I highly recommend Stefanie if you have any Trust/will questions. We had a trust done by another lawyer before we met Stefanie. After that trust we were not sure what we should/would be doing on that trust because that lawyer didn’t explain to us well enough. When we showed our trust to Stefanie she explained and went beyond to inform us any issues. She gave professional advice so we could make our decision accordingly. Her monthly news letters and videos are very helpful for many people. Her going above and beyond serves is way worth the price she charges for.Recently I needed to have a few power of attorney papers for my mom. Stefanie didn’t hesitate to spend sometime to fill out those forms for me and advise me on what to do with them. She’s very helpful in many ways and knowledgeable. We are very happy with her work.

I recently had the pleasure of updating my Living Trust with Stefanie West. She is an extreme knowledgable, congenial, organized professional. This review is long overdue but I am so grateful to have worked with Stefanie. This started out as estate planning for my father’s assets as his health was declining in 2020. Everything came into fruition in 2021. She broke everything down for us and made everything simple. I honestly love how straight forward she is, it’s refreshing to receive when you’re creating a trust. My dad was very pleased with the work she put in and delivered.My father passed away early 2023, since his trust was established in 2021 a great burden was lifted off of my shoulders. I reviewed his trust plans and I re-hired her to help me distribute his trust between myself and my sibling. She also put me in contact with Iron Oak realty to start the process of buying out my sibling from our child hood home. I met Stefanie when she made a very interesting and informative presentation on Trusts, Wills, etc. to my retirees group. I was impressed with her vast knowledge and pleasant, friendly personality. I decided to have her prepare my trust, power of attorney, etc.There were some special issues in my situation and I had lots of questions. I saw several recommendations for Stefanie on a local moms group. My husband and I needed to update our trusts that we had originally created in 2011, had updated in 2014, but hadnt touched since. We had another child after our 2014 update and I wanted to be sure that our second child was specifically included in the trust and our wishes spelled out clearly.Stefanie recommended a Restatement of Trust so that we werent starting completely from scratch, and it allowed us to keep our existing trust name and not have to change all of our bank accounts or existing titling on our two properties. Stefanie made new recommendations for the how our assets would be distributed to our daughters and patiently explained why she was making those recommendations, and also that nothing was set in stone, that we could always update the trust again in the future. She was wonderful to work with, concise, personable, and reasonably priced. We are very happy with her work and our updated trusts!

For years Id encouraged my LA-based sister to sort out her health care directive, will etc. She kept putting it off as something thats too hard and not needed for a while anyway. I live outside the US and am concerned that I wont be immediately available to help my sis when most needed. Stefanie West has been so helpful in updating our family trust. One of the things that I really liked was that she really noticed the details. For example, she noticed a difference in two documents to do with the legal description of some business property and wanted to get that corrected prior to transferring our asset into our trust. Its obvious that she is very organized and we felt very comfortable working with her. At the end we left with a lovely organized binder as well as a digital copy of the updated trust along with instructions to call anytime and to give her name and number to our kids just in case. We have called a couple of times with questions and she is quick to get back to us with the answers we need. Stefanie first helped me out back in 2017, she prepared my families living trust/estate planning documents. She was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. We ended up meeting her in her office, but she did offer up mobile appointments which was a large perk. She was also able to offer guidance on some of the more difficult questions that need to be answered when preparing estate documents (e.g. questions related to my own death). Very easy to talk to.fast forward to 2022, Stefanie helped me navigate a more difficult situation with my fathers estate that i was not making any progress on.
