Its been a year now since we made the switch from Cox to The Maynard Group, and we are so happy we did. From the first contact to the install, we received exceptional service. Chuck our Sales Rep, was very kind and patient. We knew what we wanted from a phone system, but had no idea if it was something that could be done. Here enters Daniel, he listened to us, gave suggestions, then executed a plan to get it done. He along with another great guy (sorry I forgot his name) did our install and it went smoothly, phones were down for less than 5 minutes, which was great. For the first 90 day after the install Dan answered all questions, taught us how to use the system. Thank you Dan your awesome. We havent had any issues with the system and when problems do occur a simple email gets it corrected. Over all we are very happy with the level of service that The Maynard Group provides.

My experience working with The Maynard Group is that Dean Maynard is knowledgeable and has very high integrity. They are in business for 24 years and has thousands of long-term happy customers.TMG has the best Top-Tier Telephone systems from Cisco, Avaya, and NEC and also has the most advanced Cloud-based Managed Voice Service which includes On-site installation, training and support.

Top Notch Service-We have been using Maynard for about 12 months and they have been fantastic. Support staff is amazing and the quality of service is great. Clarity on VoIP exceeds expectations and the Support when needed pushes their service over the top. 5 Stars

Aside from their abilities with business communication services (e.g. VoIP, IP networking, servers) and other Information Technologies (I.T.) Maynard Group also has Audio/Video expertise for those needing to produce a live event. DJs, sound mixing engineers and M.C.s can all be booked through Maynard Group. From speakers to mixing boards you can expect professional quality equipment deployed to your event every time.Whats exceptional though is that Dean Maynard and staff always seem to be giving back to the community. Volunteerism is a passion for the team at Maynard Group. Ive seen standing ovations at various gala events that they have been making happen. Ive known Dean for about six months and in my experience, he is an accomplished professional. Im so glad to know Dean and to have had the opportunity to work alongside his staff at The Maynard Group.
