Such a pleasure to work with!! I had to reschedule multiple times due to weather and Jennifer was always patient and accommodating. We use two different photographers to get daylight and twilight photos, and both were totally professional and thorough. The photos turned out great - 110% satisfied! Thank you Luxury Level!!

Luxury Level exceeded my expectations. I recently had them draft a water color site plan for a listing of mine to put in the MLS and on the property flyers, not only was the quality amazing, it looks like an art piece. My client is going to have it framed and hang it in his new place to remember all the fantastic times spent in this home.Definitely will work with them again. They were prompt in getting the plan to me after the measurement appointment and Jennifer worked with me on the particulars and in getting it just right....so pleased! Thank you.

I have worked with The Luxury Level for years. I remain loyal to them because they do a great job and they are fun to work with and very knowledgeable about the Real Estate industry. They are great collaborators and have great ideas to take my marketing to the next level. Their behind the scenes team does a great job with customer service too. Things happen and they are responsive when changes need to be made. Finally, they offer an array of products and will help you customize what you need for your property.

I highly recommend The Luxury Level team. I reached out on a Tuesday during brokers caravan, within minutes Jennifer replied and scheduled Freddy for the next business day. Freddy took the initiative to move our appointment up since he had a cancellation, we arrived at the home in Brentwood at the same time, he did not rush me and even offered to help move some things around to get photo-ready. By the time I got into the office the following morning the photos were in my inbox and looked great! The Luxury Level rocks!!! Thank you!

The Luxury Level was incredible company to work with.They were extremely responsive and prompt with timing. We hired them for three different shoots, and in all three they showed up exactly on time. The photographer was also great and very nice. The photos exceeded our expectations, and we will100 percent be using Luxury again. Also, their online portal is extremely easy and efficient to use. 10 out of 10 company.

Jennifer was awesome to deal with in getting photos for my listing. She was very acommodating of my limited schedule. The photographer showed on time (in pouring rain) and was very professional and courteous. The photos turned out Great- Im very pleased with Luxury Level and will definitely use them again

The Luxury Level Is Outstanding! The entire team is excellent from start to finish... Jennifer and Jeremy are always responsive and understanding of turn around times, specific details & needs and they always make sure my clients and I are happy. In addition, the photographers and videographers are top notch... specifically, Julian, who handles many of my horse properties... I always love my videos and they make my marketing stand out! I recommend them to others quite often and I will absolutely continue to work with them on my listings.

I have been a real estate broker licensee since 2002 and during this time I have used 6-7 different photography/video services. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Luxury Level is head and shoulders above the competition. Not only because the spectacular output but also because of their professionalism. They always show up on time, they take good notes of my vision and they execute beautifully and on time, every time. Special mention to Jennifer Mann. She never rests, is always available and makes sure even the most minute details are taken care of. It takes a lot to impress me and I am impressed with the Luxury Level and Jennifer. Im a huge fan of The Luxury Level. Their photos and videos look amazing and they have very fast turn times. In a competitive real estate market, you want your photos to look pristine and professional. I can say their photos are a cut above the rest. Also, Jennifer Mann provides the best customer experience when booking. She was super accommodating during the booking process. Ill be using them again.
