Got my battery serviced quickly and easily at The Mac Studio.Anthony is professional and explains things well. Easy to keep up and make informed decisions. I use my computer for my business and I need to be able to make good choices when it comes to my Macbook.We live in Venice and my wife came here last year for diagnostics on her laptop last year. We will only come here for repair and service on our computers now.

I typically do not write reviews but my experience at The Mac Studio was such a positive one that I would be amiss in not sharing it and giving it a 5-star rating.I had less than a week before leaving the country for a month and my Mac was acting up. Since I had to work on an important project while out of town, I needed immediate help. Luckily, I found The Mac Studio and Anthony. Not only was I treated professionally from the moment I arrived, but Anthony also did not put me off. He was helpful and honest, and he took care of every aspect of my needs with thoughtfulness, kindness and, what seems to be lost these days, a human touch. I am forever grateful to have found him and cant imagine going anywhere else with my computer needs. Thank you, Anthony!

Im deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Apple. Despite seeking support four times for my AirPods, each replacement they provided failed to function properly. Despite undergoing tests each time, the issues persisted. Now, with the warranty expired, Im left without recourse for a product Ive been unable to fully utilize. This experience has left me hesitant to recommend Apple, as theres no assurance of functionality or adequate support.

Anthony is proprietor of this little shop, located INSIDE the SCANDINAVIAN store. His shop is in the back right corner of the store. He has 2 small signs (a sidewalk sign) and a small wall sign, which are easy to miss.He was very knowledgeable and prices were very reasonable.

Anthony is a master at assessing and repairing iPhones. I brought in an old iPhone 7 Plus and he was able to thoughtfully and thoroughly diagnose and solve the problem in the same day. He even explained how to prevent these issues in the future and was extremely knowledgeable and nice the whole time.

I was working on a project when my computer suddenly wouldn’t come out of sleep mode (AKA it was dead). I tried taking it to an Apple Store, but they couldn’t help me and said it could take weeks to send it out for service. On top of that, they also informed me that I might lose all of my data if I hadn’t backed up my system lately. Of course, as luck would have it, I hadn’t. So I started searching for somewhere that could do data recovery as well as repairs. I reached out to multiple locations before finding The Mac Studio. I was super nervous about leaving my computer with them, but Anthony assured me that he could fix my computer and save my data.On top of that, he said he could get it back to me quickly. He kept his word and had my computer repaired, and data restored the very next day. I cannot tell you how much sleep I lost over this problem and to have it solved in less than twenty-four hours was incredible. I was absolutely blown away by their speedy service, commitment, and dedication to their customers, along with their problem-solving abilities. These guys are the secret pros you’ve been looking for! Literally from now on, if anyone I know has a computer problem, I will not hesitate to tell them about The Mac Studio. I am not the type of person who writes online reviews, but I had such a great experience at Mac Studio that I had to share. When I spilled an entire cup of coffee on my laptop, I rushed to Mac Studio because a friend told me how they rescued her laptop after it was left outside in a heavy rainstorm. Anthony at Mac Studio quickly and expertly dismantled my computer while explaining which parts were damaged. The way he handled diagnosing the problem and explaining my options made me trust his advice immediately. Instead of pressuring me to pay for unnecessary repairs, he first kept my laptop over the weekend to see if things improved as it dried out. I got regular updates throughout the repair process and the cost was very reasonable. Being a satisfied customer is one thing, but I was so impressed with the service that I am going on the internet to tell everyone how great this place is.

I went in to the Mac Studio last night b/c my phone was not charging and wanted to get it fixed. I had originally had a similar problem where they had to replace the port so when I called back thats what I assumed needed to happen. Other places quoted me $100-$150 to fix it.Anthony, quite casually said, it probably just needs to be cleaned so bring it in. I came in shortly thereafter and within 5 minutes he had cleaned it out and fixed it without changing or using any new parts...where other guys were happy to gouge me, he was honest and straightforward which I highly appreciate.I couldnt recommend these guys high enough and will be going back for any computer/phone issues in the future.

I had the best experience ever with Anthony yesterday. I called explaining needed help with both computer technical issues, and iPad tech issues, but also a how to do issue. He not only fixed the tech problems with both computer issues, plus my iPad issues, but he showed me how to use a program I had ... but was always afraid to use as did not understand it. I was preparing for some client presentations and I was very nervous about how to access what I needed easily while presenting. He literally tutored me with what I needed to do. He was so patient, gave me his full attention...even stayed late to be sure that I was comfortable for my next day event as arrived full of fear over it. Anthony made sure that everything was in place and set up, and made sure I would he comfortable with the presentations. He went bfar beyond what anyone would have done. I have taken my computer, and iPhone over in the past where hes always fixed things perfectly, but I had never come over this type of problem. I was blown away at the attention he gave me and how he resolved every issue in the calmest, nicest way. I would recommend Anthony and The Mac Studio to anyone needing help with any problems. He is and always has been so quick to help and always so pleasant . But yesterday was truly an amazing experience as I learned so much, and took so much of his time, plus he is so reasonably priced.He definitely is my computer guy! I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Looks like this place has 100% 5 stars and it deserves it. I spilled soup on my laptop and dried it up to the best of my abilities, where w my luck everything seemed to be working except for my charging ports. I got referred to this place and met Anthony, who was so kind and open throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how he opened up my computer & checked it out in front of me, and he was very quick to diagnose the issue & tell me that I simply needed a cleaning (where a different tech service place I went to had told me that I might need to replace the whole board for $1000). Not only did Anthony fix my laptop issue for $50, but also he said that if an issue came about after his cleaning, the $50 would apply to the fee to repair it. Just overall so amazing & efficient & open; if you’re reading this Anthony thanks for being the best! These guys are the best. Integrity and compassionate service to the max. I had a broken laptop screen and instead of offering to replace it himself, which is what I came in for, Anthony shared with me that there was a recall on my laptop and if I took it to Apple they would replace the screen and keyboard for free. And they did. I am so appreciative of this integrity. They also shared a bottle of hand sanitizer with me at the beginning of lockdown when this was very scarce. Such incredible people. They’ll take great care of you.

As a small business owner myself, I’m a firm believer in supporting small businesses! That said, The Mac Studio service was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. The Apple Store quoted me over 4x the amount I paid for the same level of work I had done at The Mac Studio. I really appreciate the time Anthony took to explain the problem to me, why the specific parts had to be replaced, and the replacement timeline on other parts, etc. I did not have to buy another computer after a liquid spill...while the consultant at The Apple Store encouraged me to scrap my current computer, even though it was clearly reparable. THIS IS MY NEW GO-TO APPLE REPAIR SERVICE!If youre looking for a small studio with a very knowledgable staff that takes personal care & quality of service to the next level, look no further.Ive tried out various shops to get repairs done for our agency in the past, but this place is the best. Recently, I had a weird issue with myvMac Book Pro constantly shutting down without warning. It took a few days of analysis to resolve because the laptop passed a hardware test it should have failed. Yet Mac Studio was very methodical and thorough in narrowing down & identifying the issue. They kept me up to date every step of the way and solved it at reasonable costs. Couldnt ask for more.

I had liquid damage on my brand new mac book air so i took it into apple where they actually made the damage worse and asked to repair it for basically the price of a brand new laptop.When I came into The Mac Studio, Anthony fixed my liquid damaged brand new mac book air for much less and it is working like brand new again! I took my Macbook Pro to The Mac Studio the Monday before Thanksgiving, and by Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, I had it back, repaired (at the cost of the estimate), and cleaned like new. The diagnosis and repair were spot on, and Anthony of the Mac Studio took the time to explain everything he had done. Extremely courteous, responsive and professional. Im SO glad I found The Mac Studio. I was devastated after spilling liquid all over my macbook and after scouring the internet, checking with Apple and reading reviews I gave Mac Studio a call. Anthony got me in right away and immediately went to work. He was super helpful in explaining everything and even though in my situation just about everything that could go wrong with my computer did.. he was able to not only fix it all but even cut me a deal on all the replacements I needed and stayed late to get it done for me so I could get back to work. Do not hesitate to go to the place if your Mac is our of warranty, or just in general! He was super transparent and opened up the computer right in front of me and took out the logic board and tested everything. Ended up fixing everything right there and not charging me for the time! Couldn’t recommend this place more!Side note I went to two different “Apple certified” shops in SM and on top of the fact that they charged 90$ diagnostic fees. They both told me outrageous prices for what they ‘thought’ the fix would be.

GREAT PLACE!Cheapest quote of 9 places I called (by $100)They had the replacement battery for my MacBook Pro in stock!They are ifixit certified, which in my mind is just as good as apple certified. I do most repairs myself through ifixit, but this battery repair is especially hard. In fact about half of the places wouldn’t even do it because of the way Apple glues the battery in.Super knowledgeable and friendly staff!Happy to have found such a great place for servicing all my apple products.
