The worst customer service experience I have ever had and the attorney was very rude, condescending and made me feel stupid. My appt was at 4:00pm and they collected my consultation fee as soon as I walked in. I waited 20 min in the lobby while I heard people talking and someone came out at 4:24pm and I told him I was still waiting. He laughed and said they were in a meeting. He finally walked me to the attorney and she didn’t even say hi and the consult was only 15 mins I paid for 30-1hr. She was rude, talk to me like I was dumb, was in a hurry and didn’t bother to ask me anything just read what I brought to her. I don’t know if they were upset because I didn’t want to speak Spanish and preferred English but it was the worse service ever and will never go again or recommend this attorney.

I have been in 7 hospitals for the past 14 months with my son. Suddenly I received a call from San Diego, from my aunt (mom’s sister). She had a terrible need that I come to take care some legal matters, because is 89 and not doing good.. It was URGENT.My husband in Houston Texas found the legal firm of Giovanna Gallo. We researched and reviewed her legal firm and felt very comfortable to call to make an appointment. However, I had only few days to be in San Diego and go back to Houston to be with my son.I spoke with Giovanna Gallo and she was professional, intelligent and she understood my situation. She gave me an appointment next day I arrived and her staff (Allí Notary) started to worked on all the legal papers and matters quickly.My aunt and I felt that we have found a Reputable and Gracious legal firm. AMAZING!!!!The whole team was incredible.Seriously, cannot recommend enough.They helped me with my divorce, they were super affordable compared to other places and they helped me with all of my agreements!! They also had my best interest and always responded when I reached out. My divorce was faster than other people that I know of, and they helped me prevent loosing what was mine during separation.They also acted super fast.I contacted them December 23 to submit my divorce before the holidays and they went to court the next morning to make sure I submitted my divorce before my ex did!THE BEST TEAM!! Hopefully I won’t need to use divorce services anymore, but if I do, I’d totally go with them!

The lawyer took an interest in my situation, she helped me to file child support while I was in Mexico. She took care of everything, I pretty much just had to go sign and wait for it to be approved. They are fast and reliable and trustworthy.

- Just take your money and don’t even call back.- Seems like the receptionist is in charge of your case without any profesional communication or minimal response.- Don’t forward emails and jeopardize the status of your case.- I would not recommend and highly encourage you to look out for other options.- I have to call every week and ask for Gallo and simply always unavailable.

I met the lawyer Giovanna Gallo after years of handling my divorce with another lawyer who did not help me at all. Lawyer Gallo did in a few months what the other lawyer did not do in 3 years, today I finally received my divorce decree, my entire process was so easy thanks to her negotiations, I am very satisfied with her entire team, this provider is very painful but they made it minimal. I do not recommend it, they have terrible service, they claim to be 100% bilingual but that is not the case, if you are a person who only speaks Spanish and you need legal help with some procedure in the U.S. I do not recommend it, I legally represent myself in a child support hearing She seemed more like the other partys lawyer than mine, she translated some documents poorly for me, they caused me more problems. She charges very expensive and the service she offers is very poor, she does not have good customer service, she is not humble or empathetic, she does not care to explain to you documents in English that she herself prepares for your case nor does she show you the annexes that she enters in the statements In short, she is the typical lawyer who uses marketing and social networks to promote herself but only sees the client as a sign of money. Hiring her is like throwing your money in the trash.Well at least this was my experience.
