A very odd and unprofessional experience. I was referred to Andrew by Legal Shield. The initial call was great, and I sent him the file on my case. After review, we spoke again, and instead of taking the case on contingency, Andrew wanted to do a retainer with hourly plus contingency, which I agreed to, and even insisted on increasing the contingency percentage. I told him I could fund the retainer and start the case in about three weeks. At this point, his demeanor changed significantly, and it got awkward. He then told me to call him back when I was ready to start and that he wouldnt sent the agreement to be reviewed until then. Odd, but I agreed.I called him back sooner than originally forecast, 20 days later, ready to start the case and fund the retainer, but it went to voice mail. Over the next few days I left several voicemails and texts until I finally got a text reply that he wasnt interested in working with me. I said I was sorry to hear that, and asked why but did not receive a reply. I sent a follow-up asking for the reason, but still no reply. Very unprofessional; should have believed the other reviews.

Im OP on a NINE MONTH MARRIAGE.. My even dumber Husband hired this clown of an attorney to get our divorce done.. this attorney sent me a Judgment which was completely wrong-I sent it back to them at the beginning of May to make corrections and changes. They finally sent it to me yesterday and it is still wrong. This office -Andrew R..is incompetent. Do not hire him. Ive been a Family Law paralegal for 20 years and I can do this stuff in my sleep. I sent them a judgment that I prepared with all the mandatory forms, and they chose to send me back their judgment, which again was completely incorrect.

Mr. Rosenfeld is an amazing attorney he helped me tremendously with my case!!He doesn’t hold back gets straight into the point is extremely thorough during the court hearings he went as far as even asking the judge for clarification! 😊👍🏻I’ve never seen that within attorneys ever, even way before the court hearing we had constant communication the entire time!He’s very honest, straightforward,respectful and his willingness to provide as much help to his clients as much as he possibly can is amazing!!!He deserves more stars!!!!He doesn’t fill a jar full with hope instead he gives you truth!!Understand if you want an attorney who’s willing to represent the truth in your case he’s your guy!!!FYI Shannon is amazing she’s a very respectful assistant relays messages very quickly and very well when needed!Very organized!! 👍🏻They are a very powerful team!!Thank you for representing me!! 👍🏻

I highly recommend Mr. Rosenfeld. He is such an amazing person. He helped me with an outrageous guardianship case against me and then with my divorce. Won the guardianship in a matter of minutes. There really is no winner in a divorce only compromise. Mr. Rosenfeld does not sugar coat the reality of the situation that you are in. He lays out the options and possible outcomes and does let you choose, but he does not give you false hope. He is extremely knowledgeable and will fight for you like you are family. His office assistant Shannon is such an wonderful woman. She is kind and attentive and makes you feel like you are the most important client, even though they have many and Im sure everyone feels that way. They are a great team. I highly reccomend them to everyone and I did have to compromise in my case. If I had to do it again, I would still only choose Andrew Rosenfeld. He was a Godsend. You will not be disappointed.

I just want to say for all the negative comments saying this and that about him, YOU WANT THAT IN AN ATTORNEY! IMAGINE HIM INSIDE THE COURT ROOM, He controls the conversation and bottom line he is right, he doesn’t waste his time and he isn’t going to waste yours either he makes valid points that would be found to be foundational in a court room! If anyone doesn’t like to waste their time it’s THE JUDGE and Mr. ROSENFELD isn’t going to waste the judges time, he isn’t going to be pushed around either this attorney handles his business like a Boss. I couldn’t be more happier to have him represent me I needed someone like him!!!

Mr. Rosenfled was super unprofessional during our meeting. Wish I would have read his reviews before. I was super excited about my case and just wanted to make sure I was not being taken for everything from a third party as well as hire Mr. Rosenfeld; but after our conversation he has totally killed all the excitement in me. I understand you have tons of randoms just trying to get free information out of you but if you took the time (longer than 2 minutes) to talk to me I was ready to hire a lawyer for advice along the way. Thought our conversation was a free consultation but I guess that was my fault for trusting. Mr. Rosenfeld you are very unprofessional and short in conversation.

I had a 30 min consultation which only lasted about 10 minutes. I am a single mom fighting a legal battle to relocate my son to a state with better academic opportunities. In the middle of our conversation as I was stating the info Mr. Rosenfeld cut me off and stated, you must seem to know what you seem to know you have the freedom to pursue another lawyer, have a nice day. So basically look for another lawyer because it was a waste of his time since the 10 minute consultation was free. Because he did not even complete the 30 minutes of the consultation. Completely unprofessional and no empathy because he wasnt being paid. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any lawyer.

I hired Mr. Rosenfeld to handle my child support case in California. I live in Texas. Mr. Rosenfeld charged me a fair price and kept me abreast of everything that was happening in my case. Mr. Rosenfeld and his staff are top notch. They did a remarkable job on my case and I cant thank them enough. I would definitely use them again!

Profesional and straight forward on your situation. Hired him for a case that at first seem easy but later turn out to be difficult he step in into this blindfolded as so was I. He was able to take on my case in such short notice against a restraining order against me using false emails/social media accounts. And would recommend him for all your legal issues he has your best interests every step of the way. I’m glad to say that with all the researching and determination the accuser drop the case. Worst experience in my life... him and Shannon are CROOKS. His demeanor is just like his skills in this legal system... unprofessional and intolerable. Not only did he give my mother and I COMPLETELY WRONG ADVICE but most the time misleading. Then when asked for our 4500 back he said he burned thru it !!!!!!!!! You cant make this up!!!!! He is a CLOWN. All he did was continue it and argue with me and let me know how I got myself in this situation. Then when asked for reimbursement he removed himself from my custody case. This year I have time and WILL SUE for all my money back.
