This is a special store. Chris and his staff are all on the same page, cut from the same cloth. They for certain know how to treat people. The customer service is top-tier...Excellent. And all the goodies they have in the store. I always get a bag of Beef Jerky and a soda and all my questions answered. Thank you Chris

This place is great! It has so much more inside than you can tell from the outside.You can ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.They also rent mailboxes, copy keys, rent in-store computer usage, make copies, print banners, business cards, custom wrapping paper, fingerprinting, and probably more stuff I missed.They have free lemons! And they sell mask, hand sanitizer, key chain accessories, paper, pens, office supplies, report covers, greeting cards, locks, boxes, bubble wrap, snacks, and even pepper spray.The gentleman staff I met with was incredibly kind and patient. Its a great place, stop in!

Get your passport photos here! Id like to give a special shoutout to Chris at this Mail Store location. He quickly and efficiently provided me with passport photos that met the stringent requirements for renewing a passport online. He not only took crisp, clear photos, but he also edited them to meet the spacing requirements. And all this at half the price I paid at another business which gave me marginal quality shots and no editing. Thanks to Chris, I got my passport in record time!

Employees friendly, professional, and helpful. They priced my copying job $100 less than the other place I had checked, and they had a choice of a superior quality paper. The job was done quickly and correctly. I will certainly go there again.

Wow! Highly reccomend The Mail Store for all your printing and graphic design needs. Ask for Sam!Met the owner, Lee, at a local networking group, he text me that night and said great meeting me, professional & timely interactions from the start.Sam took my logo & made a fantastic business card for my company.Example of their professionalism: The printer had an issue with my logo, even though it was no fault of the mail store, they tweaked the image and reprinted to make sure it was perfect! Hard to find this kind of professionalism and craft dedication these days.(I have the same business-card passion as American Psycho & they superceded my expectations)10/5 stars.

Super friendly staff, painless copying services, and not at all expensive like the UPS Store or Fedex Center. User-friendly and easy to email then print services. Small shop but their service and knowledge is unmatched.

They have everything you might need including printing, dont have a printer but need to print the email from SDG&E? While there grab one of the beautiful greeting cards from Leaning Tree artist, grab the box you have been needing for all the paperwork you have to store and more! Service is great also!
