The Mark and Al team are the absolutely the best to work with. We lived in Glendora for 29 years and had seen their marketing flyers and signs throughout the years. I decided to give them a call when deciding it was time to sell, knowing they were the experts in our area. Al Jafarkani met with me months before I was going to put the house on the market, we came up with a plan and put it into motion. Al was a dream to work with. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and was there every time something popped up. We ended up having multiple offers on the house within days because of all of the hard work done by Al and his whole team. Throughout the entire process Al was always looking out for my interests and he has amazing negotiating skills. Mark handled the sale of our trust home as well as many details (organization of an estate sale, clearing property of debris and hiring a contractor/handyman for needed repairs) regarding the transaction. He truly provided every aspect that was required for us to make the sale. He was patient, professional and personable. We were able to sell the property substantially above asking price in a very short time. Escrow and closing was a breeze (even though there were three trustees in different locations). I absolutely cannot recommend the Mark and al Team highly enough. They deserve 10 stars! My husband and I wanted to sell our current home in Pasadena and buy a new home further east. Because of the COVID pandemic, we were uncertain if it would even be possible to sell, and were aware we were entering an extremely competitive market for purchasing a home. Yet from the first moment we had contact with him, Al Jafarkani made us feel like his only client, and that he was undoubtedly in our corner, working for the best selling price of our home. Mr. Jafarkani is an extremely talented and experienced realtor, and this is only eclipsed by his professionalism and enthusiasm for his job. He was immaculate in his health procedures, extremely communicative any time we called or texted, and put together complex documents faster than I thought humanly possible! In the end, because of his masterful negotiation skills, we accepted an offer that was 5% higher than our asking price. Additionally, on the buying end, because of his real estate connections and knowledge, his team was able to get us into properties that were not even on the market yet, and help us understand what we needed to do in order to win a home bid, some of which had nothing to do with being the highest bidder. Al was a godsend with my difficult estate sale! His team helped me get the house cleared out and ready to show to much quicker than I had thought would be possible. Al did a great job marketing it, and went above and beyond to facilitate a difficult buyer/escrow situation when the buyer’s realtor dropped the ball. Al always had prompt and clear communication, and was wonderful to work with every step of the way — I always felt like he put 100% effort in, and with a great attitude. Robert Cofer was amazing to work with! After almost a year of searching and interviewing for the right realtor, we definitely found the best. We looked at quite a few properties and he was always very responsive and helpful. Very knowledgeable. If I needed help with anything he was always there to answer. If I needed an inspection done or anybody he always had a recommendation and could schedule someone to come out immediately. While the home buying process itself isnt my favorite, Robert made it as easy and smooth as possible. In this crazy market we are in with multiple offer wars, he made it happen! When my mother passed away we had to sell our parents house. It was a trust sale, with five siblings involved, a potentially complicated situation. I contacted the Mark and Al Team when my aunt was ill and needed to sell her home and other properties. Mark came to meet with her and I. Frankly my aunt was quite untrusting and a bit difficult. Mark’s experience shined through as he calmed her fears and explained the entire process to us. He showed great compassion and empathy and made my aunt and I feel comfortable, so she hired his team to go into action. Unfortunately my aunt passed away during the process and Mark’s total understanding got us through. We are so glad that we did because at the same time we were putting our property on the market, there were a couple of other properties that were comparable to ours, but we were asking for more. Looking for a good agent to sell/buy your house? I suggest you call Robert. I did, and I’m glad I did. I planned to sell the house this spring. When time came, I hesitate because of covid-19, not sure how market was going to response to rapid changing situation. I met Robert. He provided convincing analysis of latest market trend showing that there could be a good window of opportunity to put the house on the market, as well as the risk associated. We both agreed it was a GO. I’m not sure if there is such thing as good or bad listing, but when Robert listed my house on Friday evening, I got first house-showing appointment in couple of hours, followed by more and more. We couldn’t do open-house because of virus, but all appoints eventually kept us out of house for entire weekend. By Monday, Robert got multiple offers. Half of them were at full asking price and half with mark-up, a few even have impressive mark-ups. Now it’s time to select final buyer. At that time, I didn’t even pay attention to this critical matter, left it entirely to Robert. No, he didn’t sell it cheap. He chose one of highest bidder. I reached out to Mark shortly after my Mother passed away. I had A LOT of questions. Mark took my call without leaving one single message. He took his time answering each and every question, explaining the process, what I would need to do etc.It wasnt until 4 months later that I was able to finally list the house for sale. During that 4 months Mark kept in contact with me, checking to see how I was doing and if there was anything he could do. Not once did I feel pressured to hurry up or to use their services.Once I was able to list, Mark drove 2 hrs to meet with me and view the property. In addition to the paperwork (almost all done with online document signing), listing, open house, and advertising, he helped us in many other ways. I applaud Mr. Rob surviving my challenging self and our difficult requests from time to time and yet still got us an amazing home despite the 3rd bidding war of us being only the 3rd highest offer. BRAVO!The meeting was quite an interesting story, I had an incompetent agent who was doing nothing to secure our dream home on the brink of being in someone else court. I decided to take the matter into my own hands and pursued the property and called the listing agent. Then bang, Rob was on the line and was surprised that I had to do all the legwork myself. He started to question the service I was getting from the buying agent after we finished discussing the property that was back in escrow for the 2nd time going to the backup offer. It was then I realized that my then buying agent really really really failed us. Rob suggested that we stop by his office to get the well deserved service we desperately need in order to secure our next dream home. I thought it would be un-ethical to switch so I did not proceed with it initially.Long story short, after our then incompetent agent lost our 2nd potential dream home, i was fed up and called Rob and since then, Rob was nothing short of incredible. WOW. I mean hes always available, on time, on point, precise, savvy, well studied, competitive, know everyone in the business, know the loan terms, develop properties, flip houses, understanding unique homes and the intricacies of buying and selling negating listed prices altogether.I mean going from extremely broken services to super stellar services is like WOW to the moon and back. I no longer need to sit n front of my computer almost like full time sometimes working with the last agent doing all the diligence myself. Working with Rob, we get to have dinner time and have our life still while hes out there making calls and punching up the computer data with all the due diligence. We always get to see whatever we wanted to see same day or next morning, zero wait time. We always get a market analysis from him whenever we entertain an offer. Nothing was ever random or sloppy. It simply looks to me that he is our agent for life for any buying and selling of any of our properties here on and forever. We own him a home warming dinner for sure. Omg, where I start? First of all, Breanna is amazing, walked us through everything, my husband and I were really nervous because this was our first time buying a home, she answered every phone called, every question, every concern. She just amazing, had everything planned out so I wouldnt have to look for houses myself, she did all the work.
