When Jason told me he could sell the house within a week, I scoffed. But Jason did the impossible and got our house sold in less than seven days. From the very beginning his professionalism shone through. He was courteous and well-versed in his craft, utilizing a number of books and booklets to compare houses. An intelligent real estate, he broke down in layman’s terms his profession, and what impressed me the most was his absolute thoroughness in everything he said and did. The most striking aspect of this was his immaculate description of our house which he personally penned. I said to Jason after reading our house’s description, “Wow. You almost made me want to buy back my house.” Of course, we both laughed, but it was true. His adroit use of words in describing our former home became a key factor in garnering the myriad of views on thousands of websites. Unlike most real estate agents, Jason treated us more as friends than clients to sell a house to. His kind generosity and concern for our well-being went above and beyond in what was expected of him, and we truly appreciated his warm gesture of friendship. In the end, Jason wasn’t just our real estate agent, he became to us a friend above all. But every real estate agent needs a partner and Lori was Robin to Jason’s Batman. Like a skilled maestro, Lori Smalls orchestrated all the scheduling and planning in a supremely organized manner. Coupled, as well, with Jason’s impeccable negotiating skills which he tactfully employed to garner us a better deal than we could even hope for. Together, this dynamic duo made what could have been a very challenging and overbearing situation of trying to sell a house bearable and easy. When my first home sale/purchase fell out of escrow due to me having a terrible real estate agent, I wanted to give up on my home search. Thankfully, the day after I parted ways with my former agent, Jason literally showed up at my door, with potential buyers! Those buyers loved my condo, and ended up signing a contract on it just two days later. Jason represented the new buyers purchasing my condo, and he represented me in purchasing my new single family home, concurrently. I found a home that suited all of my needs, and Jason was able to negotiate the price down by $25k!!! There were MANY hurdles to overcome because of the uniqueness of the sale/purchase. Many said the situation was impossible, but Jason worked with us diligently to ensure that everything got done without any issues. Ultimately, my sale and purchase closed on the same day! I actually bought my new house for less that I sold my condo! Jason truly helped me achieve a miracle and Ill always work with him and the Lowery group moving forward. Hes a paragon of professionalism and excellent customer service, and Id recommend him to anyone searching for a home!Adding to my initial review above. They were very enthusiastic to share Jason’s contact information with us once we expressed our interest in purchasing. We scheduled an initial meeting with Jason who took time to go through the entire process so we would know what to expect. I just wanted to tell everyone about my experience with the Lowery Group a part of Compass Reality.It was such a pleasure to work with Jason S Lowery Lori Smalls and Genesis Johnson selling my late brother’s home. It started out with receiving a FedEx delivery from Compass Reality with a Jason S Lowery brochure packet inside. Inside the packet was a very nice layout of the Lowery Group telling his future client what he has to offer them with a lay out pictures of previous sales and what the group will do to get your property sold fast at a good price. Sold fast at a good price they did. The house sold in 3 days of listing with 13 offers, 4 at an all-cash deal, of course I accepted the highest bidder, plus I didn’t have to do any repairs to the property. If I hadn’t mention this before this was a PROBATE real estate sale. Lori Smalls did the probate paperwork with ease, and all the paper chasing she did without a single flaw. She found problems elsewhere and took care of the problem right away, which made everything go smoothly. From start to finish everything took about 45 days. Jason, Leo and the team are incredibly Amazing! I began my search last year and found a random realtor online. Not having a clue about the housing market, I spent almost a year frustrated and angry, and not receiving the results I was promised. I quickly gave up until a close friend said... you need to contact Jason! Who is Jason, I said? He shook his head with a smile and provided his number. I remember contacting him the following day. I was already impressed with his attitude, character and knowledge. My interaction with Jason was so fulfilling and rewarding I began recommending my friends and family. Jason and Lori were instrumental to the purchase of our first home. Jason has an entire presentation to walk us through the home buying process. It was a lot of information and was terrifying for me as a first-time home buyer but, he assured us he will be there for us every step of the way. And they were. They are knowledgeable and patient with all the questions we had from looking for a home, going through escrow, and closing. The process was relatively smooth and even if there were issues, they helped guide us through it. They are super responsive via text, phone, or email. They worked around our work schedules, and we were even able to go on our scheduled vacation during escrow process. As first time home buyers we are so happy that we found Jason and his team! We learned so much from his guidance and help throughout the entire process. It started with a zoom meeting to discuss our goals, budget and what we were looking for. He gave a lot of good tips and pointers of where to look and what to look out for, and all that info came in handy when it came time to actually place offers and eventually go into escrow. We were able to find a great property that fit our budget, and quickly found ourselves in a fast escrow process. Jason and his team were able to help guide us through the loan process as well and even pointed out things we should bring up with the lender if the lender had not already told us about them yet (that was really helpful to keep things moving fast)One of the best things about Jason was his calm demeanor throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers making such a big purchase, we were understandably a bit stressed through the process, but Jason always approached everything with an even keel and helped put things into perspective. I had a great experience working with Jason Lowery and the Lowery Group! I was on the hunt for a home for almost a year. I put in 8 failed offers on houses before deciding to find a new broker. A co-worker suggested Jason after she closed on a house within a month. From the beginning, I was very impressed with the Lowery’s Group approach to working with clients. They were warm and friendly and invested in finding me my dream home! Jason gave me a very thorough walk through of the buying/offer process before we even looked at houses. Even after all those offers I didn’t realize how little I knew about contingencies, timelines and the little things that may come up. Given how competitive the LA market is, it was really smart to go into the home search with a clear roadmap of the whole process. He did a great job putting together a list of properties based on my needs and desires. Luckily, I found a house and had an accepted offer after one week into the housing search! As a first time homebuyer, I knew absolutely NOTHING about buying a house. I spoke with a few other real estate agents first and I was beginning to think we might not even need an agent. All they were doing was sending me properties to review. It wasnt until I spoke with Jason that I fully realized how much I needed a competent agent in our corner. Jason was the only agent to invest time in us from the beginning. He gave us a presentation to teach us about the home buying process; we decided to go with The Lowery Group and it ended up being the best decision we could possibly make.Jason has the rarest kind of ethics and professionalism that I didnt think existed in people outside of fictional characters portrayed on TV. Even though he may be busy at times, you would never know it as he always takes the time to make sure you understand each part of the process and is always available to talk it out. I am in awe of the way he handled himself throughout the ENTIRE process. His team was amazing as well, Lori was invaluable at setting up last-minute viewings, even with the process being complicated by Covid safety measures.Not only is The Lowery Groups professionalism unmatched, but Jason is a wizard when it comes to writing offers. We were able to buy a turnkey house in a total sellers market on a tight budget. I still cant believe it! My husband and I contacted Jason in July 2019, we were referred to him from one of my clients. Jason immediately started educating us on the home buying process during our first phone meeting. He had examples of every form we would see during the home buying process, so that we would know what to expect. It was at that moment that my husband and I decided we wanted to work with Jason and that we had alot to do before purchasing our first home. Jason informed us that he would be available whenever we were ready, and that if we had any questions or concerns we could contact him at any time. Jason was never aggressive or pushy, which we appreciated.After about a year, we contacted him ready to get the process started. We started this process in the beginning of the Pandemic and it was smooth. Jason made sure we understood all we needed to know, that we were comfortable, and happy with every step during the process. Jason found us our dream home, we put in a offer, but unfortunately we got out bid. Jason has connections that will really help during the process, because of these connections the sellers decided to go with our bid, due to their agents rapport with Jason. Jasons customer service is exceptional, in our opinion there are not enough stars to rate him properly.Buying your first home is a big deal, and Jason and his team made this a wonderful experience for my husband and I.

Our experience with the Lowery Group was fantastic. Jason and his colleague Lori made an extremely difficult personal situation as smooth as possible. In December of 2020, my husband and I made a cross-country trip from the East Coast to Los Angeles to sell my elderly parents home. Imagine trying to move your octogenarian parents across the country to live with you but also selling their home during a pandemic. Stressful does not begin to describe our situation.The home needed to be emptied of 45 years of belongings in three weeks so we could sell the property. Jason not only held our hands through the entire process but managed to make my 82 yo mother feel that she was making the right decision. Not only did Jason spend a long time with our family but his professional skills are epic. After 30+ bids on my childhood home, Jason managed to get us approximately $135K above the asking price. After the passing of my mother I reached out to Jason to help me lease out my childhood home. Jason responded quickly and came out to do a site visit. We walked through the house together, he listened, he was patient and then provided feedback. He told me all the wonderful things about my home, and gently told me the things that could impact the rental price. Jason had done his homework before our meeting and provided me with comps in the area so I could get an understanding of the current market. There had been properties that rented for more than what I was asking, but there were also some that had been on the market for some time that were renting for a lot less. I expressed my concern to Jason, he looked at me and said, “We’ll get it done”. His confidence and professionalism made me feel good, so I decided to sign the papers. Within the matter of days, there was a lock box on the door, his photographer came to take pictures, and he had written the property description. When he sent it to me for review, I knew I had made the right choice. The house hit the MLS on a Friday, by Monday we were done. With the conversion of a garage storage room into an office, Jason rented the house over asking price.I am thankful that Jason took what was a difficult time of loss in my life and made the transaction so easy. I worked with Jason Lowerys team after spending over 90 days on the housing market with a different agent with no luck. In my previous situation, my agents were unwilling to negotiate nor be flexible with any of my requests for the seller. As a first time homebuyer, the situation was less than ideal and discouraging, which prompted me to consider withdrawing from the home buying process. A friend then referred Jason Lowery to me before I threw in the towel and it was pure luck that I was paired with this stellar agent. From our initial call, I felt Jason was willing to listen to my concerns and also desired needs for my first home. A year ago, I was the last person who would have recommended a realtor. What’s the point when I have redfin and Zillow? Well, after a few months of disappointing tours, my wife talked me into meeting with Jason. I did so with gritted teeth and my guard up certain that I would have to pay for a bogus service that I could have done on my phone. I’m wrong a lot (ask my wife) and I was dead wrong about Jason! He was a gentleman since our first meeting and worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home. And let me say, we were not an easy client. First, we were set on East Los Angeles, then Hawthorne was better, followed by our stint in Monterey Park which was old news once Jason showed us beautiful pockets in South Los Angeles (I never would have thought this was an option for us). After about 70 tours, we went escrow on a to die for open floor plan that already smelled like a dry cab and charcuterie board. It felt as if rainbows were in the sky! Which was kind of true because LA had some crazy rainstorms before our house inspection. On the day of the inspection, I still remember the call from Jason, who of course showed up early to make sure the inspector was doing his job, he said “this isn’t it”. We soon found out why. The foundation had flooded. The walls were soaked in with water. The beautiful house we were in escrow was built with too many corners missing and the rain revealed all the cracks. Jason was the first to tell us we had to back out. My wife and I were picky. Neither of us could agree on anything. Poor Jason. So, I couldn’t believe after tons of houses and months of searching there was not a hint of pressure from Jason. I could tell he truly wanted what was best for us. We backed out of escrow and were back at the drawing board. After bouncing location on Jason again, we ended up in the Van Nuys area where we bought a beautiful home. Jason saved us money on the offer, got us additional money for repairs, and did it all with optimal contingencies. Remember how I was worried Jason would be an extra cost? He saved me money! There is no way I would have known to fight for the things he did. Our search consisted of over 100 houses, who knows how many custom route tours, and many laughs. Jason is a blast. My wife and I have been in our new home for over a month now and still get the friendly call or touch up email from Jason, who is checking in. The man is dedicated! I recommend Jason and the Lowery group without any hesitation. 11 out of 10!

My mother and I started our home search in January 2022. We were referred to a realtor by a friend. Our experience with this first realtor was terrible! I would send our realtor homes we were interested in and to ask him if he was able to obtain additional info, like if it was cash only, probate, etc. Instead of doing his research beforehand, he would only let us know the property was still available and let him know if we wanted to put in a offer. He never accompanied us to any open houses, or sent us listings. I was always sending him homes we were interested in. One particular listing we were interested in was almost a hour away, and he agreed to meet us there and show us the house. We get to the house and he’s trying to get in, but he can’t find the code on the listing. He’s calling the agent and he’s not picking up. As he stepped away to take a call, I read the listing agents notes on a paper he had and it clearly said that the house was in probate and potential buyers had to send bank statements showing 20% in their accounts before the code would be provided to access the house. We never got the code and didn’t get to see the house. He just dismissed it and never acknowledged his failure to do his due diligence before hand and wasted our time. On top of that, he missed the deadline to put in a offer on a house we were really interested in. This realtor never showed any drive and initiative to really help us find a home. Needless to say, that was our last interaction with that realtor.Another friend referred us to Jason Lowery and from our first conversation, he was eager to help and see how our journey was going so far. He sent us a questionnaire and after we completed it, he set up a conference to discuss the best strategy for us. On this call, he educated us on the current market, and came up with a strategy of how we can stand out among other buyers. He pointed out some things we could do different from our previous realtor. He was very informative during this call and really listened to what it was that we were looking for, which made us extremely confident that we were moving in the right direction with Lowery Group.He introduced us to Leo who would be our direct contact. I’ll try to make this short. I have had unique experiences with agents and brokers so I wanted to make sure that I chose the right person, with the right energy, and the right team for this job. I interviewed 3 people and went with an agent that I was unsure about…but we clicked… but I was still unsure about the level of experience and skillset. I called my Vegas agent (who I wholeheartedly trust) and he told me that he would send me a referral. THANK GOD!
