My family has known Meg for over 25 years. When it came time for us to sell our house, there was only 1 call I made. She follows through with what she says, she isn’t afraid to push back on you when your expectations need a reality check. Her support staff are awesome, especially Holly. They both made the process of selling our house really easy. Real Estate agents are a dime a dozen these days. Deal with someone who won’t treat you as just another commission.

When it came time to sell my parents home after almost 50 years we looked for an agent that would understand and respect our connection to the place. Meg was very understanding from the start. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the area, guiding us through the process of selling at a reasonable price, especially with the changing market. In addition she represented both us and the buyers since we already had a buyer which was our renter. We met Meg because we were considering the HomeLight purchase program and Meg is certified with HomeLight. While we didn’t end up using HomeLight, we did use Meg and are glad we did. She did a great job developing a strategy for marketing and selling our home in San Gabriel. This is a long overdue review for Meg. We have been searching on and off for a home for the last two years, and after meeting with Meg, knew she would be the agent who could help us with both selling our current home and buying a new one. Her professionalism and service are top notch, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. We invited her to our home to get a market appraisal, and she came thoroughly prepared with a listing of recent comps and research, which impressed us. When we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, she immediately jumped into action. My wife and I are in our 70s and, having lived in the same place for over 40 years, we had never sold a house. So when it was time to downsize and move closer to our daughter, we had no idea what to do. There were so many decisions to make. But in the end, the only decision that really mattered was the realtor. And not just any realtor. Meg Middleman. She was AMAZING! She simply asked us what our goals were and then proceeded to make them all happen. She supervised the repair work, the painting, the cleaning, found us our packers, movers, and estate auctioneer -- all after we had already moved out of town! Meg is fantastic! I needed to sell a deceased relatives condo in Pasadena, CA; I live in Raleigh, NC. Meg gave me great advise on what needed to be done to best present the condo. She arranged for furniture and other items to be removed, as well as the clean-up and painting at the property. Meg and her team stayed in contact with me, so I always knew what was going on. We highly recommend Meg. We had a very difficult time just dealing with selling my Moms home emotionally. Meg was suggested by Cynthia at Chase. We contacted her in Nov 2016, met went over plans, but my husband just wasnt ready at the time. She kept in touch with us, maybe a call or two over a years time, no pressure, just seeing how we were doing. At the beginning of this year we had finally decided. We called and talked with Meg, met and decided to sell. We dragged our feet, calling and cancelling appts etc. She was patient and gave us more space and time. We got serious at the end of March. She took care of everything. She answered all of our questions, and if she didnt know she would connect us with who did. She handled the Trust and the Power of Attorney paperwork. We had one open house and a few appts to see the house and within a week the house was sold, and for $30,000 over asking. Everything went so smoothly.
