Hands down the most amazing Mortgage/Refinance Team, period. My husband and I have refinanced with Mike and his amazingly stellar team (Emily, Kevin, Isabel) a few times and each time we are MORE and more impressed and thankful to work with such an honest and thorough company. Mike has guided us through what can be such a intimidating process and hes helped us realize a debt free life and put us on a path for paying off our home earlier than expected. Kevin and Mike did a amazing job throughout our mortgage refinancing process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and advise us about our options. It was obvious that Kevin and Mike are experts in their field as they guided us to the best solution for our needs which provided cash for some home improvements while ensuring that we didnt jeopardize our future financial goals. We were able to refinance and get a home equity line of credit at the same time but Kevin and Mike arranged it so we only had had to submit our info for underwriting once. The system for submitting documentation was convenient and user friendly. Kevin and Mike were always accessible when we had questions and kept us thoroughly informed throughout the process. I 100 percent recommend this team to anyone looking for mortgage, HELOC and refinancing options.

WOW! If ever there was a better team of mortgage pros I would be amazed! This will be the third transaction with Mike Hardy and the team at VIP. Every time I go in or talk on the phone I am alway treated with great respect. When going over the loan details Mike and Kevin took the time to go step by step to ensure all understanding. Mike takes time to ensure his clients understand their Loan process and to ensure comfort, there is no agenda other than great service. Mike really has the heart of a teacher not a salesman. As a first time home buyer, it was a pleasure to work with Mike and his great team in financing my mortgage. So good in fact, I returned years later to take advantage of the better rates for a re-fi. I was most impressed with his approach as an adviser, not a salesman, providing options, walking you though and explaining the numbers and how they play out in the long and short term. Im always a little hesitant in giving a 5 star review, but VIP has earned every one of those stars. Mike and his team helped us finance our home. Recently, we asked Mike for some advice in regards to refinancing and he advised us NOT to do so at this time since it wouldnt be in our best interest. Mike and his team have been open and trustworthy and super responsive to every question we had along the way. If youre looking for a team that is focused on providing quality service and with your best interest in mind, then this is the team for you.
