I decided to get Scott on my second DUI and he was honestly really helpful through the whole process. Whenever I had questions he had answers and him and his office workers always kept me informed and up to date. We have some overlap in our lines of work, with a number of referrals back and forth for each of our specialty areas over the past several years. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Scott Levy was nothing was sugar coated. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru my cases from start to finish, Scott kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Since this was the first time going through legal problems I had many questions. When calling the office, Scott Levys assistants also took care of any of my questions and were also very helpful. Not sure where to start with this review, but I’ll start by giving Mr. Levy and his entire staff a huge thank you for getting me out of my situation. I was arrested for DUI and was lost as to what to do, didn’t consider a lawyer because of finances. I got a letter from Mr.Levy then contacted him and they were able to work with my financial situation. Since the first day he and his staff were very professional, he told me my options and what he could do for me so we went ahead did what we talked about. He represented me in DMV hearing which we won so I was able to keep my license that I needed for work. We went to my first appearance and he laid out the case to an older male judge, in that hearing Mr. Levy showed why he’s an amazing lawyer. Mr. Levy ended up having to school that judge in laws that had been changed or updated that the judge was unaware of. Then we went to several other hearings, ultimately a female judge found me guilty but Mr. Levy argued she was wrong and didn’t know the case law she was finding me guilty on so he told me not to worry he would appeal the case because she was wrong and he was right. once at the appeal, it was overturned in our favor and on 1/20/2022 Mr. Levy was able to have my DUI dismissed because of the judges incompetence and his years of experience in this field. I once again thank Mr. Levy and his professional and very knowledgeable staff for giving me a new beginning. I highly recommend this law office for people in these situations.

Scott Levy is a 10th degree black belt master in DUI law. When I found Scott I was in a nasty situation, terrified, and looking at a possible prison sentence of two years. I was facing the possibility of losing everything. At our first meeting Mr. Levy immediately made a few calls and put a hold on my license suspension. This kept me working. He laid out a proactive plan of defense to prepare for a worst case scenario, while pursuing a best case a scenario. He got me into a treatment program that the court respected. He called and set up a one on one meeting with a consultant from SCRAMX and she payed for my lunch. They convinced me to let her put an ankle monitor on me - THANK GOD- because it kept me out of prison. I was hesitant, but I could tell Scott knew exactly what he was doing. It felt like I was watching an expert perform at the highest level in their field -which was comforting. His staff are warm, energetic and fast. Scott will actually answer your calls and texts. His service was a top tier experience all around. This attorney actually enjoys fighting for his clients. I saw it in him on several occasions while defending me. I would be scared and I’d look over at Scott and he’d look excited (in a good way like a prize fighter). He was definitely in his “arena”. I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything because Scott already had. He timed my court dates in a way that was best for keeping me free. In the end I walked out with probation and ZERO time in custody. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t think there is anyone who can do Scott Levy’s job better than Scott Levy. I want to preface this by saying Scott Levy is amazing.I have had years of legal troubles and after getting a parking ticket that ended up being a misdemeanor offense I was looking at 3 more years of probation and possibly an adult offender work program which would have ruined my chances at staying in school or keeping my job.Even though Scott did not end up representing me he gave me excellent advice on how to work with my public defender to get a better offer from the DA.
