My father needed a Trust, and I found Lindsey’s office on a random Google search. Navigating the legal process was very daunting, especially with multiple beneficiaries involved, and not really knowing much about Trusts, or what the process was, but Lindsey made it seamless and stress-free. From our initial consultation, it was clear that she is highly knowledgeable and experienced in Trust law. She took the time to understand my unique situation, simplified things so I could translate to my father and provided clear, concise explanations of his options. Throughout the process, her communication was excellent; we always felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. I can’t get over how amazing she is. From the get go she handled our case professionally. By the time my fiancé and myself were out of her office she had his case already settled. Absolutely wonderful in every way possible. We had no clue what to do when he was being sued over a hospital bill. We felt very alone but after seeing her she made us feel like we were human. Could not of asked for a better person on our side thank you Nikki for everything you did for my family and I.

I had a highly favorable experience with Nikki Farris, from beginning to end, including her paralegal office staff. Nikki and her staff seem highly motivated to help each customer. Jeanne is a excellent addition to her staff and was a big help to me along the way. They always knew me by name and knew my specific situation when I called. They were always friendly and helpful, yet professional and knowledgeable. They answered my calls in a reasonable time and always answered my questions. They helped me through my jitters and my pre-bankruptcy lows with understanding and good advice. They walked me through the process step-by-step and made sure I didnt forget any important dates, paperwork or deadlines. I cant say they made the bankruptcy a pleasurable experience (ha ha), but they made what could have been a terrible experience for me tolerable and much less stressful. I highly recommend Nikki Farris to anyone needing any type of legal assistance she may offer.

I had a consultation with Mrs. Farris and I was blown away - in a great way! Her professionalism was only matched by her knowledge and delivery. She could explain concepts to me in a way I could understand and in a manner that was kind. (Heavens know money can be an emotional burden.) I was anxious that time would run over - and it indeed did, but she did not clip it short, nor did she expect hidden compensation. As both a Veteran and a member of the LGBTQ I felt highly respected and genuinely listened to. She offered a few courses of actions without pressure toward any one, and further resources, contacts, and options. I followed through with her advice and this lead me to not pursue forward with her at this time - but I am still reeling with how incredible my consultation with her was. I will definitely remember my educational meeting with her fondly and keep her in my back pocket should I need her services in the future!!!

Nikki herself is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. Her staff always answers phone calls or emails immediately, and the process was made very smooth for what could have been a complicated mess. Highly recommend. First class services.

My family has had 2 occassions that required a lawyer. 6 yeares ago I met with the Nikki Farris Law Firm and received not just information but proffessional guidance and compassion. Nikki and her staff stayed in contact every step of the way and always returned phone calls when I had a question. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Professional and very helpful. i had been dealing with climbing dept for a few years and the two previous i was in unstable job positions unable to pay off my debt. This law office was helpful and made things easy as well as helped me navigate the process of bankruptcy. This lifted a huge burden from my mind and i have been able to go forward with my life to continue and rebuild myself. i am ever so grateful for the help Of Nikki Farris and her office and highly recommend if you need any sort of help and guidance through legal issues

Nikki is great and super smart when it comes to the financial ins n outs of business, personal and even disaster. The girls in the office are great as well and are very hard working team! Would highly recommend anyone going through financial struggles to call Nikki! Even with the unforseen events that did occur losing our home, everything in the Camp fire Nikki was right there on top of it with great advice and options as to how to go about our unique situation. Without her help no telling where we would be now and with her expertise were able to pay off our ch.13 in a little over a year (again bc of our unique situation) but it was her knowledge and respected relationships shes gained & built over the years locally allowing us this option. She is the best and feel forever indebted to her for how much she did for us and worked with us with a genuine caring heart and personality. SHE IS A GO-GETTER & SMART AS THEY COME FOR SURE!
