My brother and my parents used the Stanley Franklin law firm about 1 years ago when they were in an accident and they always raved about the job that the Stanley Franklin law firm did for them. So when I was in an accident it was an easy decision and such an easy process to know who my lawyers would be for the accident for me and my wife. I was very impressed at how fast they worked and they got us the most insurance money available for me and my wifes case. I was very impressed by them and we also cannot be more satisfied and happy with everything and the amazing results they had got us.

Us working with the Stanley Franklin law firm was an excellent and easy choice for my wife and mine case. The accident was very bad and our Subaru was totaled. It was a summer evening here in the valley when we were heading straight at Oxnard avenue and Laurel Canyon when a car had tried to make a left turn in front of us. We had a green light, and we knew we werent at fault for the accident but the man who made a left turn in front of us hired a lawyer and started to claim the accident was our fault. It was at that time we realized that we needed to hire a lawyer and found the firm this firm. After the guy who hit us hired his lawyer, we knew we would be in a battle and wanted someone aggressive who would fight for us. They did exactly that and we got a six figure settlement for our case for both of us. They know what they are doing and are good people. I also just used them for a second accident involving my Mercedes Benz and they also got me a maximum settlement. That is two maximum settlements in a couple years. Truly the best in the game here in LA for a car accident case.

I was at a red light waiting for the light to turn green when I was rear ended by this driver from the back. My Tesla was able to record everything in Sentry mode and it captured the entire rear end impact. I was fortunate enough to get a referral to the Stanley Franklin law firm from my best friend who also used their legal services when they were involved in an accident. They had this boutique feel to them right away where I felt like my case would be taken as a priority and not one of these law firms where they would be dealing with thousands of cases where I would be a small fish in a very big pond. My experience with them has been 10/10 thus far with helping me with my car damages, getting really great medical care and putting me in a great position to settle our case. I know my fair share of lawyers, especially personal injury lawyers, but decided to use them because the family values they embody and the fact that they are not scared to go to trial to get me what I deserve. Would use them 100 out of 100 times.

This is my second time using this law firm. I was involved in an accident in August of 2015 and was so impressed with the results and that $100,000.00 settlement back then that I decided to use them again for this accident case which just settled. I was driving and a car tried to make a U-Turn and crashed right into me. I was pretty much healed from my accidents before in 2015, but this just brought me almost back to where I was in that accident. Neck pain, back again, lower back pain, back again and shoulder pain, back again, after this accident. So frustrating!! But with them I knew I would be taken care of with the right doctors and right specialists to over see my medical care, and again with all the treatments I felt much better. Shout out to my medical team! Case took quite a bit longer than I expected but it was well worth the wait because we also got a very big settlement in this case. I cant even say I am surprised because I know the type of work that they did back in 2015 and thats why I decided to use them again for this case considered the settlement I got back then. Also, I remember back after my first car accident case settled that they told me that I needed better insurance coverage, something called underinsured motorist coverage with my own insurance company because they said if I was ever in another accident that it would help to get this type of insurance which would allow me to make more money and I am happy that I did listen because it ended up coming into play here. My family and I were involved in a really bad accident when we were rear ended and hit by a speeding vehicle in the rear end of our car. We never were in such a bad accident in our lives and I can say that it was really scary to be involved in something like this. We didnt know what to do, how to get a car fixed or how to really go about doing anything in our case. The Franklin law firm are stellar attorneys. I was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver back in August of 2021. I was driving straight and the drunk driver was on the opposite side of the road and lost control of their car and collided right into my Audi which also forced me into another car. I was terrified, I was hurt and I was just so scared after the accident with just so many emotions of what had just happened.The Franklin team took care of me in every way. From our consultation which was done on Zoom because of the pandemic, I just knew that I wanted them to represent me in my accident case. They were sincere, generous with their time and were really a listening ear after all I had gone through which I still have nightmares about from that dreadful accident. They told me it was their job to protect not only me but also anyone else who was a victim of a drunk driver and it was like they took my case personally. The Franklin law firm showed me their experience right when meeting them and that stayed consistent throughout my car accident case.On top of all the emotional pain I was in after the car accident, I also suffered a serious injury to my left shoulder which was just so painful on an everyday basis. I had to go to the emergency room after the accident, had months of physical therapy, got MRIs taken which showed the extent of my injury to my shoulder. I ended up getting a procedure done on my shoulder which really helped me after months of therapy. The emotional pain was still there but thankfully my physical pain was much better.Even after I had been through all of this and being hit by a drunk driver, I thought my case would settle pretty quick after the accident. But my attorneys told me for the amount that they were going after in the case, that the insurance company just was not going to pay that much after all I had been through. That added to my anxiety and brought back all the memories. They told me that I could settle the case with what was originally offered and let me decide what to do, but they also told me that they thought my case was worth much more and that they would go all the way if we had to. My uncle told us about using the Stanley franklin law firm when we were hit in the back of our vehicle. I am writing this review after my grandmothers case has just settled with the Stanley Franklin Law Firm. First and foremost, I want to first express my gratitude to them, because what they did for my grandmother was just more than just lawyers do and should do. When the accident happened, one of the lawyers came to our house and first and made sure our grandma was okay. There was no pressure to sign any documents, there was no motive to like win us over, they genuinely showed care for my grandma and our family after the accident. My grandma was actually visiting from New York when the accident which made it that much more complicated. So from the first day of meeting Joshua then following up with his team at his office, we just felt automatically like we were in good hands and that G-D brought us to the right firm to take care of her.My grandma already had a lot of orthopedic issues going on and a lot of just general health stuff going on. So although the accident did not seem like it was the biggest accident in the world, it really messed my grandma up. She had her established doctors in New York, but she couldnt go back because of the pain she was in after the accident and can I just say wow oh wow, within a matter of days they ordered my grandmas medical records had them on hand and set her up with an amazing doctor for her knee, hip and shoulder. I was blown away at how fast they were able to get her set up, how they get her records and the level of care she was provided by her doctor here in LA. I was expecting that she would get sub-par treatment, but no, advance cutting edge treatments to help her recover from this accident especially because her shoulder and knee just got so much worse after the accident. Again, we counted our blessings for her medical care because that was so important to us and she needed to stay in LA because she could barely walk after the accident. They were also amazing in checking in with us to make sure about my grandmas care and what the doctors were doing because they knew exactly when the sweet spot would be to try to settle her case.And that sweet spot happened about 8 months into our case. They took her old records, showed us there plan of how they would show this accident made it worse and just laid out a roadmap. My brother who was in law school at that time told me this is absolutely not normal and the fact that they explained everything to us was like a law school 101 introduction. My car accident left me in shambles! Luckily, thanks to the Franklin law firm, I was able to get justice for what I went through. A car ran a red a light when i was going straight and struck me on my passenger side. Right away I felt the pain in my neck and shoulder and neck and back and I knew my car was wrecked when all the airbags deployed. My car was totaled, I was feeling so out of it and I wanted a law firm I could trust to get the job done. After some research online, I found this family run law firm and a couple of other law firms. I found them to be extremely competent right away and super accessible as and I talked to two lawyers right away. That was good enough for me to get started. It ended up taking a little longer than I hoped the whole ordeal, but that was nothing to do with them because i had medical treatments for a while and the other car that hit me had limited insurances so we went through both their and my own but they always explained everything to me so I knew what the delay would be. Although the damage to my car doesnt look so bad, I felt like I was hit by a train when this accident happened while on my way to work. I was lost on what to do, was so overwhelmed with the accident and had really bad whiplash and mid back pain. Right after I exchanged the information with the other driver, I actually went to the hospital where I had a bunch of testing and MRIs taken as my neck was in really bad shape. After that, I was searching for an attorney who I know would protect me and fight for my rights and this is exactly what happened when I hired the Stanley Franklin group for my accident case. The attorneys including Danny and Josh really worked hard for me and told me this wasnt an easy case. The reason why it was such a hard case was because the insurance company who represented the person who hit me claimed it was a minor accident and that I couldnt get injured it. That seemed like a bunch of baloney because I knew how much pain I was in, and more importantly, my lawyers were able to argue how much pain I was in because they listened to, cared about me and brought my story to life. They may say in their commercials, like a “good neighbor” they are there. That was not the case in my motorcycle accident with my 2001 Harley XL883 when I was driving and a man ran a red light and struck me on my motorcycle causing me to fall off my motorcycle. I tried to get up right away after the accident, but I could not bear any weight on my right ankle and I just knew I had broken it or something. After all this, after all my injuries, I get a call from my own insurance company telling me that the “good neighbor” insurance company or should I say “bad neighbor” insurance company was claiming that I ran the red light and caused the accident and that therefore they would not make any payment and denied my claim. Thats when I knew I needed to lawyer up with the best who could really put the fight into this case and that is when I came across Stanley Franklin and his law firm. Did what I needed to do, saw that they were in business for over 40 years, saw their recognition in the community, gave them a call and had an online meeting over the computer with them. Where do I begin with the Stanley Franklin law group! They checked all my boxes when I was looking for a personal injury lawyer for my accident case. I wanted someone who was local, that I could have good communication with and someone who was around for a long time with experience and not one of these newbies who claim they know what they are doing. I wanted someone with a track record of results and I wanted to feel like my case was important considering how bad my back and neck pain and what was needed for me. There is no short age of personal injury lawyers here in LA so at first I felt overwhelmed but then I broke it down to what I really wanted and after my accident wanted to make sure I didnt make a rushed decision. So my wife and I went online looking for a lawyer that could suit my case and we found the Stanley Franklin firm. Seemed legit, had 40 years of experience and it was the only law firm where I spoke to a lawyer within 30 seconds of the call! I was in a horrific accident when a man driving under the influence collided into my car head on. I had no way to stop the accident from happening. I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident, was so scared about the health of my unborn baby and also had a broken clavicle. I called them from the hospital and they put my eases at concern. I couldnt have a surgery because of my pregnancy and was so concerned, but the Franklin law firm got me to the best doctors. I was looking for a really amazing car accident lawyer when I was rear ended on the 10 freeway heading downtown. Cool thing was that the guy who hit me did admit fault but said hed rather deal without insurances involved. I wasnt cool with that so right away I decided to start a search for a personal injury lawyer for my case. I was drawn to this law firm because I liked that they had a family atmosphere and that out of the law firms did that I call, I talked to a lawyer directly. They werent like sleazy salesmen trying to to get my case either whereas other lawyers were. They were the right fit for me no doubt about it. In September of 2021 me and my wife and family had decided to make a trip to down to Long Beach to enjoy the last days of summer. We were hoping to go to the beach and just have a great day when unfortunately we were crashed from behind while we were at a red light. Little did I know that one accident could change my life completely. Unfortunately, me and my wife suffered the worst of the accident as we were sitting in the back seat which is when we were hit by a man at such a fast speed. I had such bad pain to my lower back and right after the accident I could barely stand up after the accident.Now for me, this accident really took my life in an entire different direction. I am a professional boxer, I had a huge scorecard fight coming in October, and I found myself after the accident basically unable to move my entire back without pain and my legs were just burning. I was hoping and hoping praying that this accident would not affect my ability to fight, but I just could not do what I could do because of the injuries from the accident and I was forced to call off the biggest fight in my career. I could not walk well, I had pain and numbness and tingling down my legs, and at one point it crossed my mind that my professional boxing career might be over. So many emotions going through my head and my pain in my back was just next level. Super frustrated and just down after the accident.I didnt know what to do because I never really needed this type of medical attention in my life. After I was involved in a pretty serious accident I really did not know who to turn to and really what to do. I knew the accident wasnt my fault but I wanted to make sure that all the insurance issues would be taken care of and after I started to experience pain in my back, that I could get the right medical help. My dad suggested I call the stanley franklin law firm because he had used them in the past many years ago and he said they were a really well known and reputable law firm. When I called them and spoke to them, they remembered my dads case right away even though it was like ten years ago. My dad and I were shocked that they remembered mostly everything in that accident and goes to show you that they really value that client attention.I had set up a virtual meeting with them and everything was done over the telephone and computer with the Franklin law firm. For our first phone call we had a zoom call and I had sent them photos to the email and they got all my information really quick. We were driving when a car should not have made a left hand turn in front of our Camry. To make matters even worse, I had in the past had a broken leg and and messed up ankle and this accident just made it so much worse. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are that we had Stanley and his sons who are all lawyers represent me and my wife and my new baby from this accident. The accident had happened back in April of 2021 while we were on the way to Oxnard from where we lived for an evening dinner at our favorite restaurant. We were hoping we would have a nice family dinner that night until this accident had happened. As traffic was coming to a stop from the highway we were rear ended by a huge chevy silverado truck. The impact was so hard that it caused the safety restraints behind us to actually disengage as well, causing our neck neck and back to launch backwards and forwards. The fact that I am here today, able to write this review, sitting here after my long recovery and my injuries from this horrific accident is nothing short of a miracle from God. It was last September and I was a passenger in my best friends car sitting in the back seat after a night out with two of my best friends. We were listening to music, enjoying the drive back home with each other, laughing when we were driving straight at the intersection of Woodman Avenue and Riverside Drive in Sherman Oaks, California when a man who was drunk and must have been going 80 miles an hour struck us on the left side, exactly where I was sitting in the back.When they say “I saw my life flash before my eyes,” I really didnt know what that meant until that night, when I was literally on the verge of death. From the scene of the accident, I was immediately taken to Sherman Oaks Hospital where I was diagnosed with a right scapular body fracture, a compression fracture of my spine, multiple lower back fractures as well as multiple rib fractures and internal bleeding. I was given the highest dosage of pain medication and because Sherman Oaks Hospital was not a trauma hospital, I was transferred to Northridge Hospital. I ended up spending a week in the hospital in bed, unable to walk and my mom stayed with me at every second by my side.Following my initial hospital course I slowly was able to regain function through aggressive rehabilitation. Living was an absolute nightmare, to put it softly. While i was driving straight through a light, a car decided to make a left hand turn and I crashed right into it. Me and my friends did not want to worry about driving to a party we were going to as we knew there would be drinking and it would be hard for us to find a parking spot also. So like responsible young adults, we decided to take an UBER to the party. My car was totaled and I had suffered some really serious pain to my body and back and didnt really know what the process would be for this car accident. The mean streets of downtown los angeles can be really mean!! I was heading home on Olympic Boulevard when this woman out of no where tried to make a U-turn in front of me. It was during a Laker Game, right about to end, and traffic was pretty heavy and stop and go. I am in awe over what this law firm has done for me. Just Awe! When I was in my accident, I didnt really know what to do afterwards or how to proceed forward. I was rear ended at such a fast rate of speed that the passenger in the front seat of the vehicle who collided into me actually suffered internal bleeding and passed away because of the accident. That just shows you how bad I was hit, and it was really really bad. I was in a severe accident with a box truck while on the 10 east freeway while I was on the way to work in the early morning. Traffic was pretty steady, until it was coming to a stop ahead of us, when I felt an impact to the back of my car which I cant even begin to put into words what that felt like. I didnt have any warning of the accident and I had immediate injuries to my neck, my back, both shoulders as well as my legs. I stayed in the car immediately after the accident because I was just in such shock after the accident happened that I just really didnt know what to do. After some time and just kind of realizing the gravity of what just happened and in shock, I stayed in the vehicle until medical help and the highway patrol arrived.Thats when I realized also how badly I was hurt and how bad the accident was. My neck right below my shoulder blades was in so much pain and I had a lot of lower back discomfort. After exchanging information with the highway patrol officer I got emergency medical care where I was actually diagnosed with a transverse process fracture of my spine, which I actually was not in shock considering how painful it was. They put me in a mobile neck brace and told me I needed to follow up with an orthopedic spine doctor which I did shortly after. My recovery was a long one and I knew this was going to really mess with the synergy of my family life as well as running my own company. My brother had suggested I use the Franklin firm because in 2016, he was in a terrible accident and they also got him a big result for his case so I had the personal referral and knowledge of what they did for him. I was on my phone making a call parked on a busy street in LA on Santa Monica Boulevard in my Tesla when a Rivian lost control of their vehicle and collided right into my driver side which caused my neck and my left shoulder to be in a supreme amount of pain. I could not lift my left arm after the accident at all.When I hired the Franklin family law firm, they told me I would get justice for what I went through because I feared I would be unable to do the things I once loved and being active because of the accident. I actually thought a car accident lawyer seemed pretty straight forward and easy because everywhere you look in LA, there is a billboard for one so it seems like its pretty straightforward stuff. But when I actually hired the Franklin law firm, I quickly realized how complex an accident case could be and they really helped me through all of it every step. This is my 3rd time being represented by Stanley and his law firm, and each time the results never cease to amaze me. I was struck in the back by a commercial truck who was transporting a heavy lug in stop and go traffic. I have an extensive pre-existing history having previously had lower back surgery in the past as well as flare ups of lower back pain on an almost weekly basis. I was going straight when I had a green light when all of a sudden someone made a left hand turn right in front of me thinking that they could make it. The Stanley Franklin law firm is who you call when you get into an accident. Take out all the other options you think you have and just contact them. Trust me, stop right now and JUST DO IT. I wont bore you with all the details in the case, but my accident was a pretty complicated case because it was a multi vehicle accident and no one really knew how this accident all happened. I was confused about who caused the accident, but I did know I did absolutely nothing wrong. I came in there with all my worries, all my fears and I told them I wasnt even sure how the accident happened. But that still didnt stop them for one bit. They had this calming confidence right at the beginning when I met them.Once we got the collision report and they shared it with me and asked for my input, thats when things started to make a lot of sense. I am really happy to have used the Stanley Franklin law group for my accident case. I was involved in a bad rear accident back in September of 2021 with our family in Long Beach. We were just waiting for a red light and then from out of no where and no warning this person who just was not paying attention slammed right into the back of us. I met attorney Josh by accident when he was actually visiting another one of his clients who was in a bad accident, and I overheard what he would do for them to try to get them justice. Man, all I gotta say I was blown away by him and I asked for his business card right there and then. I was in my friends car when we were rear-ended by a truck. I ended up getting a really bad disc bulge in my back. I got as much chiropractic treatment as I could get but was still in pain. The ortho doctor then recommended I get epidural steroid injections. I really am afraid of needles and did not want to get any invasive procedures where a needle was stuck into my spine. I was in a terrible accident when a car did not see me while I was on my scooter and crashed right into me. I was on mulholland drive heading westbound at nicada drive when a white lexus was trying to make a left turn and collided right into my driver side range rover where i was sitting. We were on the 110 southbound freeway when we were rear ended by a guy who was driving a truck who was working during the the time of the accident. There I was in downtown los angeles in August of 2021 waiting for a red light to turn green when I was hit by a massive freightliner who rear ended the back of my car. This is our Hyundai. I was driving going straight to get home when the Chevrolet made a left hand turn in front of me trying to get into a mini mall. So far, I am so happy with my experience with this firm and it was from god that someone recommended me to them! I was in a really bad accident when I was hit from behind at a really fast pace in stop and go traffic. I was so shaken up from the accident that I could barely speak, was so nervous and shaking and I had so much pain in my entire back and shoulders. The highway patrol came to the scene and took statements from us and I and my mom tried to get everything done myself after the accident, but I was just too nervous and overwhelmed to deal with everything. Without the law firm of Stanley Franklin, I would have been completely lost as to what to do after I was in a chain reaction accident. I was hit from the back of my car, and because I was hit at such a fast speed, it forced me to hit the vehicle in front of me, which then collided into the vehicle in front of him. Accidents can be a real pain in the neck, literally lol. On the way to Malibu on PCH and it was pretty stop and go traffic. Was hit super hard in the back in a three car accident and we were the middle vehicle in the accident. I would hear about people getting whiplash all the time, but never experienced it. Well, all I can say is that whiplash is completely real thing and my neck was hurting baaaaaaad. My husband and I were rear ended by a huge truck. Our car was considered a total loss and we had some very serious injuries. The pictures are below. Stanley was able to get us the most money we could from both their insurance companies and our insurance company, and got what is considered the policy limit in this case, what they say is the most we can have recovered in the case. My second case with them literally just settled, and all i can say is that working with them from my second accident was sweeter than my first time with them. Again, constant communication, always keeping me in the loop, sending me to the best doctors and getting me a six figures plus settlement. I was hit by an 18 wheeler truck in a severe rear end accident with my brother in the car. It was quite possibly the scariest and most traumatic event of my life. My sister was involved in a really bad accident. She was going straight on a green light when a car ran a red light and collided right into her mini cooper which she just bought. It was her first purchase as an adult and she loved her car and to get it totaled in the accident also really upset her. Unfortunately, she suffered a broken hip in the accident as well as a spine injury and was rushed to the local hospital where she spent five days. Her road to recovery was also a very long one and she was unable to walk for a long time, she had to use crutches, and she was forced to use a front wheel walker in order to walk again. One day she was on the way to school with her friend, the next she was in a hospital room with a crazy road to recovery. We were referred to the Franklin Firm by a close family member of ours. Mr. Franklin had visited her shortly after the accident and they went right to work and got the matter moving. They took care of her totaled car and got her the check for the car really fast, they got on her on track with medical care, helped facilitate her getting to doctors and made sure she was on a path to a recovery which was a really long process. They were so caring and understanding as well and they would always call her, check up on her and showed her that they really cared about her well being. The case also was a pretty difficult case as the insurance company didnt offer that much money to settle it right away. She ended up having to go to court and she ended up giving a deposition which was a really long and tough process. But the great thing about it that they prepared her so much for the deposition that nothing really came as a surprise. The deposition preparation was about 5 hours long and the deposition itself was about 7 hours long. They really comforted her throughout the process and always told her that they would be by her side, and literally they were by her side from when the accident happened to the very end of the case. The case ended up getting close to trial, which they always told her might possibly happen, but they ended up settling before the trial she ended up getting a life changing settlement with them.
