Probably one of my favorite Hotels in the US. The location is awesome. Walking distance to all the top spots in West Hollywood. The hotel has great service and excellent food. We always enjoy our stay here. One small issue on check out items were included on our bill from someone else and I had to chase them after a few days to get it removed after flying home. They said they would sort it out when I checked out but didn’t. Overall we really enjoyed it and the views from the room are top draw!

Ive stayed here several times over the past year and have been impressed each time. The rooms are HUGE, with an extra large bathroom and balcony. The free breakfast is great and the rooftop has incredible views of the city. All the staff members are extremely friendly, particularly Beatrice at the Boxwood Restaurant who has been very kind and helpful each visit. Id highly recommend this hotel if youre looking to stay in the area.

The lovely old rooms are huge, well kept, have balconies with views and gorgeous bathrooms. A real old Hollywood feel here in all the best ways. Much of the service is NOT 5 star though. Everyone is very nice, but there are some serious holes. The staff at the beautiful rooftop restaurant were very friendly but seemed like they had never waited a table before (trouble carrying trays, forgetting everything, neglecting to put orders in etc. etc.). Downstairs at the bar we were served some basic rail gin with the claim by the bartender that it was Empress Indigo. Uh, Empress is PURPLE. When we asked to see the bottle it was indeed in an old Empress Indigo bottle, but the contents were clear. So this bar is refilling their spirits with lesser quality stuff. Isnt this illegal??? In short, enjoy your room, but go elsewhere to eat and drink.

Wonderfully luxurious property with all of the features expected of a 5-star hotel. Staff is incredibly professional and friendly, welcoming from first pulling up to the property to check out. Standard suites are more spacious than expected, with a very large bathroom, and sublimely comfortable furniture. The bar is a beautiful common space with very good cocktails and wine.The included breakfast buffet has fresh fruit, frittatas, cured meats, pastries, etc. Room service is fast with a good variety of options. I highly recommend the scallops and the English toffee pudding.Overall, an excellent experience; I look forward to another visit!

I got to spend two nights and it was a very peaceful and pleasant experience. Friends and I decided to stay here because of the location but we all were very blown away by our rooms, the team, the bar, and the food! I was beyond relaxed, I decided to stay in on Saturday night to enjoy a bath and have some perfect sleep. The breakfast is very tasteful and the atmosphere is peaceful. Every team member from valet, servers, concierge team, and Front Office Manager, Paris, were all very kind and welcoming from the second we arrived.I certainly will return whenever Im stressed and need to relax. Im sad I didnt get to enjoy the pool due to weather conditions but it means I must come back during the Summer!

I stayed a few nights, and the surprise was kind of higher end but it was worth it. Everyone on the team working here is great. I’d like to shout out the receptionist staff at the front desk. They helped me check in and get my room key without demanding a deposit or anything wonderful. The room was absolutely outstanding and threw me off for a few minutes no issues absolutely spotless and clean. The mattress was clean not even a single stain or spec. the bar was absolutely wonderful the valet and all the workers here are absolutely wonderful assisting and made my vacation here Beverly Hills wonderful. The view and pool on top of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The restaurants nearby in the culture of Beverly Hills is amazing. The surrounding cities and everything close it’s just amazing. Go to Hollywood you go to Los Angeles you can go to San Diego. I just love this about California. It’s just why I keep going back. I just keep visiting here every chance I get. It was a wonderful visit and I invited my friends. I just share the experience with them. I’m gonna keep sharing with my friends I’m gonna keep spreading the rumor. The hotels is great and I’d recommend to check this out. Absolutely wonderful location and wonderful hotel. No complaints.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, boasting a refined 5-star ambiance. Upon arrival, I was immediately enveloped in a sense of luxury. The staff seamlessly accommodated my request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. My only minor concern pertained to the pricing of the valet service; however, any discrepancies were promptly rectified by the attentive staff.

Before anyone books with this hotel, let me share my experience:The receptionist, Ashley, was extremely rude. My Chanel case went missing from my hotel room, and despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the cleaner entered the room without permission.I should have reported my missing item to the police. If you stay here and find anything missing from your room, I strongly recommend reporting it to the authorities.Despite the rudeness from the staff, and the other incidents, David, the hotel manager, is a highly respectable man who made every effort to resolve the issue.

The London is my go-to hotel in West Hollywood. The rooms are really spacious and beautifully appointed - do try and get a room on a high floor with a view. The lower level rooms arent quite as good in my opinion. There is something just very comforting about this hotel - a home away from home. The bathrooms are stunning and spacious - and the beds are super comfy. The rooftop pool is everything you could hope for - amazing views, great pool, great food and drink service, comfy loungers, etc. And perhaps most importantly - they dont sell day passes to the public, so its never over crowded. If you want a decent hike you can head up N Doheny drive into the hills and get a really good sweat up! Beautiful route. Great cafes and bookshops close by - as well as so many amazing restaurants and shops. And if youre a Soho House member too - there are two within walking distance from this hotel. Goes without saying - I am a firm fan of this hotel and I really recommend!!

Rooms feel a lot better in person than what looks like a shoebox from the online pics. Very quiet, seemed like well insulated walls. Bathrooms were amazing with huge tub and double showers. Nice workout area.

My husband and I recently had a brief stay at The London West Hollywood as we attended an event at The Grove LA. With our expectations set on 5-star accommodations, we selected The London due to its high ranking and convenient proximity to the places we planned to visit in LA.One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Their service was exceptional. However, our experience with the Chelsea Suite, which we had booked, left us extremely disappointed. The room felt dated, with visible signs of wear and tear such as peeling carpet, stains on the furniture and walls. It did not give off a sense of cleanliness. Despite reading about the hotels renovations online, we did not witness any improvements in the room or the furnishings within the hotel, such as the dining room furniture in the first-floor restaurant.While we had hoped to have a wonderful experience at The London, the less than ideal accommodations prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. However, we appreciated the kind and attentive service the staff provided and the complimentary breakfast buffet offered.As much as we had looked forward to enjoying our time at The London, were uncertain about returning anytime soon. However, we hope they prioritize room renovations for an enhanced guest experience.

In general, this is such a great hotel! The staff is so amazing and the rooms are beautiful.I stayed at the penthouse, and it was such a delight to have a beautiful view of LA.The food here is great and not only that, but everything is definitely high-quality here.I love how the staff is able to just give me answers or make sure that I’m taken care of no matter what time of the day.I would definitely recommend people to host an event here or a stay at this hotel. It is one of the most beautiful and lovely hotels in West Hollywood.The valet service is great as well and you can appreciate that with not having to park your own car or find parking here.The location is also central to everything that you need, which is wonderful if you are looking for some thing that is local with lots of choices on places to go and enjoy your time for food or entertainment 💜💜✨

In the morning, My husband called the front desk asking about vintage stores in LA, because I am a big fan. They did their research and texted everything to our phone. When we came back in the afternoon, they put an envelope at our door, I opened it, they printed everything on a paper. Oh my god, I feel sooo appreciated and soo loved. From the second I made eye contact with the staff on the front desk, my anxieties of the day slowly started to fade.I booked a luxurious room for 6 nights in a Beverley Hills Hotel which I won’t disclose, online. My family and I were looking forward to our last leg of an amazing 6 week US holiday. Walking into the room I felt like the walls collapsed around me. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1973, the walls were filthy, bathroom a place I couldn’t walk into . Obviously this wasn’t the room presented on the website. After talking to management they showed us another room, which was the one we saw online. I decided we couldn’t stay there and checked out.I knew of the London Hotel from previous research and wanted to preview the hotel before making the same mistake . From entering the foyer I was greeted by the front of house staff members Sheela and Cinnya. Instantly they made me feel welcome with the warmest smile and offered to show me the rooms that were available . When they say staff make your business, I can honestly say these two ladies were exceptional at their job.Needless to say we booked for 6 nights and had the most wonderful experience at the London. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with the best views overlooking Sunset Boulevarde and one of the largest bathrooms in any hotel I’ve frequented. All the ammenities were exceptional with a knockout roof top pool.I also want to mention a special shout out to Matthew (porter ) Adrian (valet ) and Nick (security ) who went about their jobs with so much professionalism and care for the guests of the hotel.I would 100% recommend this hotel not only for location and the ammenities but the outstanding service from all the staff who made us feel so welcome.

The London West Hollywood Hotel is fantastic! It feels like you have taken a step back in time, when service was a hotels top priority to the guests. We flew in from the east coast, arrived early and our room was ready for us. The room was quite generous in size (and it seems this is the norm). Two very comfortable beds, amply spaced apart from one another giving myself and my daughter our own space. The room had a balcony you could easily access and sit out on. The bathroom is simply perfect! Perfectly appointed and the shower (and shower pressure) is just wow! We spent time in the lovely pool area and it had plenty of chairs, towels, and staff who asked if we wanted food or drink. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it contained everything one could want. The dining room was beautifully laid out and extremely comfortable to dine and converse. Everyone we interacted with (Valet, luggage, front desk, pool, breakfast) were professional and kind, providing top level service it simply (IMO) is hard to find these days.

We stayed in one of the suites on the 9th floor, and it was such a relaxing stay. The mini bar was well stocked. The bath tub was gigantic. My boyfriend and I can comfortably lay in the bathtub together. We love how there are two separate shower heads.The true star of the show would be the bed. The mattress, duvet, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we got such a good night of sleep. I even asked the hotel where we got them when checking out.

I’m writing this review to give five stars to the valet staff here. They were all excellent and very caring of my car. They also understood my concerns with the driveway (it is very steep) and allowed my car to stay parked up top instead of parking it in their underground garage. Valet parking is your only parking option from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at The London Hotel. The valet team, bellman, and front desk were all very attentive. The Hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here. My wife likes to stay where we have a restaurant available, especially after a long day out site-seeing. We took advantage of it three times during our stay. Our room was a good size and very comfortable for our family. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel that is pretty close to all of the places that we wanted to visit during our stay. We will definitely return on our next visit to Los Angeles.

My stay at The London Hotel was delightful, with excellent service from the front desk staff to the friendly bartender at the lobby bar. I enjoyed a delicious skirt steak with onion rings at the bar, and I highly recommend it. Both the restaurant/bar manager and the two bartenders were charming companions as I waited for my friend to arrive. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and I plan to return in the future.

Beautiful hotel, pool, and the breakfast that was included was great. But our room did not meet our expectations. We ended up on the 2nd floor with a wall as our view and very dark. We asked for an alternative room based on what we booked. As all the details and pictures showed a room with a balcony viewing the city. They said they were sold out although we doubt it as the hotel was not busy. Our other issue was with the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. We did not have a good night sleep the whole time we were there. I wouldnt recommend or be coming back for that reason

We usually stay at another hotel nearby, but my wife decided that we should try another spot and upgrade for mothers day weekend. This hotel is definitely nicer and our room had incredible 180 views from the balcony, from downtown LA and to the west. Room was clean and the bathroom was quite large. All of this and a pretty healthy breakfast buffet, but the dining room is quite surprising with the stained chairs and foggy windows. For a hotel that is nice, this was a surprise. We never had dinner there because we didnt want to sit in that space. We will likely go back on occasion because of the rooms and the rooftop pool (quite nice too), but disappointed with the dining experience.

Oh what an incredible one-week stay we had here at the London West Hollywood! We had the Vista Suite and it was super comfortable, spacious bathroom (the best) and a cute balcony overlooking the mansions on the hills. Service was spectacular. Could have done with a variation of breakfast as it was the same throughout our 7 day stay. Other than this, absolutely love the property and would be back in a heartbeat!

My partner and I stayed two nights at the London West Hollywood this week on our trip from London to LA. We were very excited to indulge in a little 5-star luxury, however very unfortunately came away underwhelmed and disappointed. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable and the bathroom is indeed impressive, however overall service and atmosphere was really lacking. For the hefty price paid we definitely expected more. For example, at check out the lady didnt even look up from her screen, let alone ask how our stay was. Basic requests like having more milk for tea in our room seemed to inconvenience a second lady. I noticed a lot of guests stayed at the hotel on business and I wondered if this is why the service felt cold with little to no acknowledgment of the fact some people are there on vacation, having saved up a lot of money for the privilege. Parting with this sum of money is not a light touch for everyone. Breakfast was simple but very tasty- big shout out to staff member Ashley who always went out of her way to greet us and was consistently kind and attentive. No request felt too large.Final thing to add is that unfortunately we couldnt make any use of the rooftop pool and bar due to very disappointing weather- obviously not the hotels fault but again, for the price I would have expected at least a sauna or steam room as another option for a cloudy/rainy day. Overall a nice stay but would not part with such money again for the lacking service.

Nice hotel, but dated. The rooms, the bathroom fixtures, all need updating. The carpets are loose and worn out. The wood in the elevator is in desperate need of refinishing. The hotel is very clean and does have a certain feel of luxury though and the entire place is very clean. When I arrived the person at the front desk was obviously sick and should not have been in close proximity to guests or handling their identification and credit cards. When our lunch was served at the pool area the server brought the food and then the drinks came 10 minutes later. Ok, he forgot the drink order, it happens. But he also only brought utensils/napkin for one person instead of two. I asked for another set and he said he would bring it to us, but NEVER did. Instead he walked around the pool deck doing what looked like nothing. When I got my rental from valet to drive to the airport, I discovered that the mirror had been badly damaged, as if the door was opened into a column or other vehicle. Of course nobody in valet has taken responsibility for the damage. It could have been a good experience, but the poor service ruined that.

What an amazing, but short, two days we had with The London. We arrived super late and they were there to help with bags and even someone to hold open the door for us. Smooth check-in and an amazing sleep with the balcony door open. The view stretched from downtown LA to Westwood. Even with the noise of the city and being near all the clubs on Santa Monica Blvd, with the door open it was quiet, so closed it was silence. Great service. Amazing breakfast as well.The bathroom was amazing. Definitely had a bubble bath!Overall service that was second to none, and very friendly and helpful anything from opening a door, to your car door, to helping with luggage; this is how hotels used to run and I’m glad some still do treat you like a real guest!

Hadnt been back to this area in 7 years and the hotel looks the same...plus all its wear in tear. Service amazing as always but they really need to fluf up the hotel and spend some money. Dont walk around the outside of the hotel as you will be shocked, it feels like a low income development, the hair salon....Ill just say its there and thank God its not visible from the inside of the hotel. Something that shocked me was the smell of cigarettes as soon as we stepped into the elevator and all the hallways in floor 7, its pretty strong, I felt I was in Vegas. The rooms also feel very outdated, I mean again no updates in 7+ years and it shows. Services and amenities remain a 10 out of 10 and thank God because Im not sure I would stay here again for the price if it wasnt for the great customer service. Oh, breakfast food was super stale and tasted old that was shocking too as last time every meal I had at the hotel was delicious.

Magnificent hotel in the heart of West Hollywood. Stylish rooms, great pool, great breakfast. Very accommodating in an early check in and late check out. Complimentary mercedes drop off within 2 miles for restaurant outings etc. Booked through Amex and got lots of perks there too (bar credit, free breakfast etc). Couldn’t recommend this hotel any higher.

Staying at the hotel as we speak. Don’t let the pictures fool you, the rooms look nothing like this anymore. The hotel is run down and tired. The carpet in my room is sticky, I can’t bring myself to walk on it with my socks let alone bare foot, I have to make sure I put slippers on and sofas are full of stains and look unhygienic. Everything is outdated and kinda falling apart. Corners of walls in the room are peeling off and much more. Breakfast is on the simple side. My cafe latte that i paid extra for was just the house free coffee with a bit of milk thrown in on top. Major disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. The only good thing is the room size.

Just went to tea with a small group to celebrate the holiday. Was very excited to try this place, being a big fan of afternoon tea. Sadly, I was very disappointed. To start, they sat us at a giant table that left us really spreadout and it felt awkward. No milk was offered with the tea. No offer was made of a glass of champagne. No serving utensils were offered with the clotted cream or the lemon curd. Sandwiches were ok, but nothing particularily unique. Server was asked about a sandwiche ingredient and had no idea what it was. There was no offer of seconds. The scones were fabulous and the deserts were fine. Had to ask and wait for a box for the few remaining items. A 20% service fee was tacked on with no warning and for what was mediocre service. Without warning, the bright lights where thrown on like after last call at a club, I guess signaling our time was up. Had to ask for and then wait for the check. Had to ask for parking validation and then wait for it. Then, found out that while we were waiting for the box, the bill and the validations, the price of parking almost doubled as we missed the 5 pm cut off by a few minites. When I asked the front desk to make that right, they could not find a manager. Will stick to my tried and true favorites for tea in the lovely hotels to the west.

The balconies were great places to sit with a cup of coffee and take in the view of West Hollywood/LA.Showers are lovely, but they are not fully covered (by design), so be careful of any water on the floor when finished with your shower.

Just finished a stay here. Have been to many different hotels. This was the probably the best experience Ive had at one across the board. Everyone was so kind, so helpful, and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk always took care of our needs very quickly. Housekeeping came every day so the room was kept immaculate during our stay. The valet was extremely fast and again, very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. Room service was fast and easy. All the staff took care of anything and everything we could have possibly needed. The location made getting to all the attractions very easy. Its just a few feet from Sunset Blvd and a number of restaurants. The rooftop pool area was amazing. Cant really say enough good things about it. This would be the only place I would stay if I returned to LA.

Our room was perfect and the balcony view was the cherry on top. If there were one thing I could change it would be the bed/bedding. I was very hot, while sleeping, during our stay. On top of that half of the time they always miss something either a side of ranch or the bucket of ice. The check-in was delayed by 2 hours but Kansas the receptionist gave us some drinks credits to spend while we waited which was welcomed.There are however some serious problems.The sound-proofing in our unit is absolutely terrible almost as if all windows were left wide opened. The second-hand cannabis smoke from the room around us constantly got into our room which made the stay really unpleasant. The lady at the reception didn’t even bother to ask how the stay was when we checked out, she printed us the bill and sent us on our way.This hotel has the price tag of 5-star hotels, but the room, the services, and the facilities feels subpar even for a 3-star hotel. Long overdue review.... This is one of our favorite staycation spots and most highly recommended for friends including friends with kids. Guest Rooms are large and most rooms have views. Food is great. Rooftop Pool views are gorgeous. Service is topnotch. Location is very central! There seems to always be an event going on at the hotel if you want to head to the bar and mingle. Weve had several wonderful girls trips with adults only and with our daughters that were aged 3-5 years old. This hotel is truly The Good Place. We stayed here for just a day but we wished it was more. Every area of the hotel felt clean, sanitized, and safe. The staff was beyond welcoming and made our stay nothing but enjoyable. The rooftop pool and tanning deck was not only a great spot for some sun but also perfect for a beautiful panoramic view of LA. Being on the roof of a hotel on the Sunset Strip gave you the ability to see everything from downtown, to the Griffith Observatory, to Inglewood, to the pacific ocean. We stayed in the Vista Suite and the room was fantastic. The bed was huge, plenty of space around the room to put all of our things, but our favorite part was the bathroom. Its one of the biggest hotel bathrooms ive been in and it was wonderful. The shower was big enough to fit like 3 or 4 people if needed haha, it had two shower heads, one on each side that did different things. There were also a lot of mirrors in the bathroom which we unexpectedly liked, it was nice to see yourself and your outfit from almost any angle. All of the rooms have a balcony which is wonderful when you want some fresh air or want to enjoy the view.One of our favorite part of the hotel was how quiet it was. Maybe it was because we were there during the pandemic so many people werent traveling as much or maybe the hotel is just quiet in general, but either way we loved the peacefulness of it all. This is one of my favorite hotels in LA and Ill definitely be staying here in the future and recommending it to others!

The gym was very well equipped and the heated rooftop pool was perfect for a sunrise swim before their free continental breakfast. One could argue there are two sides to everything. On one side, you have the hotel facing tough times with Covid and high labor costs unable to renovate rooms that bring in outside noise, balcony doors that are 30 years old and have broken seals, room carpet that is old and stain filled, suites that are missing sofas and towels that are thin and gone through a thousand wash cycles.On the other side are consumers and folks like us paying $450 a night and an additional $60 for parking during a high vacancy time trying to justify our stay here vs other choices. Our vote is for the consumer.The two stars are for the really good breakfast, the staff and the nicely done lobby area.Note to management: try upgrading one room at a time and try to put customers only in upgraded rooms. There is still an opportunity to restore old glory.

Big rooms. Lots of space to move around. Deep baths and good showers. Highlight was the roof top pool looking over Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Food served up here is great.Only downside is that it gets really busy and despite signs saying that sun lounge hogging with towels is not permitted, this is not enforced by staff when we were here. So you had large families reserving loungers for several hours before turning up. Given the limited space available this was disappointing.But that was the only major grip we had. The hotel is recommended.It is a good base to work from as you have easy access to the Beverley Hills, Santa Monica is within easy reach as is the likes of the Chinese Theatre, Dodgers Stadium, The Hollywood Bowl and the Greek Theatre.

Ive stayed at The London WeHo a handful of times over the course of a couple years - twice for business and 3 times for personal. It always feels like my home away from home. Theyre consistent, meticulous, warm, hospitable, and their service is impeccable. Even during COVID, theyve adjusted amenities to still be impressive and serve their guests exceptionally. The Boxwood restaurant also has a fantastic menu and is reasonably priced. Their breakfasts are amazing. Get a smoothie. Trust me! On my most recent stay, I was surprised with a complimentary bottle of red wine to my room and it absolutely made my weekend. (for the record, it wasnt a cheap bottle) Thanks to the staff for doing their job to the utmost and keeping a smile on even through tough times. Youll always have my business!

The rooftop cafe was nice, the food was good and depending where you sit you have pretty views of the surrounding cities as the sun sets. The servings seemed small but were actually very filling and very flavorful. They even came around and offered small blankets to wrap up in after the sun went down. The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky to see, parking is by valet. After getting your ticket validated in the restaurant the fee $10 at the desk outside. Everyone we asked questions of as we had never been there were very friendly and helpful. Their more formal restaurant on the ground floor was closed but we may return to try it out.

Just spent four nights here in a King Deluxe overlooking the peaceful gardens and party space. The room was restful, spacious, large and comfortable -- and quiet. The bathroom was the size of most New York studio apartments! Service was impeccable and discreet and anticipated my and my familys diverse set of requests with grace and professionalism! From valet to front desk to concierge and housekeeping, we felt everything was current and up to date. My fiancé and I just completed a 3-day stay at the Georgian, and were extremely pleased with the amenities and charm the hotel had to offer. Overall, the hotel is ideally located across from the ocean/Palisades Park, and has a lot of character with much of its original Art Deco decor intact. The terrace is especially beautiful, making it the perfect spot for breakfast or a drink to watch the sunset. Our room was very clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We could not recommend this hotel more and would happily stay here again!

The Luggage guy (bell boy?) helped us understand the hotel and a bit about LA.Wed booked two rooms thinking wed need the space but each one had two double beds and we could have easily shared if wed known (or wanted to.)The rooms were large with two double beds, a sofa area and a small kitchenette with a very well stocked mini bar. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom large with a great shower.The hotel roof was split into a pool area (looked great, but we arrived too late), a bar and a restaurant. Overall the roof had a good buzz to it with a collection of guests and local visitors popping in for drinksThe rooms are HUGE with two double beds in ours so check the relative size before you need to book two rooms :-)

Everything about our Afternoon Tea was wonderful! Each item was beautiful and delicious. It was extra special to have scones from a truly British kitchen. Finally!! I was invited to stay at the London from my friend. She was here for business for a few days. Upon entering, I loved all the Christmas decor. They offered complimentary water and cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an amazing complimentary breakfast too. The entire hotel is gorgeous, well organized and clean. The next day I was greeted by Jeff who was the General Manager. You wouldnt even know it because he was so friendly and genuine. I had asked him for a mask and he gave me a compliment and provided me one so I could stay within COVID guidelines. As we were talking he said my name reminded him of his grandmother. He brought my friend and I into the gift shop and gave us the most beautiful jeweled hairpiece crowns, fit for a bride or princess. He wanted us to feel special and wanted us to feel like London Queens for the day. Im not joking. This hotel is amazing. He even provided us a social distance hotel tour. Jeff truly loves this hotel and I will never forget his kindness and how generous he was. He ended up comping our parking rate. I will be coming back for my HONEYMOON. Their penthouse is absolutely gorgeous. Jeff really made this experience, one to remember. It is no wonder celebrities like Madonna, Post Malone, Tyga, Oprah etc decide to stay here. I’ve stayed here before and usually this hotel is great, but this time the service has been lackluster. The remote control in our room didn’t work, so we couldn’t look at the in room dining menu which is only on the TV. Had to call twice before someone came to replace it. Finally was able to order and the next day when we called for someone to remove our food trays we had to call THREE times. And last but not least valet broke the key to our Tesla. The valet manager wasn’t all that helpful, but at least Kansas (a hotel manager I believe) comped some of our bill. We’re here until Monday so I’m going to try to make the most of the rest of our stay, but I am extremely disappointed and really put a damper on our trip. Our first trip after the pandemic no less.

Cheerful staff and oversized suite and luxurious bathroom mask real problems in room-service food and staff responsiveness. Three room service orders resulted in food that was vastly overcooked and over-salted, including two that were so bad they needed to be credited to my account. Staff also made 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver hot coffee with breakfast. Really? A 4-star hotel incapable of serving hot coffee? When I arrived, the hotel was in the middle of a 10-day process to replace all the room locks with the NFC type. This was all explaining in a letter left on my desktop apologizing for any inconveniences. Except in my experience, the installer who replaced my lock somehow managed to disengage the safety latch from the door frame so it was hanging from one screw. Despite the obvious security risk -- and questions about how an installer could have left the latch in that condition before going on to the next room -- it took 2 phone calls to the from desk and nearly an hour to get someone up to the room to fix the problem. Ive had better staff responsiveness from the Hampton Inns where Ive stayed.

I was going to visit 2 friends who had got a room at the London to celebrate NYE 2021. Upon entering, I was greeted by Jeff (the general manager) who welcomed us with glasses of champagne, NYE props and toys, and a bottle of $150 champagne for us to take up to our from all for free. After that, Jeff offered me a suite for a low rate for me to just stay the night, which I took him up on. He had given us all of the gratuities before offering the rate, and was not pushy at all but the hotel was at 12% capacity and I thoroughly enjoyed the nights rest. Felt safe, everyone wore masks, socially distanced, and they continued to give us Moet champagne all night.

I was just there for a wedding and there were many aspects of the experience that left me disappointed. I enjoyed the venue, location and the staff was top shelf. The wedding cost 100K or more, so every aspect should have been exceptional. We had security called on us 3X for being too noisy in our lounge suite... each time was before 5:00 PM. We also had the venue until 11:00 and as 10:30 rolled around on us, the hotel purposely turned down the DJs music. For the last 30 minutes of the party, the music was quieter than if we had played it on our phones. I was disappointed in this because the bride and groom wanted to do their final dance to close out the evening and were not able to. We spoke to the hotel manager and they were unwilling to turn the music back up so they could finish their last dance.

My husband and I chose to celebrate our honeymoon at the London because we wanted to indulge ourselves at a 5-star hotel for four nights; however, our stay was a big let-down. Unfortunately, for a hotel room that cost us over $500 a night, the surprisingly poor level of service dashed any positive experiences. We recommend enjoying your stay in West Hollywood elsewhere.The disappointing tone of our experience was set immediately once our taxi dropped us off at the hotel. The vehicle attendants / bellmen talked among themselves and did not address us, did not welcome us, and, most annoyingly, did not offer any help with our several bags and suits as we entered the lobby fully encumbered.The lackluster service continued at the front desk where the representative barely looked up from her computer to address us as she checked us in. When I asked if I could have a cart to hang our bags, she seemed confused by the request but eventually took the bags to be hung on a hook behind her. While still only looking at the screen during check-in, she un-enthusiastically said, I see its your honeymoon. Upon hearing this, another representative suggested a room upgrade. So, still looking at her screen, she did so. My husband and I were thrilled to receive this upgrade, but her insincere presentation dampened any excitement.Our terrible experience with service continued in our room. To celebrate our honeymoon, my husband and I decided to pop open a bottle of champagne and have some left-over wedding cake. We called the front desk to request forks for the room, and the person responded with a long pause followed, Um. Were really busy right now. I dont know. Ill see what I can do. We were very confused by that response and ended up eating the cake with our fingers!Otherwise, the location is central for many West Hollywood / Hollywood / Beverly Hills excursions, and our room had nice views. We stayed in a Crowne Suite. All rooms at the hotel are the same and the only difference is the level where the room is located. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space all throughout the room. The bathroom and shower and tub are spacious. (The shower is probably the nicest part of the hotel room.) In all, the furnishings looked tired with large dents and scratches on the coffee table and some surprising lack of attention to detail to some aspects, such as unfinished drywall at some places and an unfinished hole in the wall for the air vent. The room includes a small bar area with a sink and refrigerator. However, the refrigerator is full of for-sale items with no space for personal items.Ultimately, our stay at the London was not at all what we expect from a luxury 5-star hotel; and it truly dampened our honeymoon.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel, highly recommend and will be booking a room here anytime I visit LA. Visited from Sydney Aus and it was a great experience. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lovely appointed rooms, great valet service, and complimentary breakfast. Not to mention convenient location with good views. Amazing views as far as the eye could see of DTLA and the west side. At the time of my visit, the weather could not have been any more pleasant. Nice bright summer sun; nice cool breeze and refreshing drink on hand made it one of the most pleasant LA evenings ever. Once the sun took to the eastern hemisphere, the fireplace made this rooftop one of the best observation locations in the city. While some rooftops can get annoying because of crowds, this rooftop was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is attentive further adding to the pleasantness of this place.

This hotel is located in the heart of W. Hollywood. You can walk to many places from here. The hotel is spectacular, rooms beautiful as well as comfortable. Nothing is missing from this hotel. The roof-top pool is the place to be in the summer. Rent a private cabana for the day and relax. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. STAY THERE!

I am usually further east for Glendale and Burbank when I come to LA so not as familiar with weho and beverly hills - I normally stay at the chateau when in Hollywood, but that has absolutely changed. The staff here is BAR NONE the best in LA. I arrived very frazzled on a super last minute 1 day LA trip and left my wallet in the cab (there are cabs in LA?!?!?) and the entire staff leapt into action. The bellhops got security to pull a tape so we could get the company and medallion number. The front desk staff got on the horn finding a way to get to the dispatcher. They even comped me much needed drink at the bar! Due to their tireless efforts I had everything back within two hours. The bath I took on their AMAZING bathtub was just the cherry on top. Bravo, London! Youve made a customer for life. This is what service done right looks like.

Boutique hotel in the best area of Hollywood. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The room (we had one with view on skhline) is modern and features a balcony. Valet parking at good prices available and driving to Santa Monica etc. only takes a few minutes. If you can book yourself into one of their suites. Theyre amazing.

Oustanding service from start to finish. Back in November last year, The London took my last minute booking. The whole experience was second to none. The room was in impeccable order. I was looked after by a wonderful woman called Deborah who was taking care of the pool area. She was pure class and could not have been more accommodating. Some of my friends were also staying in the hotel and nothing was a problem. Food and drinks are on point. When I had a meeting with some guests who were not staying the hotel, Scott made sure they were taken care of. My friends just FaceTimed me from the buffet breakfast, which prompted me to check my notes and leave this review. I wish I could teleport myself there now. The perfect stay. Thank you.

We went to a movie screening there. It was put together by the animation and film unions. Everything was pretty great about the experience. The theatre was a nice size and the audio was pretty amazing. They provided free snacks and valet. I would definitely go back.

Generally, an excellent 5-star hotel with large rooms which are great for families, amazing pool area with great views over all of Los Angeles and to the Hollywood Hills, and a great feel to it. Valet, housekeeping, front desk, bellman and food quality all excellent. The only let down was SLOW (almost non-existent) service around the pool area, and a fairly grumpy and unhelpful concierge.

Front desk staff was unprofessional and did not offer any information about the hotel upon check in. They put me in a smoking room with a horrible odor and offered an orange spray when I called downstairs. The food,pool, ambiance and bell boy Michael were fantastic but I will not be returning as a hotel guest due to the information mentioned above.

I didnt stay here but I did visit the Rooftop Bar. Its a slower scene than expected given the location but its appears to cater more so to families. From what I understand they do not open up the top floor for in evening crowd. The view from the top is very impressive

Wonderful and chic hotel in the heart of West Hollywood. The 3rd floor roof top venue was perfect for a beautifully set wedding as was the reception ballroom. Only issue was that changing stations for babies were missing in both mens and womens restrooms in the lobby.
