I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking to buy a house.

I have had the privilege of working with Christine on multiple loans. No one closes as fast or better prepares their clients for the escrow process. She has helped me get offers accepted with just having great closing times.She has helped save an escrow for a client when we were struggling.She once sat on hold with Veteran Affairs to see if a client would qualify for a VA Loan for their service.She cares about the community in which she works and is constantly volunteering.But the real reason why you should use Christine for your loan is she not only cares about what is best for her clients but also takes the time to teach them about options. She attends most if not all of the loan signings.If you are someone looking for a home loan, you should talk to Christine. If you are a realtor who needs a solid loan broker to refer clients to, Christine should be that person.

Christine is extremely knowledgeable about mortgages and incredibly client-focused. I spoke with her long after I got a mortgage (unfortunately!) to put my mind at ease about refinancing. I am so sad I didnt find her when I took out my original mortgage on my first home, but her insight and reassurance about refinancing options definitely made me feel better about the future. I highly recommend her--you will not be disappointed!

As a real estate agent, Ive worked with many lenders in the past. And I can confidently say that Christine and the Mortgage group were amazing. She was smooth and efficient. She kept all parties (me, the buyers, the listing agent) updated throughout the entire process and actually finished everything EARLY. It was a smooth a deal as they come. Christine Hatch at The Mortgage Group was simply the best!We were first-time homebuyers and needed a lot of help along the way.Christine came highly recommended from our realtor and she did notdisappoint.Once we got into escrow, unforeseen circumstances had to push ourtimeline up by a whole week. We needed to close a week earlier andmake sure that our loan cleared. My experience with Christine and The Mortgage Group was outstanding from beginning to end. I have had the goal for a few years now to save up and purchase a condo of my own. Although I had the goal, I had no clue where to begin. Thankfully I had Christine by my side every step of the way. She welcomed me into her office with a sweet sign saying “Welcome Vanessa!” and printed out a step by step process of what I was about to experience. She nailed it to the T.
